If Kurt returns to the ring he inevitably needs to be replaced as general manager. Whilst authority figures are outdated and take up air time it is likely the WWE will replace him in this role. Therfore i'd like to know who you would choose, and who you think will likely replace him. Personally I would like Teddy Long allthough knowing the creative team it'll be a McMahon

Is it me... or is there alot more crowd heat in that video (as with all videos from that era) than with the current product?

What's religion are you (or should you be)?
Ultra Violence replied to justsoyouknow's topic in General Chat
Allthough I haven't really researched all religions I tend to judge religions based on the people who follow them. (not actually judging the people if you see what I mean, just noticing people's good qualities etc) I wasn't born into this church so I question various parts pretty frequently. I've had premarital sex and smoked alot of weed and I swear alot so i'm in no way a shining example of someone living all the standards. However I admire those who do live cleanly (oviously everyonre fucks up occasionally) and I find them to be generally nicer than most atheists I know. Mostly because they're more compassionate towards people in general and live to a certain set of standards whereas many people I know outside the church seem to allow their standards to slip easier based on who their with. I personally believe there is a degree of truth in all religions which profess compassion for other human beings. However I notice negative aspects too such as people being over judgemental of individuals rather than looking at themselves (something I do pretty frequently to be honest). For example at church whenever "appropriate music" is discussed everyone seems to look at me as i'm extremely into the whole metal scene. I've experienced the preisthood in my daily life and I have seen people healed through its power. Whether they were healed through their belief causing their body to heal or through the lord's power is a matter of personal opinion. Being 18 I haven't actually been through the temple endowment service but I admit I have gone on various websites of ex members and read about what goes on. I basically believe the reason for all the secrecy surrounding temple ordinances is because the members believe the temple to be the house of the lord and don't want ordinances they believe to be sacred mocked, for example the whole handshake thing. I don't believe the church to be capitalistic but I don't always pay tithing. However I know a great deal of tithing is used to provide aid to people around the world which I believe to be good. Furthermore our bishops, and branch presidents are actually not paid for their services and usually balance their responsabilities with full time jobs. To me this suggests the church is anything but capitalistic. I'd also like to apologise if I sounded too confrontational with my original reply. Basically I've read alot of your posts Czech (and enjoyed them) and I don't wish to start any sort of flame war. In conclusion i'd like to say i'm probably not the best reprisentation of my religion and those who are interested in joining should speak to someone who actually keeps the standards and commandments rather than me. -
I actually blog on my forums... basically I have a subforum on there which is organised by date topic started rather than date of last reply. If you want to see mine... click here

What's religion are you (or should you be)?
Ultra Violence replied to justsoyouknow's topic in General Chat
Here's something to chew on. Joseph Smith said in the Book of Mormon that God appeared as a beam of light somewhere in upstate New York and told them that via the tenets of what would become Mormonism, man could ascend to God status. Meanwhile, the Bible warns us to beware of false prophets, and also of Satan, who disguised as the Angel Of Light, tempts man by telling him he can become a god. Do you have to do this anytime someone says anything about Mormonism? Everyone is free to challenge the tenets of my Presbyterian faith. Open challenge, guys. Bring your worst. If you think the Presbyterian Church is harmful, deceptive, and manipulative, open my eyes. I think i'll pass to be honest, I don't need to pick holes in other religions to validate my own beliefs. -

If you don't like people discussing wrestling from a critical perspective why post here?

which would require forums.... which implies to me they'll be adding forums to wwe.com.... which the smarks can invade and tell Vince what we think... then the stock holders will grow impatient with Vince not following the people's will to a degree and the errors in the creative process will (hopefully) br fixed.

Paul London wakes up in the ring with "28:6:42:12" written on his arm.... Vince and Shane walk over to him Vince: Hey, it's Jimmy Snukka's kid! London: I'm sorry Mr McMahon it won't happen again *London walks off* AHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHA Did I detect a hit of sarcasm there? The scene fades in showing the arena at the start of a smackdown taping <"Mad World" hits as Sable comes to the ring in a limo and drops off Torrie and Paul.> Sable: A random limo driver will bring you home after Smackdown. Torrie Wilson: Bye Sable! Sable: Paul? …. bye honey …. Paul, good luck. Dawn Marie: Oh my God! OK, tell me everything. Torrie Wilson: I’m not allowed to talk about it. Dawn Marie: Oh, my God. Torrie Wilson: Hi, Hiroko. Hiroko: Shut up! Shannon Moore: London cheats jobbing! Huh? You’re like a celebrity man! I’ve been calling you like a jillion times, where you been. Paul London. We stayed at a hotel. Shannon Moore: Shane told me you were asleep in the ring. You sleepwalking again now buddy? Paul London: I don’t want to talk about it. RVD: And now that you’re famous you gotta have a smoke. Paul London: What happens if you tell Sable about this, Torrie? Torrie Wilson: You’ll put my implants in the garbage disposal. Paul London: Goddamn right I will. Dawn Marie: So grotty. Shannon Moore: Hey Hiroko, you want a cigarette? Hiroko: Chut up! Shannon Moore: Chut up! <JBL appears on the titantron> JBL: Go back to Japan, bitch! <JBL disappears again> Paul London: Just leave her alone. Shannon Moore: That’s some good shit huh. Paul London: It’s a fucking cigarette

Vince McMahon not backstage at the PPV
Ultra Violence replied to Kurt Angle Mark's topic in The WWE Folder
Maybe his new found "Not holding people down will make sure there is a company left for me to inherit" attitude will actually benefit Smackdown in the long run... -

Why on earth would the WWE turn Undertaker heel?
Ultra Violence replied to a topic in The WWE Folder
actually since he came out to "Rollin'" I found it rather easy -
I think it would be great if at the "Great American Bash" The Big Show came out and chokeslammed Eddie and JBL through the ring. This would instantly build a monster heel vs face title program.

100. Because the TSM posters suggested his gimmick and it actually happened
-
98. Because Paul London can bump better with a torn sphincter.

Sorry mate, but I have to inform you that's utter bollocks. I've played Flashpoint and Counterstrike at my german friend's house in germany, and at a local LAN arena (again in Koblenz, Germany) and the sprites were all human.
