This is more exciting than actually watching the show itself.
-
Sounds right. Orton looked good in the Elimination chamber too.
-
He's probably working harder right now than Orton is
-
Orton doesn't not deserve a win tonight. Let HBK beat him and let them right again at Survivor Series where Orton can win there.

Randy Savage throws down his mic in frustration
SamoaRowe replied to Styles's topic in The WWE Folder
I only have one thing to say and that is -
Well, just in all fairness the match was really slow and had way too much stalling and brawling. I was hoping the Iron man match would be an one hour version of the Angle/Brock match from Wrestlemania. I was let down... I still liked it overall though.
-
Am I ordering... um... let me think.... oh yeah... NO! That is by far the worst card I have seen for a PPV since...well... Badd Blood! I'll bet good money that No Mercy is just as good, if not better, as Vengeance and the WWE will have to quit doing seperate brand PPVs because of how awful the Raw PPVs keep turning out.
-
Who cares? I sort of do, but only because this is funny stuff. Go Ric! And yeah... RVD and Kane might as well just quit now.
-
Rodney Mack is a useless piece of dead weight. Fuck him.
-
Rock/HHH was a boring Iron Man match for the sole reason that we'd been seeing those two brawl for months at that point. The Undertaker run-in was bullshit too. If Lesnar and Angle both bring their best, I have few doubts that this could become the best Iron Man match of all time, i'm just going to be pissed at the commercial breaks.
-
That's wonderful and all, let's just hope that doesn't happen again during the Iron Man match.
-
Why is it that whenever Angle and Lesnar are about to have a highly anticipated matchup (the first time being WrestleMania) one of them has to go and get seriously injured? Why is it that when they are both perfectly healthy they put on a match that can just be called good (SummerSlam). Hey, with their track record this could still shape up to be a new MOTYC. I have strong faith in Brock Lesnar, he hasn't let us down yet.
-
Either way, he should just retire. The Badd Blood HIAC would have been a fine send-off match.
-
Since I have not seen the Finlay/Regal match, I'd have to say I enjoyed the Cena/Guerrero one quite a bit. It was one of the highlights of the show, though I'd imagine the live crowd must have been somewhat pissed to miss out on seeing Cena and Guerrero in person.

Savage challenges Hogan for WMXX...
SamoaRowe replied to Use Your Illusion's topic in The WWE Folder
I don't think I'd mind Randy Orton vs Randy Savage... just not at WrestleMania. -
An Eddie/Chavo feud would be great for both. They'd have a chance to put on an incredible series of matches, and it could end with Chavo winning the belt so Eddie can feud with Angle or Lesnar. That would leave Chavo holding the increasingly prestigious U.S. Championship and he could feud with Benoit, Rhyno, or <shudder> A-Train.

I don't know, I haven't seen the PPV from beginning to end. I only saw the HIAC online and the video at Blockbuster. All I know is that Sable is on the cover.
-
Ooooh, Rhyno vs Jeff Hardy? Does this mean we could continue the series of matches where WWE Cruiserweights made ECW main eventers look like jokes? Anyone remember Too Cool vs Raven and Tazz? Too Cool was squashing them until they cheated and won in the end. Or better yet, remember when Lita cleanly beat Spike Dudley on Heat? Well, later that week they had Spike vs Rhyno and Rhyno needed interference to beat Spike. Way to go, WWE! And I'm still bitter about the Hardys vs Saturn and Malenko... truly sad....

The 6 Man Tag Participants Have Been Announced
SamoaRowe replied to BoboBrazil's topic in TNA Wrestling
I must resist the urge to mark out. -
I missed Raw, but Smackdown didn't do as much for me as it typically does. I did enjoy the Cena/Guerrero match, and I agree that this shouldn't end the feud. They should keep it going for No Mercy. I didn't mind the lack of hype for the Iron Man next week either, because I think the very idea for the match is going to sell itself. I don't need any video packages or grade A main event segment to get me excited for next week. I didn't think the Shaniqua stuff was so bad either. In fact, I sort of liked how the interaction between Torrie, Nidia, and Dawn Marie made sense. I just hope no one forgets that Dawn Marie is Torrie Wilson's mother-in-law. Um... not much else to say. The wrestling on Smackdown was okay too. I hated the Mullets, I turned it off after about two minutes.

One And Only NWA-TNA "Best of..." Thread
SamoaRowe replied to Corey_Lazarus's topic in TNA Wrestling
I haven't seen the 2003 Royal Rumble yet, so AMC/XXX is still number one for me. -
I could live with Paul London being on Raw because there is going to be a Raw house show in my area in the very near future (October 19th, or so).
-
1) Chris Benoit 2) Raven 3) AJ Styles
-
No, it wasn't. I fully agree. When I think about Badd Blood now, I think about Kevin Nash standing beneath an image of Triple H. When I think about KOTR 1998, I automatically think of Sable as well because she's on the damn cover.
-
You mean one dimensional show about idiot rednecks didn't get great ratings? Good God, I could only stand about 2 minutes of The Mullets. There weren't even any jokes or real comedy. The characters would say stupid things in a "supposed to be amusing" voice. I'll give it another week before it's canceled.
