If I'm remembering correctly it was a rushed shot with the shot clock expiring and a hand (or two) in his face. Your point? Mine is simple: In basketball in general, and in the NBA in particular, you MUST take advantage of mis-matches whenever possible. Brown did not do so. Detroit lost.

Apparently winning something doesn't mean anything in your "peak value" or "career value" rankings. What exactly did you use to measure those two things? -

Malone at 3? Over Duncan? Please justify that somehow... -

By the same token, what did Kevin Garnett and Allen Iverson win? You argued that Pippen does not rank with those two, when they do not have superior championship credentials. So what makes them better than Pippen? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> You're clearly missing my point. Pippen played with Jordan. In my opinion, that's the only reason he won a damn thing. I'm not saying he wasn't GOOD, just not GREAT. He was a good player who's career was MADE by playing alongside one of, if not THE best player of all time. -

What did he win those years (Pippen that is)? I know Jordan had Pippen, I was talking about the surrounding cast for both teams. I hope you are not going to tell me that Chicago's roster was EVER better than that Portland team (during the years Jordan was there). -
Is that supposed to be a good thing?

If they want to do that, they should start a new channel for it. At some point I will be watching ESPNews ONLY. On a related note, is it just me or is more and more of espn.com becoming insider content? Check the NBA draft section. There is hardly anything there that is not insider content. Do people actually pay for this?

When did Jordan play without Pippen? How old was he? That Portland team was stacked too, Rasheed Wallace, Damon Stoudamire, Steve Smith, Arvydas Sabonis, Bonzi Wells, Jermaine O'Neal, Detlef Schrempf. All better than ANYONE that Jordan had outside of Rodman really. -

I think you are underestimating Jordan greatly here VX. I'd love for you to name some of that whole host of other great players too. Bill Wennington? Luc Longley? Who? -

Her wierd smile and lazy eye don't do it for you? My girlfriend said: "Is she trying to pull off sexy or sick there?" at one point in the film. -
That's really sad. What's worse is that beers like Pabst and Old Style are better and cheaper than MGD. I'd rather drink Labatt Light than MGD. Really.

He played his entire career with Michael Jordan, that's how. What did he do without him? OH nothing. That's right. He was a good defender and an average scorer and that's it. That top 50 players of all time list was a joke. Making all-star teams doesn't make you great, just popular. -

Agreed. Pippen should be ranked somewhere in the 30's. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> That would put him ahead of at least a few of: 39. Glen Rice 38. Detlef Schrempf 37. Vince Carter 36. Latrell Sprewell 35. Stephon Marbury 34. Ray Allen 33. Mark Jackson 32. Dennis Rodman 31. Alonzo Mourning 30. Mark Price No way would I rank a player who made his career off of another player above any of those on this list. -
The fans booed Schumacher like it was his fault Michelin's tires were faulty.

Hey now, what's wrong with being 30?

Anybody have a recipe for Hash Brownies?

I haven't made them in probably almost 10 years now, but that seems to be about right. Just be sure to get the seeds out and try to crush the pot finely. A mortar and pestle does the trick well, or a coffee grinder as suggested. -

Scottie Pippen is the most consistently overrated player in any sport that I have ever seen. You have him ranked over KG and AI? That's a joke. -
Absolutely. Billups was killing Parker all night so Pop switched Bowen to Billups and put Parker on Rip. Not once did they go to Rip down the stretch. Instead Billups was forcing shot after shot. I like Billups, and he was hot early/midway through the 4th, but whomever Parker is guarding between Rip and Billups should be posting Parker's little ass up ALL NIGHT. Terrible coaching by Brown.

Yeah, for around the same price as Subway, with freshly sliced meats, you get a bigger sub too. Only problem is the lack of toppings (only have lettuce, onions, tomatos, mild peppers, salt/pepper, oregno, mayo, mustard, oil/vinegar).

Found using google - your results may vary. -
Or you could drink a microbrewed beer. Macro-brews are generally watered down and have less flavor. Try to find a micobrewery near you, you might end up paying more per beer, but the quality and alcohol content will generally be better/higher.

Actually I doubt it counts, but I had pneumonia a couple of weeks ago* and for 5 days all I had was 2 cups of strawberry yogurt each day. Somehow I managed to not lose one pound either. *At 30. Seriously who the fuck gets pneumonia at 30?

McDonalds - after working there for 5 years (some time ago) I can't eat there anymore, it just grosses me out Burger King - Whopper no cheese Wendy's - currently my favorite chain fast food place, Classic Bacon whatever it is is awesome. Rally's - Double pepperjack with bacon, greasy goodness at it's greasy best. White Castle - 10 sliders. Can't be beat at 3 a.m. whist drunk.
