If I have time I toss em in the oven, in a hurry nuke. I generally try to avoid using radiation to irritate my food into hotness whenever possible.

Wow now I'm even more pissed than I was last night. I tried to order the replay and got nothing but a blank screen. Bastards.
-
I was shocked at how good the phillysteak and cheese one was.

Mr. Goodcents is where it's at! anyone have one of THOSE around? fuck a whole buncha Subway...I ordered a meatball sub on ITALIAN bread through the drive-thru...got home, those bitches gave me white bread... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> That's what they call white bread man. Did you mean the italian herbs and cheese or whatever?

The Pistons shot 45%, it's just good defense. I'm loving this series, defensive basketball is just as exciting as offensive. Sometimes even more so.

This one single mission took me almost 1/2 as long as the rest of the game. Drove me fucking nuts. I was just stuck for almost a week (partly becuse I gave up for a while) on KOTOR on the Rancor part. I ended up having to go to gamefaqs to get the answer. It would have been easy if I had just read the instructions (on how to give items, etc).

I'm sorry, but this warrants some discussion

I'm curious as to who you hear saying mick? Irishmen? -
I went just shy of 24 hours a couple times when I moved to San Diego about 6 years ago due to not having any money for food. That sucked. I was a lot thinner then, I doubt I could do it again.

Does anyone have Jersey Giants near them? Definitely better than Subway, roughly the same price, but 18 inch subs instead of 12. That's lunch and dinner when I eat there.

Now you need this shirt:

In 2005 sure. -
Absolutely. The on ice problems are minor in my opinion. I really think that with better announcing/coverage in general you can reach a larger number of casual fans.

Weekend Boxoffice Report, June 10-12

Agreed, next we will have a black Archie Bunker. -
Well shit, now I know I have 4 years to go see a game there. Been meaning to for a while, now I have an incentive to get my ass there.

I also like the international quick puck drops. Move it along and get people into the game. RE: No touch icing; should have happened long long ago. RE: Shootouts; Not personally a fan, but anything is better than a tie, ties are for 3rd grader's teeball games. As for getting casual fans into the game, putting a mike on the linesmen when they call the penaltys, and then having the announcers show a replay and EXPLAIN what the penalty was and why would really go a long way. The television coverage for hockey is far far behind the other three major sports coverages in this aspect. We all make fun of Madden, but the reason he is still doing what he does is that he caters to the casual, rather than to the fantasy geek who knows all the players stats by heart, and think they could coach better than 1/2 the NFL coaches. THINK CASUAL FAN!!

Early Smackdown Taping (*Spoilers*)

I'll be watching for the Eddie/London match, squash or no I agree, this should be a fun short match. Heidenreich/Eugene would automatically be my 2nd favorite tag team of all time (Killer Bs own all). Where has Eugene been? Injured? -

Not to an irishman who knows his history. Just fyi, the irish were also called "white niggers" when they first started coming to America.. So yes, mick is very insulting. -

Calling Vince a mick in a thread complaining about Austin saying "sand people" is pretty hypocritical. Not to mention that calling an irishman a mick is equivalent to calling a black man a nigger. -
Weekend Boxoffice Report, April 29-May 1
Crimson Platypus replied to Youth N Asia's topic in Television & Film
So why bother using stars in the first place if you turn around and tell people to not follow them? -
My favorite Naked Gun moment was when Drebin was looking through a desk for clues and goes "Bingo!" Then pulls out a bingo card. Kills me every time I see it.

The 2005 MTV Movie Award Nominees
Crimson Platypus replied to CBright7831's topic in Television & Film
Why so surprised? The MTV age group is the group with the most disposable income. They also are mindless idiots who swallow anything MTV tells them is hip and cool. A-list stars know who butters their bread and show up for these things MTV does to show that they too, are hip and cool. -
Pinhead.

I could have done without the whole ESPN thing, other than that it was a pretty decent remake. Still favor the original though.
-
That's weak, they aren't the defending champs. (looks sweet though)

Just because I'm getting tired of hearing people say there was some conspiracy against the Pistons getting into the Finals again: Game 1 (Pistons won) Det: 10-12 From the line, 12 personal fouls. Mia: 5-10 from the line, 12 personal fouls. Game 2 (Miami won) Mia: 17-23 from the line, 23 personal fouls. Det: 15-23 from the line, 26 personal fouls. Game 3 (Miami won) Mia: 38-54 from the line, 29 personal fouls. Det: 28-43 from the line, 33 personal fouls. Game 4 (Pistons won) Det: 28-39 from the line, 28 personal fouls. Mia: 29-39 from the line, 30 personal fouls. Game 5 (Miami won) Mia: 13-23 from the line, 22 personal fouls. Det: 13-20 from the line 23 personal fouls. Game 6 (Pistons won) Det: 12-19 from the line, 17 personal fouls. Mia: 11-18 from the line, 20 personal fouls. Game 7 (Pistons won) Det: 11-15 from the line, 23 personal fouls. Mia: 16-24 from the line, 22 personal fouls. Totals Detroit Pistons: 117-171 from the line, 68% 162 fouls over 7 games = 23 per game. Miami Heat: 129-191 from the line, 67% 158 fouls over 7 games = 22 per game. Amazing what looking at something measurable rather than spouting off inane rhetoric can do to an arguement huh?
