You're a fool. If you were the only person watching WWE TV, your points, selfish as they are, would be valid. However, there are millions watching on TV and thousands in attendance at the show who may or may not have been entertained by Hassan. You have no way of gauging opinion in your favor and vice versa for me. However, what you seem to fail to realize is that "entertainment" has to be a group effort in the WWE. Everyone from the top down has to contribute, so blaming one man for not entertaining YOU is quite unfair and silly. There are a number of factors involved in this debacle with the Hassan character and the man actually playing the character is the least of these factors.

I guess I'm the only one who thought HBK actually did a heel promo, and a fantastic one at that. Instead of coming off as pious or righteous, he came off as arrogant, with just a hint of whiny egotism, definitely not traits of WWE style faces.

The fact that they try to potray this as so serious and earth shattering provides moments of unintentional humor.

Hassan is not gone indefinitely because he did not entertain you, thus making your pathetic McDonalds analogy moot, he is gone because the writers did not do their jobs properly. If you're going to use analogies, let's make them proper, such as: That's like me crying over the guy at McDonalds that works the grill like a pro but gets fired because his boss wasn't doing his job properly. And just as the real life situation it mimics, it's totally unfair. Sad, the best thing you can think of his being 'entertained." If the writers did their job, many more people besides yourself would be entertained.

A man could lose his livelyhood because of incompetent "writers" who could not pen a storyline that a ten year old autistic could do in it's sleep, yet, you people are discussing workrate and cheap heat? Good grief you fools, Kurt Angle's whole heel career is built off of cheap heat, there is rarely a moment when he is not engaged in some form of it. And workrate, oh yes, THAT. Since when has the WWE been a bastion of the wrestling gifted anyways? Even workrate gods Benoit and Guerrero are on the decline with no one in sight to replace them. Mark Magnus is not at fault here, the "braintrust" of the WWE is at fault. That man went out there and got booed every night, cheap or not, he did his job. He wrestled to the best of his ability and did not kill anyone, he did his job. Now because others could not do their jobs, his is in jeapordy. Why can't you so called "smart" people see that? I know no one here wants to believe it, but Heidenreich actually has more heat than MNM. MUCH, MUCH, more. but of course, since most people don't care for Heidenreich, it shall be ignored. Nothing impresses me about MNM sans their entrance, which is overlong and wears thin after seeing it a few times. They have a gimmick, but what the hell do they do with it? Yeah, they are pompous and arrogant, so what? WWE generic heel #3A-15B shares those same qualities. They get little to no heel heat upon entrance (the tag team unit that is, Melina gets scattered cheers here and there). This team is an exact repeat of the Shaniqua era Bashams where the valet was the only over member of the team, whilst the tag team itself is a heatless wonder.

Sigh, I remember when everyone and their mother was clamoring for Kurt Angle to become more serious and vicious, crying and screaming for him to shed his hilarious, but seemingly "midcard" dork-lite gimmick, which, got him over in the first place I might add. Anywhoodles, now, about five years later, we are witnessing the results of a more serious Kurt Angle; he rapes black women, or at least the ones that happen to be married to his arch nemesis. What happened? The good thing about "Classic Kurt," was despite his dorky demeanor, he cleaned up in the ring. He didn't have to go around screaming. "I'll break your ankle!" sounding as forced as a constipated crap. I want the old Kurt back, but alas, that shall never be as is character has been changed too much to revert back to those days. I think the high point of Classic Kurt was that video he made of his "interview" with the Rock. Hilarious stuff, stuff that we shall never see from Kurt again. By the way, does anyone have this video available for download?

I had a dream that the war between Germany and America ended in a stalemate, so we just combined and joined forces against Russia. Also, Hitler became my Godfather, as was customary in my dream. Also, this required him to live to the age of 100. I need to stop reading about Nazis.

*Sigh* A few nights ago I had this long ass dream about being at the trial of Nazi leader Hans Frank.... It was the year 1939, and Hans Frank was convicted of corruption, but I knew he was not going to be convicted because he was not only the Governor-General of Poland, but also the Minister of Justice for the Third Riech and head of the German Law College. And of course, as I predicted he was accquited. So, everyone went crazy shouting Hans Hans Hans! And I got caught up in the commotion and I did a Nazi salute complete with hand on belt. Then Hans Frank himself came out and the girls went crazy, pouring hot chocolate all over each other. I was amazed that girls were going crazy over a politician and noted that to my cousin who said, "These people may have murdred 11 million people, but at least they teach the youth to appreciate politics. They're not so bad." Then I began to worry about what Nazis were going to do with me since I was black, but to my relief, there were a number of black people in the courtroom as well. Odd dream.

