This goes with the entire sports "entertainment" that they're striving for. A compelling non-wrestling storyline with a good plot and good performers is a nice break from the usual matches. However this shit that looks like it was written on a cocktail napkin at last call guaran-damn-tees that I'm skipping Unforgiven.

Respond to fan input and push the stars that get the biggest cheers?

From what I heard of the incident, Jericho just locked him in a front face lock and didn't let go. The facts of the fight are sketchy at best so who knows exactly how Goldie found himself in that predicament.

Kane's was funnier to watch because of the sight of a seven foot man bouncing on and clinging to the ropes. But I laughed harder at the Goldberg slip because of the context. Kane was doing a difficult top rope move, so a slip is understandable. Goldberg was trying to look like a tough s.o.b. badass and fell down.

That's something I can agree with Barron. It was obviously the booked finish, but the two of them should have seen how weakly it went down and improv'd a dazed GB walking into one more shot. It looked even worse on the replays when you could clearly see it barely grazing GB's shoulder.

Nope, he got locked in HHH's "supplement" closet and came out looking like that For a segment with 4 to 6 non-wrestlers, I enjoyed it. When Shane took the first chair shot, I initially had my hopes up that it would be Bischoff's new enforcer, you know, an actual wrestler, but overall the segment was pretty good. Even if it was something that should have been on free tv, not a PPV. And to add my two cents to the racism complaint: it's not racism, it's racial stereotyping which some people find just as offensive. Personally I'm not one of them, I liked Triple R's "J.C. Flash" character and I'm hoping to see him with Teddy Long tonight.

But HHH doesn't??? A joke?? No His personal playground where he gets to play the perpetual king of the castle and all around him are meaningless replacable peasents?? Yes

Okay, maybe I'm missing something here, but I seem to remember Goldie making HHH his personal bitch prior to the sledge being brought in. Plus he got to dispose of 3 out of 5 of the contenders in the match. HHH only got the win and the subsequent beatdown with the help of a foreign object and help from The Evolution. That doesn't sound like much of a burial to me.

Because he's a hoss goddammit!

Okay, please don't ask how this popped into my head, I don't know. I was just sitting around thinking about nothing in particular and Crush's post Demolition (post Yoko squash?) gimmick popped into my head. The one where he was the mysterious figure who was just released from prison. I remember he had a long hiatus before this return so I suppose it's possible he could have been doing time. This is just one of those stupid, insignificant things that pop in your head and it's bugging me for some reason. Anybody know the facts?

Thanks, it was just bugging me whether it was real or just a way to introduce his new character. Now hopefully I can erase the entire episode from my mind.

What WWE superstar are you?

I got Kane which is pretty accurate. Of course at my current job, Kevin Nash best describes me.
