  1. I'm getting goosebumps thinking about the potential of the Titan offense in about 3 years, especially with Norm Chow. Two 1,000 yard rushers AND LenDale White(whom I love) in the backfield. A great trio of young wideouts(Brandon Jones especially) with two talented vets in Daivid Givens from the Patriots and Drew Bennett. Kevin Mawae anchoring a mix of veterans and big youngsters like Mike Roos and Daniel Loper, three TEs who led the League in receptions as a unit in Erron Kinney, Ben Troupe, and Bo Scaife, and the ringleader Vince Young who I don't believe is overrated at all.

And NINE picks tomorrow as well(more than anybody else)

If Young and White look half as good in a Flaming Comet helmet as they did in the Rose Bowl, its gonna be a fun year.

  2. Bruce Pearl and Tennessee now have the Third Ranked Recruiting Class in the nation(OSU, UNC) according to Rivals.com with their latest addition, combo guard Ramar Smith out of Detroit(29th best player in the country) to join Duke Crews, Marques Johnson, Wayne Chism, and Josh Tabb to form UT's "Fab Five" for 2007.

Add talented, lauded redshirt Anthony Paisley and a lot returning from last year, and Tennessee should join Florida and LSU to form a VERY solid SEC next year.

Cheers to Coach Pearl for following UT's most surprising season ever with their best recruiting class( with still more to come) ever.

  3. Hulk Hogan told Bubba The Love Sponge Wednesday that he will not be appearing at the WWE WrestleMania PPV this Sunday.

According to Hogan, following the Hall Of Fame Ceremony, he will be flying to Long Beach, California to take part in a race with his son.

He will then be flown back to Chicago for RAW on Monday. Hogan said that Vince McMahon proposed an angle for the show that will involve Hogan and Steve Austin; he did not elaborate further.

  4. Joey Styles has been dealt a huge blow as he will not be calling the Raw matches for Wrestlemania even though he is the lead Raw announcer. The announcer taking Joey Styles place as the lead Raw announcer at Wrestlemania will be none other than Jim Ross. They were both informed of this news on Monday.

As late as two days ago, Jim Ross assumed his role during Wrestlemania weekend would be to host the Hall of Fame banquet. It was announced on Raw last night that Jerry "The King" Lawler will be hosting the Hall of Fame banquet.

    Why?

  5. Whats even more is that Tennessee women got a TWO?! seed after being number one in the RPI and playing to toughest schedule, along with getting sixteen wins versus the top 40. I had them as the number two OVERALL team. 28-4 playing that kind of schedule, winning the SEC tournament against a one seed, LSU, and THIS is what you get?

    Preposterous.

Whatever, Tennessee wins the next 3 women's titles anyways with their eyes closed, book it.

  6. Anybody see the Tennessee All Access segment on SportsCenter and Bruce Pearl's face when UT's seed was announced?

    CLASSIC

Good thing is, ESPN is following the Vols through the NCAA tourney so we should see more hilarious antics from my new favorite Sports Coach.

I know I sound like Dama during football season, and you should probably just ignore me accordingly, but its been such a feel good year and a long time coming for a guy who loves basketball and has had nothing to cheer for in what seems like forever.

  7. "People a month or two ago were saying that Cena is starting to get X-Pac heat. So wrong. Cena at least gets a passionate reaction, be it from those who love him or hate him. Orton is truly the guy getting the X-Pac heat. As in no reactions, nobody gives a shit, just wish he'd get released and/or run over by a truck. That my friends is X-Pac heat."

And that, my friends, is in the sig.

  8. Another One Night Stand

    February 18, 2006

At the RAW Live Event held on Long Island, NY, SmackDown announcer Tazz introduced Paul Heyman. Paul then delivered big news to the fans in attendance.

According to Heyman, ECW will hold another One Night Stand. The event will originate from the “original scene of the crime” at Manhattan Center’s Hammerstein Ballroom on Sunday, June 12, 2006.

Tickets for the event will go on sale Saturday, April 15 at 10 a.m.

If this year's ECW One Night Stand is anything like the original, you can expect to see some of the most extreme action ever. Click here for more on last year's One Night Stand.

  9. Tennessee 105, Auburn 89. Another 100+ point game for the Vols, but we gave up SIXTY FOUR to Auburn in the second half playing mostly experimental half-court defense with a huge lead(That they almost let dwindle away). This is bad news for Tennessee and good news for teams that are able to slow the game down versus the Vols.
