If you trust yourself enough to open your vcr up, it should be preety easy to fix. Older tapes have problems with the outer surfaces on the tape slowly disentagrating. This gets on heads and is difficult to remove with just a simple cleaner. Remove screws, usaully bottom and back, take a q-tip dipped in rubbing alcohol but wiped almosrt totally dry, you should see a large silver cilcle slightly off balanced, gently go aroung the head also hitting some of the metal posts that the tape will fold around, and make sure you get the little black rubber wheel, it commonly is the problem after the heads itself. This should fix any problems like this, I had this same thing happen with my Godzilla Vs. Megalon tape that had to be at least 10 years old. If that doesn't work, buy a new VCR, i know you can find them around here for like $20 if that.

I'm a seller for the green house I work at part time where I deal with clients, get a damn good commission, and its all cash so I don't get taxed on it. Its pretty good during the summer but slows down enough by beginning of fall that I can usaully show up one day a week at most. Also I am starting an aquatic plant division there which connects with my own landscaping business that I run, majoring in koi ponds. My main job is being the area manager and advertising agent for a string of small businesses ranging from car washes to small diners. My favorite part is, that for the most part, I set my own hours at all of these which gives me plently of time for my new DDR arcade game and my hobbies of yoga, bonsai trees, and getting wasted with friends.

Try to find the updated Gunslinger if you don't think you have enough time to read both versions. While it does remove some of the more elaborate english for more common structure, it does help those new to the series connect a little bit more with the series as a whole. Plus King does add some new concepts to it which will be focused on more in later books.

While the Dark Tower and SFI are both excellent series, to say they own LOTR is just silly. JRR was able to craft a whole world is just a few books and inspire millions. His works will continue to endure through the future. Dark Tower does give the visage of being a whole seperate reality but for King, it has taken all his books(non-Tower) leading up to this series to do so. His need for being to clever and adding connections that are not needed does detract the experience slightly for me. I must say the relief that I felt hearing the series is complete was a moment of joy. I had seriously expected at the pace he was going, and with the recent car accident, that this series was never to reach the climax it deserves. SFI is probably the best scifi book series that we will get for a modern age, if only for the fact that he is not afraid to pull punches and will kill off characters as needed. The unique characters (Tyrion and little sword girl) does allow some situatons that have been rarely, if ever, done before. Only problem is that it does already start showing the minor cracks that will, in all likelyhood, cause the series to collapse as it nears its end(i.e. Wheel of Time).
