I got One Hundred Years of Solitude out of the library but I'm still only half way through Pride and Prejudice. I am an incredibly slow reader and can't risk reading both at the same time.

Certainly not twee. Not as well produced as, say, Sunflower though or even a couple of the earlier albums. I think that was a rushed aspect.

I will always love The Bells whilst we're on the subject of 70s Lou.

Regarding: Sally Can't Dance 'Animal Language' is one of my favourite Lou songs and the rest is either mediocre or terrible (title track). 'Ride Sally Ride' is kinda hilarious. A Bangs favourite (perverse) but nowhere near deserving the slating it gets (allmusic). Street Hassle is worse.

I take it this is a parody of Take No Prisoners, an album I've never bought because I've never seen it cheap enough. Downloaded some of it though and it's definetely the greatest live album I've ever heard.

Love 'Psycho Killer' and everything off Fear of Music except 'Electric Guitar'.

I've heard it a million times: 'Caroline No' shouldn't be on it; I can hardly ever get past 'God Only Knows'; 'I Know There's An Answer' isn't too great'. Still, great album and better than Revolver (dropped glass). Although why comparrisons are made...

Brian May, guitarist of Queen, is frustrated with MySpace. According to the news section on his website, the Queen guitarist is frustrated because not only are there many fake MySpace sites under is name, but MySpace admin refuses to shut any of them down. "Just so you know, folks, once and for all, there IS NO Brian May page on MYSPACE .... NOR WILL THERE EVER BE ONE .... I am completely disgusted that the organisers of this site exert no sense of responsibility to check that people are who they say they are," he wrote to on his site in his first entry on the subject. Then, a day later, May added: "It seems to be a bigger problem than I realized ... it's obviously a fad that has broken out like a rash ... some people must think it's clever or funny. I've since discovered that I'm not the only one whose identity has been pirated .... Paul Stanley of Kiss apparently is also fighting this invasion, and Roger and John - and my own lady, Anita, has already had to close one down. It really is laughable that if you are trying to get something taken off, apparently the proprietors of this annoying website will not talk to you unless you join their pesky club !
