  1. I'm against the idea. Better off as a feud. Granted, Goldust had the rountine when he first made in 1995, going onto 1996, didn't do it much throughout 1997, acted like it again in late 1997/ early 1998, and didn't do it much when he returned to being Goldust in late 1998. Still acts like it from time to time, but not in the ring-wise how like Rico does which Goldie USED to do back in the mid-90s. Even I'll admit Rico's previous gimmick as the evil fashion stylist guru was a lot better. At least he has Jackie rather than the two fat Samoan guys so that's always a plus. He still rules and I'm glad he's slowly getting a push. I hope to see him win gold later on this year. By the way, Rico would make short work of The Hollywood Freak.
  2. Chris Benoit, definitely. He fucks his neck up, recovers after a year's abscence, helps put on arguably the best wrestling match of 2003 so far and gets shitted on. Have Brock turn heel, defeat Angle again and face Benoit (People love him more as a face) at SummerSlam. As much as I want Benoit to be the US Champion again, he should move onto better and just let Matt Hardy or John Cena win the title. Like someone was saying earlier, Angle / Lesnar shouldn't be dragged out (As we've seen with Lesnar / Show, SIX months?!!). Lesnar/Benoit should definitely be the proper SD main event for SummerSlam (it would be fitting for Brock to head into SS as the champ since he won the title a year ago). They never fought. Benoit's never won the WWE Championship. Lesnar's never lost by submission. I think its perfect and if they let Benoit finally win the big one at WWE's 2nd biggest PPV of the year, even better. Besides, Angle/Benoit needs a break.
  3. Christian will always be stuck with and looked upon as having "the whiny little brother" role. Ever since him and Edge broke their silence, Christian always had the "cowardly" routine, but even Edge had that when he was a heel. I mean its kinda good he got he got pushed, it shows he's moving on up. His last time as IC champ only lasted a month due to the sibling rivalry feud and the last thing he accomplished as a singles guy was being the European champion, I'm not sure if you want to count that, or if it worked, or how long the angle lasted. Pretty through 2002, he didn't do squat other than starting the year off as the EC and having a 3-month long tag title reign with Jericho. I think Christian would be a more credible IC Champion if he quit the coward's way (Acting cowardly is another reason why HHH is hated). He's improved over the years, but being the heel, most likely he'll still be the wuss. The man does know how to get heat so that's a plus. When he fought Goldberg, I felt bad for Christian. The Unprettiter is a bad ass finisher. Jay Leno Vs. Jay Reso
  4. Although that may be true, RVD is still over and he will probably always will. He even got cheered (even got cheered more than Jeff Hardy back in 2001) when he was supposed to be a heel. Obvious, he's not a technical wrestler, he's no Benoit, he's not in Angle's league, but he does have a martial arts background. He does cool moves that his training was able to help get. Fans like to see those cool moves. Of course, he's going to do those moves in EVERY match, those are HIS MOVES. Pop is important and RVD has what it takes to get it. The crowd always go nuts when "One of a Kind" plays. Sure, he doesn't have mic skills, but he acts like / more like because he IS being himself: a regular guy, he's just being casual so it works for him. And sadly, RVD will never at 100% because he has to work WWE-style that it hurts him. If that wasn't the case, we would see Rob being Classic (ECW) RVD.
  5. Okay, on Edge's last commentary, he was asking the fans what should he do when he comes back. What do you think as I give this litte survey based on possible outcomes depending on fan feedback.. 1.) Should Edge stay a face or go back to being a heel? 2.) Should Edge keep the facial hair or be clean shaven again? 3.) Since Edge was the last U.S. Champion, do you think he should automatically get a title shot upon his return since he never lost the title in a match in the interests of fairness? 4.) Who would you like to see Edge fued with when he returns? 5.) Would you like to see E & C come back together? 6.) IF E & C did come back together, should Edge go to RAW or Christian come to Smackdown? 7.) Should Edge cut / trim his hair? 8.) Should Edge keep the Edgecution or go back to using the Downward Spiral? 9.) Should Edge keep Rob Zombie or go back to "You Think You Know Me" for his theme song? 10.) Would you mind if Edge wrestled in pink? [its been said he's been thinking about doing it since (I'm not if he's never wrestled in the color) his buddy, Rey Mysterio, did it back in October]
  6. I think he's a great worker, its just hard for most ppl to look for at talent and to not look PAST the gimmick.
  7. I just its fawked up how Hogan ditches Zack like that, just leaves even before there is an end to the angle. Wasn't the point of the Mr. America being there to help Zack get his SD contract from the plams of the dastardly Vince McMahon? Its like this: Mr. America: Sorry, Zack. I'm sick of Big Show kicking my ass, I'm out of here! If you still want that contract, you're on your own, kid. See ya later, brother!
