That trick actually worked for me once. The samuria got down on his knees and apologized for killing my family and burning my house down. He cried for mercy while I jabbed the butter knife into his temple. Samurais are real pussies, I tell you... oh, and this thread sucks... just like my post...

Well...if you were watching the show... anyway, its chocolate from the trick or treat costume contest. Dont ask. I actually just got home from work too, but I completely forgot Smackdown until a few minutes ago. -

Why do Tazz and Cole have blood all over them? A Halloween thing? -

Oh yeah, Smackdown is on! I forgot ! -
If Hogan vs Vince at WM 19 was watchable, than I expect this will be better.
-
His chances of being signed probably aren't that good after botching his big spot. I don't know what it is with Skipper and botched spots... almost like Kazarian and botched spots....

I find this news to be rather upsetting. Bill Demott was a great worker. His one push in WWE was rather lame, but go back and watch his WCW work and I swear you'll like him a lot more. Try his matches against Lance Storm... they were good...

I gave Test vs Edge at Survivor Series 2001 ***1/2 Test vs Guerrero at WM: *** Test vs Shane at Summerslam 99: ***3/4 Test vs The Rock in 2001: *** Test vs Saturn on Smackdown: *** I could go on and on but I have seen MANY ***plus Test matches.
-
I just question their sources.

Summerslam 2002 was way better than Summerslam 2000.
-
Didn't Flair lose to Garrison Cade last night?
-
Hehe.... that was one of Test's better matches as of late. He and Shane have good chemistry though, I loved their Summerslam '99 match.
-
I was not impressed with his debut. He was okay (minus that slip) but he really isn't anything special (and I wish Paul London's debut had come with HALF as much fanfare). Oh, and Test is worlds better than this guy. I will never understand why so many smarks have this hatred of Test. IMO, he has done nothing to deserve it.

Triple H and Ric Flair's chemistry as enemies was wonderful, it would draw, and their first two matches were two of the better matches Triple H has had since his quad tear.
-
That would be a dream come true. However, like most other dreams in my life... .they die.

That was a rather easy question. Mae Young's nakedness is almost enough to make me gay.

WrestleMania was their best match for a few different reasons. 1) It had been hyped since December. 2) There was an added drama that Angle was risking his entire career for that one match. 3) They put on one of the best pure wrestling matches ever. 4) Lesnar's botched SSP added a sense of irony, seeing has he was rushed to the hospital after the show and NOT Angle. That, and I really enjoyed the flow and how build up. If you watch wrestling for drama, it doesnt' get much better than this. Angle and Lesnar shared a hug at the end of the match that I can't help but believe was unscripted. They had just put on the riskiest match of their careers.

Scott Steiner was fun to boo at the house show I went to. He didn't put on a classic wrestling match, but it was entirely watchable and he managed to get some excellent crowd interation. I think if they worked things out correctly, Steiner could be the heel version of Hulk Hogan (not good in the ring, but get's the crowd's interest).

Honestly, the Bashams are really solid in the ring. Their work in OVW --- what little I've seen of it --- was rather good. Let's give them a shot. People gripe that the WWE won't push new talent. Let's at least give these two some matches against good competition before we bury them. -=Mike Wow, I find myself agreeing with you! Now that I've said that, I've already seen the Bashams put on good matches. I watched them on Velocity all summer long and they were mega entertaining. Too many people haven't given the Bashams a chance and judge them soley on their matches with the A.P.A. which is entirely unfair.

I love Flair as much as any other wrestling fan, but I don't think another title win would be a wise idea. It's bad enough that one of his past title reigns was when he was stripped of the WCW title and then Kevin Nash won it only to give it back to Flair and have Flair lose the belt later in the show. On the other hand, Ric Flair vs Triple H at WrestleMania XX would be a great idea.

Rest in piece, Elliot. You will not be forgotten.

I try to remain hopeful, but sadly I do not think Eddie's chances are that good. I think he'll get a title shot but will lose.

I judge a match ONLY by how much I enjoyed it. It doesn't have to be a technical masterpiece or the crowd doesn't have to be Hogan/Rock excited about it, none of that matters to me. I judge soley on how much entertainment I got out of it. This makes my judging fair for all matches. Billy and Chuck vs 3MW at Unforgiven 2002 is an extremely entertaining five minute match. I give it *** because I enjoyed it. The Benoit/Angle match on that same show got ***1/2 from me. Only half a star more? Why? Because I only enjoyed it half a star more (it was a good little match, but they've had better).
