I'm not let down by the Wii titles thus far, especially in comparison to the laughable selection of PS3 games available...

This whole debate over Cornette and Santino is rediculous. In any professional work place, hitting someone is not tolerated. End of debate, there is nothing to argue about. If my manager at Best Buy is pissed at me, he can't hit me. And if he hits me, even if he has trouble walking, it would just make matters worse if I were to hit him back. This isn't about proving who is a bigger man or proving oneself to not be a pussy, it is pretty black and white. If you hit someone in the work place, let alone multiple times, you do not deserve to keep your job.

Exactly, there was a comment made a few posts up that a "TNA-ROH" feud would be awesome if Dutch and Russo had nothing to do with it. In that scenario, it would be unrealistic to expect guys like Angle and Sting to be willing to put over guys like Nigel and Danielson who have never been on a national stage before (other than gigs jobbing on C shows, of course). It would make for a good EWR diary, but would never work in real life.

I'm just as anxious as anyone who doesn't own a Wii for the drought to be over. I got mine in February, but now it's goddamn April and all the calls I take at work are "Do you have any Wii's?" I can't blame them for calling, but we'll all be happier when the shortage is over.

Even if Nintendo was unprepared for such a demand, I think my Best Buy would have had SOME Wii's in the last month instead of the whopping ZERO we've had. At least before, they were trickling in here and there, the absence of Wii's altogether leads me to believe this story.

Quoted for emphasis and agreement. Some guy working in the games section of HMV told me that Nintendo has told them that they're trying to just build up a HUGE stock and then release them all at once so that there's a lot going to each store instead of the usual 10-20, or whatever lower number the stores normally get. Don't know how true it is. But thought it was worth mentioning. I've heard the same thing on G4, and there are rumors like that circling around my Best Buy.

I wouldn't call myself a Hanson fan either, but they were good at what they did. I tend to remember them mainly for the last months of sixth grade. There was this girl in my class who loved them and kept bringing in their cd to play whenever we had a free period. She went on to become all goth in high school, which amuses me to this day, but everytime I hear "mmmmBop" i think of that time period. I thought the lead singer was a girl at first too. A lot of guys in my class did, I actually had to spend time arguing with some of them that all of them were boys. "Penny and Me" was actually pretty good. When they were first out, I was only in sixth grade and almost bought the cd. I ended up picking up "Disciplined Breakdown" by Collective Soul instead. While that purchase turned out to be rather unfortunate, at least I don't have to admit to having owned the Hanson cd to anyone

Both of those shows sound awesome and look like definite must-haves on paper.