  8. Tonight's edition of RAW was MUCH better than last week's show. - Jericho opened RAW with the Highlight Reel which was cool. - Gail Kim won the title in her debut match, I was shocked. I hope Jazz is okay. - Even the Hurricane got boring chants...ouch! - RVD Vs. HHH was a good main event. I knew RVD was gonna get reburied, but the match far better than their match at Unforgiven along with the rematch back in December. - Kane looked the evil Emperor from Star Wars from he first came out at the end. - Eric Bischoff took a crazier bump than the Powerbomb Heard Around The World. I heard he missed the table. I hope he's okay. - No HBK, no Nash, no Austin, AND Goldberg didn't have a match...was I in heaven? - And Rico rules, but even I'll admit his previous gimmick as the evil fashion stylist guru was a lot better. At least he has Jackie (better than those fat Samoan guys).
  9. Along with the fact they are the two HUGEST stars in WWE. Hogan, the man who put wrestling on the map and Austin, the man who revolutionized it.
  10. Speaking of Hogan, I got some WCW/Hogan questions to ask. 1.) Was The Warrior SUPPOSED to have an ongoing feud with Hogan in 1998 and it didn't work out? Or did WCW just pay him a gripload of money for one match to job back to Hogan 8 years after they last wrestled? 2.) NWO came back together at the beginning of 1999. Hogan lost the title to Flair, why did he disappear after that to only come back and AGAIN make Randy Savage a 24 hour WCW Champion? 3.) After winning the title from Savage, I don't remember what happened the following months, what caused Hogan to go back to being babyface? 4.) After jobbing to Sting at Fall Brawl, why did Hogan job again to Sting at Halloween Havoc? It was a very hyped match and when it finally happened, it wasn't even a freaking match!
  11. For me, it would definitely be Stone Cold Vs. Hulk Hogan and The Rock Vs. Shawn Michaels.
  12. You're right about King Kong "Al" Bundy Junior. Kane should put the wig at least back on to prevent further angle fuck-ups. I liked the mask a lot so he should wear it again too, so Bischoff said he had to unmask, I don't recall him saying Kane could never wear the mask again...
  13. He'll be back, just taking another 7-month break.
  14. Yeah, too bad the following month, it was Vince the Rock had to pin to get the WWF Championship back instead of his arch-nemesis HHH. Knowing Trips, we'll be seeing the PPV Rematch formula working again. Get a DQ finish the first time, then bury the opponent the following PPV. DQ finish at SummerSlam, Another burial / a possible jobbing (by pinfall) at Unforgiven, you read it here first. LOL, I never realized that, but then again, that's soap opera-like "weddings" for you. LMAO, I would be surprised if the meetings actually happened / almost happened like this.
  15. The REAL Brock Lesnar character would have NEVER come out to help Rey Mysterio!
  16. No!!!! Not again!!! 1. I can't see him not being in the main events on Smackdown unless there is a bigger angle to deal with. Hogan's last PPV main event was No Way Out with Judgment Day being the last one before that. 2. It was nice to see Hogan put ppl over. I mean when I saw him tap out (I think that was the first he had officially lost by submission) to Kurt Angle, that was shocking for me. 3. *Still praying for Austin/Hogan to happen at WM XX, fuck Austin/Goldberg.
  17. Apparantly, RVD is gonna be in a feud with Kane, who turned heel, now. Booker T is on the Intercontinental Championship chase. Goldberg got removed from the SummerSlam main event (Let's hope it stays that way). Steiner's not getting a push. Who knows about Nash and HBK's future? So basically, the answer to the question is no one at the moment.
