Pretty good point there as long as they do actually bust out the big moveset for the ppv. Otherwise it's just dumbing down the product for various (speculative) reasons. 1. HHH, Nash, et al - all can't do more than 3 moves for one reason or another. 2. Dreaded WWE style. 3. Size limitations (tough for Jericho to double powerbomb Nash). 4. Stuff I haven't thought of.

I've noticed Steiner has been doing more moves lately also. Still slow in the ring though. He just looks like he has the flexability of a cement wall.

Reading this thread so far has had me swing my vote back and forth between Foley and Rock about three times.. In the end though, as entertaining as Rock can be, jokes about pie get old. Whoenver mentioned the Foley cut on Orton the other night (too lazy to scroll up) hit the nail on the head really. That was one of the better promos that I have seen in a few months - really put the guy over IMO.. so in conclusion: Foley, with Rock and a close second.

Thank you, much better. And I agree with you there. Hence the suggestion that he get paired up with someone who is great in the ring (IMO) in Kanyon. Personally I like SOH's "look" and working with someone like Kanyon might actually help him learn.

Instead of saying that, perhaps you can explain your theory? Clearly there are a number of people who disagree with you, and for a few different reasons also.

Funny, you just described my exact stance on Gail Kim. And I have no reason to fault you for that either, since I care less and less about her every week. And as it has been said before, the only reason O'Haire had good promos was when he could recite lines memorized in advance. He's horrible at ad-libbing. And of course his offense is so horribly blah and generic that he doesn't stand out like he once did in WCW. See this gets so tiresome.. I really wish people would stop critisizing wrestlers, especially the largers ones (read, hoss), for their lack of moves.. WWE STYLE FOLKS, get used to it.

The fact is anabolic steroid use leads to an increased number of muscle injuries like the pulls, strains, and tears that HHH seems to be having with increasing frequency. Bottom line is he either need to go off the juice, which would cause him to lose some mass. Or he needs to do some kind of flexibility exercises (like yoga as Ripper suggested).

I think Matt was just superior solo... and he moved to Smackdown, where there was a title for cruiserweights, while Jeff stayed in Raw. Plus I had been hearing a lot of talk about how Jeff was Shawn to Matt's Marty. Personally I never saw it, and really didn't like either of them until they split. I am definately an MFer now..

Damn good point. I guess I had blocked that from my memory. I also could not stand Sugar Shane. Still, even in the midst of my hate I could see that they guy was amazing in the ring. And he has improved since, I still mark the hell out for a shining wizard..