I guess no one heard the massive boos and "Eddie Sucks" chants, huh? That was the biggest heat of the night.

JBL has ALWAYS put over his opponents, that's what is so great about him. Of course he has to draw the cheap heel heat by saying he is better than they are, but, that's just part of being a good heel. Say what you want about his ringwork, or his backstage antics, JBL knows how to put over an opponent and tell a story on the mic and sometimes even in the ring. HHH should be watching. I also like how they let JBL keep the real title belt as he looked naked without it. JBL has done alot for SD since he was made the champion, at the expense of himself he got a number of challengers over and even members of his own cabinet, well, Orlando Jordan anyway. I like how JBL is still a "feared" boss but he doesn't take it overboard like HHH. I'm telling you, JBL is THE BEST HEEL in the company. No one is doing it better.

I hate how no one ever gives Haas of Pain any props, just shit, for his coherent and informative rebuttals to the usual smark ramblings of people such as Ravishing Rick Rudo. Whereas most anti-smarks come off as illiterate and foolish, he shows intelligence and poise with his responses. Kudos to him.

I like the Heidenreich gimmick. There's no rhyme or reason to it, he's just a crazy person. Though, as always the WWE is afraid to take it to another level. He still gets a good amount of heat for a guy that loses all the time and reads bad poetry. Also, I liked the Carlito segment, especially the wooden acting of that random patron, "Hey, that's a kid." SD! always has the best lines, just like this gem from SD a week or so ago. Kurt Angle: Blah blah blah, I'm an Olympic Gold Medalist Guy in Crowd: Big Deal!

Yup. Well that post was worthy of an exclamation point. Austin's heel turn didn't even start working creatively until he stopped dealing with HHH and Taker. Oh and him saying "My name is Stone Cold Steve Austin" was awesome. He actually started that while working with HHH and Taker. Austin had been injured somehow and he was being loaded into an ambulance with HHH by his side, Taker was in the ambulance and knocked HHH to the side and proceeded to wail on Austin while he was strapped to the gourney. In between punches, Austin would say, "Hey, I'm Stone Cold Steve Austin, I don't deserve this!" It ended up with Austin going to the hospital and HHH searching the hospital in wrestling trunks punking out the staff and cutting odd promos which ended up getting him arrested. Unintentional comedy is the best.

I guess I'm the only person that has noticed that since his title reign began, JBL has put over every one of his challengers as threat so serious as to bring about death, even at the expense of himself. I've heard him go out of his way countless times to PRAISE his opponent. I think JBL is doing a great job as champion and I don't believe for a second any of these accounts of "my mark friendz say they dont watch anymore because bradshaw is champ." Please, the JBL character is so far away from the old APA character it's amazing, one of the biggest single character evolutions I've ever seen. JBL should hold the title until SummerSlam, with the months after WM showcasing a more vicious and desperate JBL.

Off-topic for a minute: Dose Humongous2002 had ANYTHING to a wrestling discussion besides "push RVD!" and his ever so clever "Crapshaw" line? He's exactly what is wrong with this folder and no one has ever said anything about his constant trolling and lack of any redeemable qualities. On-Topic: JBL really kicked ass in that commercial. I can't believe he is the same guy that used to be the APA Bradshaw. He has to be one of the top three promo guys in the WWE. Also, every WM21 commercial does not have to be a "spoof." Not every Hollywood movie is a comedy so let the WWE play a few of them straight, nothing wrong with that.

Edge's character is dead? What character, he has none. All he does is scream at faces, does a generic run in or two, cheat a little bit, and piss and moan when he loses. That's no character, that's just a generic heel. What makes him a psycho? Oh yes, he screams, how could I miss that? Of course 90% of the wrestlers who get any mic time scream their promos, so what sets Edge apart? Edge only played one character well; blonde 80's surfer dude. Notice he was also over the most too then. Then, he went to playing generic 80's babyface to now generic 80's heel. Edge hasn't had a character in almost FOUR years.
