The singer, who turned 36 on Oct. 27, was driving alone near the corner of Melrose and Orange avenues at approximately 6:30 a.m. when he lost control of his BMW and struck several parked cars. He allegedly attempted to leave the scene of the accident and was quickly apprehended by police. Weiland was released from jail Monday afternoon after posting $15,000 bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in Los Angeles Municipal Court on November 17. Prior to his latest arrest, Weiland had completed most of the drug testing and counseling required after he pleaded no contest in August to two felony drug-possession charges. Judge Colette Serio told the singer in a Pasadena, California, court last week that he may remain free while he tries to kick his habit, but that could change should he not test clean. He was due back in court for another progress report in January.

I've been inspired to pick a fight with someone bigger then me (6"2 185) tonight. Full report later. Here's the short version. Ran into someone I used to work with (about 6"3 230) and hate with a fiery passion. Talked a bunch of shit in front of his girlfriend, then waited for him outside the bar, and proceeded to use my diabolical punch to the throat/kick to the balls combo I spoke of earlier. Drew quite a crowd, but instead of reaping the benefits of winning a bar fight (free drinks, getting girls numbers) I had to take off before the cops arrived. Fun stuff though. Thanks for the inspiration justsoyouknow!

I was just curious as to what you guys thought of the flick. When it first came out, I heard so much hype on how it was one of the scariest movies ever, etc. etc. so I avoided it on purpose. Last night I noticed it was one of the movies available on my On Demand, so I sat back and watched it. While it wasn't as horrifying as I was led to believe, I did enjoy the story, although I don't think there was enough background on the girl, and her "powers". I am thinking about renting the Japanese version now as well, as it is also supposed to be pretty damn good. Anyway, what did you guys think of it?

Ah, gotcha. Anytime I have drank to that point, I get so pissed at myself the next day I don't drink for around a week. And for the record, I quit smoking cigs and weed rather easily. Not to say I don't enjoy a couple drags off a smoke, or a couple hits off a joint here and there, but oh well. Maybe I am just a weakling.
