I've met Bonds personally.....he IS an asshole. Okay, I'll bite.. Where did you meet him, as in.. did you approach him away from the ballpark? Was he in uniform? At a fundraiser of some sort? My reasoning for not caring what kind of a person he is outside of baseball stems from my personal stance that I would be the same way. People constantly bothering him while out to dinner or whatever. That shit would drive me nuts. Yes I know.. he could just retire or not play baseball or whatever, but people act like he OWES them his time and good graces when in reality he provides a service that people pay for.

I personally have never met Barry Bonds, so I have no place in calling him an asshole. His "mistreatment" of the media is something that I have defended over and over again in countless bar arguements. The bottom line is simply that he doesn't have to be a nice guy. Period. If you don't like him too fucking bad. The reason that I don't like him is simple: I think that it is about 99.999% certain that he uses steroids. All you have to do is look at his body and how it exploded. Not just muscle mass, but overall mass. The guy went from a string bean to a freaking mountain. That's not something that a person does in his late 30's, early 40's without becomming a serious weightlifter. Which Bonds certainly is not. To me that is the ultimate insult to: 1. The fans who pay to see him play. (who are also, imo, fools) 2. The players whose records he has passed and will continue to do so. 3. Ever single major league player who is not using steroids. The bottom line is... he's cheating (imo). Not only that, but he is constantly being rewarded for it and it sickens me to the point where I no longer watch the MLB. This coming from a person who once had aspirations of watching a game in every ballpark (and had been to 10 as of 5 years ago). Now it's all minors for me, and have currently gone to 6 minor league ballparks will the intention of seeing as many as possible.

I agree 100%. Like you say, Ray is a great linebacker, but I can't see myself ever putting him (in a list like this) over L.T.

See I never had a problem with the People Elbow cause he'll use the Rock Bottom and spinebuster and that will be enough to knock to guy out for awhile. And when Rock does the People Elbow's he drive he elbow very hard into the guys heart. But, as for The Worm. Scotty will give a guy a very shitty bulldog. In fact I wouldn't even call it a bulldog he just kinda grabs the guys hair and pushes him down. And then gives him the Worm which is a halfassed chop to the guys face. Not only is it a half assed chop, it takes him 10 minutes to do it.

I gotta go with the worm as well. All that hopping around and breakdancing to chop someone's chest? And the whole time the guy has to just lay there after being given a face crusher/bulldog? Lame as it gets.

Better than Gaiman's Sandman ? I don't know about that. Great series, though. Never got into Sandman, but for no real reason. Maybe you could suggest a good starting point (a TPB perhaps) for someone who knows nothing about the story? I too have heard many good things about it, but never picked it up for whatever the case was at the time.

RE: Head Coach, when I heard the news of the extension it was like I got punched in the stomach. The guy has done nothing but proven that he is not a winner. Think about it this way, what percentage of players are still on the team (in a major role) that were on the team when he took over? It's clearly not the players, so it must be the coaching staff. This year was IMO the most talented the Dolphins have been in years and they throw up stinkers in big games while Wanny is standing on the sidelines looking like someone drugged him. I agree with you on Fiedler, he's just good enough for 10 wins (if that) but not enough to get them over the hump. Although personally I blame part of that on coaching, and part of it on the lack of WR depth.

Easiest way to do this is to have the top 4 teams play in the "bowl games" on Jan 1st. Then create a "BCS Championship sponsored by BCS" game on the following Sunday that involves the winners of the two games. Still get BCS rankings, and the bowl games, plus there is one clear cut winner and all the bitching gets reduced. (never get rid of it)

Re-read the article ... she blacked out, not passed out, so she most likely walked into the bathroom rather than was carried in, and it wasn't the alleged rapist that carried her out, but another nameless person who found her and carried her out. The guy that allegedly raped her will most likely argue that it was consensual sex. Which it isn't, if the girl was blacked out. If the person isn't in a position to say no, it's not necessarily a yes. The article doesn't say that it is a different person, just an unamed one. Blacked out/passed out - if she was given a date rape type drug it's all the same, and she would have basically become unconscious. The real kicker is the cuts in the vaginal area, if she can pick the guy out in a lineup and they got any kind of DNA from the medical examination the guy is screwed. And like I said, there will be cameras showing them going into the bathroom.

Now don't get me wrong, Dreamer ISN'T the greatest worker in the world or anything of the sorts. But I would give Dreamer vs. Raven's final match in ECW (their final battle before Raven went to WCW) ***. bleh, that wasn' thaaaat great of a match, rather it was the excitement of the culmination of the fued that amde it 'great'. I admit that I enjoyed the match, but when you put all of the storyline stuff aside, it hardly stands out. Why would you "put all of the storyline stuff aside"? That makes no sense at all. Are you saying that the storyline has nothing to do with the quality of a match? Nonsense.
