http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qShd0yZJQqc&NR Incredible game that I was able to see live. -
awesome
-
Naw, he undercut him metr0man
-
Terry got triple teamed... he really didn't have any other options. Still almost made that.
-
Wade just can't be stopped down the stretch.
-
Yeah that was a hell of a pass
-
Watch Riley call up a play for Haslem or Posey...
-
Big game for my Spartans tonight, hopefully they don't get blown out..
-
What about his coaching style makes these great shooters unable to make a basket?
-
Good loss to a good team there. Morrison was unstoppable.
-
Holy shit what a shot by Ager! That charge they just called on Davis was absurd. That dude was standing UNDER the basket!! OT #3, a great game going on here.
-
If by x-factor you mean "not even good enough to play in Detroit" then sure.
-
I thought that Bastista looked pretty good Leelee, but it seemed like Maryland was double teaming him a lot. I agree with you on Maryland though.
-
Smoker has more potential than Mike McMahon.
-
If Miami doesn't draft a QB they are idiots. They don't have an NFL starter on the roster.

Do you know anything about the game or did you just see the score and come post some shit? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Ooh, another over-protective homer. I love you kids. No, of course, I didn't watch it. I don't believe it was on nationally. Apparently, the MSU kids all had cramps, or something. Either way, a bad loss. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I'm really not an over-protective homer, trust me, when MSU sucks I'm the first to admit it (see: football, horrid). It's hardly a bad loss when 4 players had to leave the game with cramps. It's nothing. Not one team in the NCAA would win a game without 4 top players. Period.

I will agree that Wisconsin plays an ugly, boring style of basketball. That grind it out garbage is not enjoyable at all. As far as the UK game in the tourney, the better team won, not the wrong one. So how well did UK's size do them in the first game against May? The one where he had 14 points and 19 rebounds in a 91-78 win? Bottom line is that you hate MSU, just admit it.
-
Your hate of MSU is what is stale and boring, have you even WATCHED them play? All they do is push, push, push. I don't see how that style of basketball is boring.

So in 8 years only 7 coaches have won a title? How is that making your point? Anyway... The thing about Carr that I think is insane is that with the talent they have every year UofM should be contending for a national title EVERY year. The school recruits itself, ANY coach in college could have a record similar to Carr's with the ability to recruit that the name Michigan brings to the table. How many road openers have they lost in a row??
-
Much props to Michigan. That was not the same defense I saw in their previous 4 games. Still, John L. fucked up a few times in that game that could have changed the outcome. That interception that was ruled (somehow) an incompletion. Run your goddamn team up to the line and run a fucking play. If all you do is run the ball to the middle of the line for a loss of 1 yard it's better than letting the play get reviewed and ending up with a turnover.

MSU is going to tear Michigan apart Saturday iggy, and I'll be on the 40 yard line - 20 rows up for the whole thing. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I wouldn't go that far now Crimson, Michigan will be up for this one and if they can get the offense going a little bit MSU won't stop them. State's defense isn't good at all this year and I'll take my money in a track meet with Breaston, Manningham, Avant, Ecker and the backs. This is all contingent on Chad Henne actually hitting the guys with passes and Terry Malone calling some aggresive plays. If Michigan sits on their hands and tries to turn this into a 1967-era game they will get blown out, they need to take a page out of State's book and spread some guys out maybe throw in Antonio Bass or some other athlete at QB for a snap and see what the Spartans do. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> You seem to be forgetting that MSU has one of the best QBs in the country and three, yes three running backs averging 5 yards a carry. Michigan is the team with a suspect defense (there's no suspicion, MSU's DBs are horrid) this year, and they barely won last year, only because Stanton got hurt.

Carr is the best UofM coach possible for the rest of the country. He's terrible.
