Heel turns that the wrestler didn't blame the fans?
Lil' Bitch replied to Boxer's topic in General Wrestling
Eddie Guerrero because Tajiri damaged his vehicle. HHH because Ric Flair won the IC title. -
So how soon before Bush declares war on Russia?

Don't bother watching. It sucks.

The Fountain was amazing until Tom became a tree hugging monk flying in space.

Who in MMA do you hate, and why?

Quinton Jackson - He doesn't like to train, he's overrated as fuck, and he killed a baby. -
Oh by the way, he tells two versions, not that many. I would have preferred more, but I guess they didn't want to make a gag of it.

A majority of wrestling PPVs in 1999 were awful. I think SummerSlam was one of the decent ones.

One and Only Star Wars Geekiness Thread
Lil' Bitch replied to Black Lushus's topic in Television & Film
So I just got done reading the Clone Wars book and it sucks! So basically, the CGI looks like crap. The plot is incredibly lame. All that for a Hutt? It doesn't really add anything to the SW storyline. The whole adventure is just mainly filler. Windu, Yoda, and Palpatine are basically extras during the ordeal. Hayden and Ewan didn't come back to do the voice work. So please do yourself and skip out on this because it just came off as really bad fan fiction to me. -

Rick Martel by leaving Tito Santana high and dry during their Wrestlemania 5 tag match because Tito accidentally hit him. Shawn Michaels because he felt Marty Jannetty had been holding him back in his wrestling career. Shawn Michaels years later because he wanted to fight Hulk Hogan at SummerSlam. Ric Flair in 1999 because he went on a power trip. DDP for cheating in matches shortly after winning the WCW Title. The Undertaker in 2001 because he wanted J.R. to be more respectful to Vince McMahon or some shit like that. Roddy Piper at WM 19 because he hated Hogan. The Hurricane because Rosey sucked. Randy Orton because he wanted to end Undertaker's Wrestlemania streak. Brock Lesnar, Chris Jericho, and Kurt Angle all have turned heel just because they wanted to be WWE Champion again. He turned heel by joining forces with The Ultimate Warrior's enemy, the Undertaker. He was mad at Hogan for costing him the WWF Championship at the Royal Rumble. When Hogan was named the number one contender for Ric Flair, Sid went apeshit and started attacking jobbers left and right until Hogan accepted his challenge to a match at Wrestlemania! -
a build-up match to SSeries 1991. Too bad Sid got injured though. This is good stuff, I can't believe how over Sid was.

Edit: Sting winning the title by turning heel on Hulk Hogan at Fall Brawl. Awesome shit.

The problem with Steiner is he obviously had considerable ring rust, didn't really work house shows with HHH in preparation for the Rumble match, had a foot injury, then when the Rumble match actually took place, he wouldn't stop doing suplexes!

NOES re-make casting updates
Lil' Bitch replied to LivingLegendGaryColeman's topic in Television & Film
The remakes of TCM and Halloween (hopefully F-13) worked because the villains were masked and there were many sequels so the actors can replaced easily without many people noticing or caring. The problem is Robert Englund IS Freddy Krueger and I'm not going to accept this, no matter how good it may turn out. Why didn't they just make a sequel? The original NOES is just fine as it is. No need for a remake. FUCK this bullshit! -
I saw a recent interview of him. He looks to be in amazing shape, he hasn't aged that much either.

That's exactly why I hated them booking the match to begin with. After so many years of build-up, the match gets lost in the shuffle rather than have any kind of meaning.

I'm guessing Punk defends the title against Batista again or Kane. HBK Vs. Y2J for the 1,247,968th time.

True, but I do wish Live and Let Die, Moonraker, Diamonds Are Forever, and You Only Live Twice had been remade to be more faithul to the books. Even though Quantum of Solace is a new story, I do love the Live and Let Die references (L&LD follows Casino Royale in the book series) both from the film and the novel: Bond wanting revenge on the new SPECTRE, a boat chase, and supposedly . Also, Bond seems to be attending a formal party, which is what happens in the actual QoS short story so that's a great nod there. The Property of a Lady, Risico, The Hildebrand Rarity, and 007 in New York are the last Fleming Bond titles not to be used for the films, but I'm not sure if they'll be made because some of the plot points or characters from those stories were used in the films, most notably For Your Eyes Only and License To Kill, but then again that's never stopped EON before from using the title and the story not having anything to do with the novel (ex: The Spy Who Loved Me) so we'll see I guess. EON stated they will not remake the old Bond films. (You never know though.)

Paul Newman has only a few weeks left

Definitely watch The Hustler or The Sting, but Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, Nobody's Fool, Cool Hand Luke, The Verdict, Road to Perdition, and Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid are great films as well. -
FUCK! Another music legend gone... Worst weekend ever. Rest in peace, Mr. Hayes.
