Unforgiven and Judgement Day were worse than both Badd Blood and Backlash.

How did Mabel get 3 votes, but Shamrock got none?

I actually liked the show. While bait and switch segments are annoying, I wasn't really looking forward to watching Rikishi and Scotty fight the Bashams anyway. The wrestling wasn't that bad to me. The Rikishi/Scotty match was mercifully short, the Bashams vs WGTT and the FBI match went about as long as they could without the crowd shitting on it completely. That, and the Rhyno/Cena match delighted me. It told a different story than most matches these days and Cena really came off strong from it. I thought the show did a lot of good for progressing the Eddie/Kurt/Chavo situation and the bad feelings between Cena and Heyman can only be a good thing. IMO, it was one of the better Smackdowns of recent memory (at least from a storytelling perspective).

No Way Out looks good... will definitly have to get a free webcast password this this one
-
I can't wait for it to show up at my Best Buy so I can buy it for 18 bucks or so with my discount

Interesting concept that I cannot wait to see how UPN fucks this one up.

Considering how terrible the teaser for the film is (and the fact that the audience openly booed it when I saw it before LOTR) this film is going to bomb one way or another. Remember how well Dumb and Dumberer did without Jim Carrey?

Totally sweet. I loved the Predator movies and I was fond of the Alien ones as well.
-
About the J'Lo involvement, all I can say is THANK GOD her part isn't that big. Leading up to this, I was under the assumption that she was the female lead and I was imagining that movie audiences would view Kevin Smith's new movie as little more than "Gigli Part 2."

I would actually be happy with that card. They could have done a lot worse.
-
That's all I need to say.

It's a shame too, Vengeance could have had some awesome extras.

1) Spanky 2) Sean O'Hiare 3) Billy Kidman 4) Ultimo Dragon 5) Jamie Noble/Nunzio Am I detecting a trend here?

I think I'm going with "Issues" because it brings back some super fond memories, though technically, their best album is probably "Follow The Leader."

I always did think there was something special about Mandy Moore. Now I know I was right. She just won an additional 15 points of overness from me.

That's a bummer and all, but hopefully this means I'll be better able to afford the dvd and movie ticket in april (cuz I know I am sure poor this month).

Idea to salvage the piece of shit "WWE Originals"
SamoaRowe replied to JasonX's topic in The WWE Folder
Essa Rios vs Jerry Lynn from Jakked. Dean Malenko vs Scotty 2 Hotty from Backlash 2000. Shane McMahon vs Test from Summerslam 99. Yes, I'm serious. -
IMO, Raw is the less tedious show these days. It's more enjoyable as a whole, has a better pace, and makes better use of MOST of the roster (with noteworthy exceptions). Smackdown, on the other hand, has the potential to be so much more but totally squanders it. This alone makes Smackdown the more tedious show, because there is so much that you want to happen that never does. Before, Smackdown was getting by okay by featuring the SD6 and featuring smaller, less obnoxious servings of Stephanie and Vince. Now Smackdown is the most depressing thing the WWE has going for it.

Your review was perfect for someone with my attention span (I was raised on Sesame Street, afterall). I enjoyed the review, agreed with much, and understood where you were coming from on the parts that I disagreed with. Thanks

I left out Hogan/Rock at No Way Out because I don't think anyone would vote for that anyway (and there can only be 10 picks) and I left out the Triple H/Goldberg match at Unforgiven seeing as they had a much better rematch at Survivor Series anyways. My pick? I'm going with Vengeance. It was probably the match that passed my expectations more than any other in the last year.

Hehe, I was actually into that angle. It's a shame they dropped it

I don't know, I happen to like all of their albums.
