Being that this is the closest thing anyone has heard to any of the hundreds of studio recordings this band has made, I am understandably excited.

of course I do. Ok, well may be it won't be as big but it will definitely spread enormous anticipation and curiosity among the masses. They just need to do it the right way. I wouldn't anticipate it or be curious at all. Fuck Elvis. Yeah, Elvis Presley ain't SHIT compared to Jim Morrison and Axl Rose. It's about time somebody said it. On a related note, Elvis's full leather suit look he wore in his 1968 comeback special was stolen from Jim Morrison.

Yeah the word is someone got it from the Trunk show and Trunk confirmed that it "sounded like the song he heard." If you remember correctly, the GNR security Nazis were in there like gangbusters getting the CD he received back.

Technically, Axl has only had this incarnation of the band together since the year 2000. And they've been minus Buckethead since about a year ago.

You couldn't even see Kilmer as Elvis, but I love the idea of Clarence talking to him for advice to build confidence whenever he takes a piss.

"Live From New York" by James A. Miller and Tom Shales

It would require rhyming Dad, mad, and sad.

You should write a song about it, like Staind or Linkin Park.

I was unaware that The Red Rooster ever even won a damn match. Well, except when he beat Heenan. Funny story about that one that Bobby always told, about how when Taylor found out they had less then a minute to do their match, he bitched and complained about how none of his spots would get in, and Bobby said, "You idiot, it's Wrestlemania you're on, and we'll still get paid the same!"

Well there was 5 of us, but yeah I was one of em. And you have to understand, "Blackballed" is my friend's t shirt company, he came up with it. He's allowing the Rebel and his partner to use the name and the logo for their tag team.

Whose brilliant idea was it to switch Billy Gunn to the Hardcore Division and Road Dogg to the IC Title hunt? To me, both guys looked out of place fighting for these titles (especially Gunn wrestling hardcore style). Road Dogg did a great job with the Hardcore title, why move him? Why move Gunn? Anyone know?

I personally enjoyed the hell out of the show, even if I was ridiculously wrecked, which I am paying for right now with the hangover from hell.

I might have surgery in my future then too. Of course I won't know until my insurance kicks in and I actually go see what the cause of the blood is. My advice to you is to just become accustomed to it the way I did.

Checked out Goldenpalace.com and decided to give it a whirl for a little bit tonight. Anyone else have any experience with this?

Wait a second, which one of Seinfeld's dads was this? Cause two different guys played the part.

I enjoyed it at first, but then after I left the theater, a lot of the holes in the film became obvious to me. But still, that kid (Dorfman) that plays Aidan did a really good job. It's not that it was a bad film, it just didn't live up to the original at all.

Damn it, I have Fox 29.

The fucking Simpsons are on? What city? I'm stuck watching goddamn Mad TV.

The New York Times, Sunday, March 20, 2005 Arts & Leisure [LETTERS] GUNS N' ROSES No Compromises To the Editor: Axl Rose was one of the only artists I ever worked with who was never motivated by money. He consistently put the quality of his artistic output above all. Whether you consider him to be a musical genius on hold, a poster child for the misunderstood, or a narcissist, all of his actions are motivated by a pure desire to make every recording count as a true reflection of his own high standards. In a sea of musical mediocrity and generic voices processed into greatness by computers, Axl Rose achieved the American dream in music without compromising his integrity for the sake of fame or fortune. I am sure that Axl's new Guns N' Roses will impact popular culture with the same vigor and vitality that made "Appetite for Destruction" a part of musical history. TOM ZUTAUT Los Angeles

Axl and GN'R were mentioned in the latest issue of Billboard magazine. The article is a Q&A with Merck Mercuriadis, worldwide CEO for the Sanctuary Group and manager of GN'R. The Last Word A Q&A With Merck Mercuriadis BY ED CHRISTMAN ---- As an extension of his devotion to music, Mercuriadis is known for his rapport with artists and his fierce protection of their interests. One of Sanctuary's management clients is Guns N' Roses, whom Mercuriadis handles personally. Asked when the band's long-awaited "Chinese Democracy" album will see the light of day, Mercuriadis says, "Axl is one of the most extraordinary artists of all time. When people hear this album, they will realize what [Axl] did in this band, versus what Slash says he did. It will be evident to everyone who the heart, soul and passion of Guns N' Roses is."