  18. I wished they fired Bob Holly instead!
  19. My Vengeance Card WWE Championship Brock Lesnar Vs. Kurt Angle (This has to be just like WM except no DQ, no countouts, and no interference whatsoever, I say keep Kurt as a face and turn Brock heel, even Lesnar said he prefered playing a heel and I miss the unstoppable monster. A clean win by either guys will satisfy many fans.) Mr. America Vs. The Big Show (Memories of Andre come into play. Save Mr. America Vs. Vince McMahon for SummerSlam, since its the bigger PPV with the Hair Vs. Mask stipulation added to it to add flavor.) WWE United States Title Tournament Final It SHOULD be Chris Benoit Vs. Matt Hardy (Benoit is a great face and Matt is getting over with the crowd even though he's a heel, I think a lot of fans will be happy if either Chris or Matt win the US title regardless even if they fight each other or not) Now here's a great idea. Vince made Sable Stephanie's assistant. Obviously, Steph didn't like it. She also doesn't like Sable since she is fooling around with Vince. It gets so bad up to the point where Steph's GM position is put on the line in a match (made possible by Vince). Now it could either be a match of Stephanie McMahon Vs. Sable (however Steph hasn't wrestled since 2000 and Sable hasn't wrestled since 1999) OR they could have a Steph's team Vs. Sable's team thing going, whoever's team wins gets Steph or Sable the position: APA and Spanky Vs. FBI and John Cena ( for example since there's no love lost between them there to make things more interesting to the Steph/Sable feud) Ultimo Dragon vs. Jamie Noble (w/ Nidia) (Filler card spot for crowd enjoyment) WWE Tag Team Championship The Basham Brothers (w/ Shaniqua) vs. Eddie and Tajiri (I'm just tired of seeing Eddie-Tajiri Vs. Ex-Team Angle, let the new guys have a chance, it worked for Team Angle and the evil French guys) The Undertaker Vs. Rhyno (w/ Sean O'Haire) (Undertaker needs a good and tough opponent to fight, FBI doesn't quite fit that role and with Nathan apparantly gone, I think Terry fits the role well and with Sean O'Haire managing, going back to being Devil's Advocate, it would make Rhyno look more like the tough guy he is supposed to be like Paul Heyman was with Brock Lesnar. A-Train can take a PPV break.) Cruiserweight Championship Rey Mysterio vs. Billy Kidman (This match HAS to happen, save Mysterio/Dragon for SummerSlam, when you put Mysterio and Kidman, since it looks like he's turning heel, against each other, its simply amazing to watch)
  20. Me too. Overall, it was okay what happened, but what they SHOULD have done was... I was happy with Mack-Nowinski winning, it establishes them as a heel tag team. I was happy with Steiner winning, granted for angle purposes they could have given this match to Test for the feud to last longer, but Steiner got Stacy much to fan's delight. I didn't want to see La Resistance win. I really didn't but I saw it coming, just shocked Kane didn't turn on RVD. (I dunno what would have been a happier outcome in tag matches, for RVD/Kane to have won and kept their belts or for the Dudley Boyz to have won for fan service?) Booker T SHOULD have won the IC title, it was in his fucking hometown for crying out loud. A lot of fans, inculding myself, were pissed about the DQ finish. Fuck Goldberg, but the match was good. Funny to have heard the "Goldberg sucks!" chants again. Flair/Michaels could have been a classic, but what do they do? They fuck it up by having Orton interfere. I would have gone either way by each man winning. And if Flair was gonna cheat, at least let him do it on his own like Classic Naitch. They definitely need a rematch between Michaels & Flair, hopefully at SummerSlam, they will. Austin/Bischoff was fucking retarded and a waste of time. I would have been happier seeing an Ivory/Jazz match. Seriously. HIAC wasn't great, wasn't memorable either. This one was a double edged sword: you wanted HHH to lose the title, but then again did you want Nash as world champion again? I was happy Nash got buried. And it was great to have Foley involved, he did do the right thing though. Basically to have changed the fuck-ups: - Have had one face tag team win whether it was the Dudleyz or RVD-Kane - Given Booker T the IC title (since it was in his hometown, if it wasn't in Houston, I wouldn't have been so pissed about the DQ finish.) - Had a clean finish on HBK/Flair or have Flair cheat on his own and made the match longer. - Redneck Bore-athalon shouldn't have happened, replaced with another match such as a women's title match.
  21. LMAO Keep them coming, guys! This is great...
  22. Okay, we don't want another suckfest like Bad Blood, so I'm trying to think of ways to improve the first American brand-only PPV for Smackdown. Like I was saying, please help me fill out the card with what matches YOU would like to see. Maybe someone from WWE will read this and plugs the ideas, you never know... Mine for now: (Heel) Brock Lesnar Vs. (Face) Kurt Angle Mr. America Vs. The Big Show
  23. Looks like Bradshaw's jobbing on Velocity for awhile.
  24. He was probably drunk when he wrote that. The guy has issues. I'm not a fan of the French either, but even I have my limits on country-bashing, sheesh.
  25. The only way I'm going to enjoy Episode III is seeing the Jedi Knights getting brutally slaughtered after Chancellor Palpatine betrays the Republic and takes over. Along with Jar Jar finally meeting his end (much to the rejoicing of many Star Wars fans) Also with Amidala hopefully dying to causing Anakin to snap big time (worse than when he snapped when his mom died) and don the black suit with the classic breathing. I could've cared less about Attack of The Clones, the movie was concentrated on the lovey dovey stuff with Anakin/Amidala/ Fuck that!
