It's Sony Studios doing it, not Marvel. Why should we be concerned? I'm sure Sony is confident the script will be in soon and they can get a movie done in 2.5 years I think he meant how Marvel announced the dates for Iron Man 2, Avengers, CAptain America and Thor- and they don't even have a script (or actors signed) for at least Iron Man 2. Yeah, but the way the final fight always pans out is that Tobey looses the mask (or it is partially destroyed). That's one of the things that always annoyed me about the Spider-Man movies.

That actually sounds pretty good. I'm more shocked that Disney is making another Witch Mountain movie. How long has it been since the last one?

If this is a 3 hour Raw- why is the main event now?

I've read books before where the normal Vampire weaknesses either weren't there or were largeely diluted. One book series (maybe by RL Stein?) had the Vampire able to go out during the day, but her powers were greatly diminished. As for the movie, a little research shows that Edward is being played by the kid that played Cedric Diggory in Goblet of Fire; and the girl playing Bella has ben in a few more well-known movies like Jumper, Into the Wild, Zathura, and Cold Creek Manor.

Well, that was fast...

True dat. If you notice, Buffy's seasons usually ended at a stopping point and gave a feeling of closure. Except for maybe Seasons 4 and 6, you could've cancelled the show at the end of any of them and still felt like you'd gotten a complete story. Actually, that was intentional. I rmemer either reading or hearing an interiew where they said the show was always in danger of being canceled, so they made it a point to wrap things up by the end of the season. The only exception being seasons 4 (where they knew they were comming back till at least episode 100) and season 6 (because they had a two year deal with UPN).

Well, the vampire flew and stopped a car with his bare hand in daylight, so apparently the powrs weren't weakened too much...

I've been hearing more and more about this book series, and heard thre was a movie comming out for the first book. Today I saw the trailer for Twilight- and ye gods, it looks horrible. My cousin is of the mind that it's a great book that will be turned into a lousy movie, ad so far I'm agreeing with her. Anybody here either read the books and/or are looking froward to the movie?

I was shocked they asked him to do it, considering the delays on Astonishing X-Men. I think th only reason Buffy Season 8 comes out on time is because he has other writers on it.

Well, Wheedon wraps up his Runaways arc June 25th, and can I just say thank god. I normally like Wheedon's stuff, but I haven't been a big fan of this particular arc- not to mention the fact that he can't make a monthly deadline to save his life.

That was a great throwaway shot as well leading into his evolution, the mad smile crossing his face, really was amazing. Good casting too, as he actually looks like him! I thought that was supposed to be Doc Samson?
