Edited for modern times. Now that makes no sense... Sure it does. See, Ja Rule thinks that he's the new Tupac, and models his appearance after Tupac. Listen to the 50 Cent/Tupac Ja Rule diss "Realest Killaz", where 50 rants on Ja, claiming, "Tupac put crosses on his back, now you're putting crosses on your back. Tupac shave his head bald, now you shave your head bald. Tupac wear the bandana, now you wear the bandana. Nigga, you ain't Tupac!" Also, in this particular picture, Tupac looks a lot like Ja Rule does when he's making his "I'm a tough gangsta" face. ...Makes perfect sense. It would make sense if Tupac was actually dead.
