Jesus, how many years ago was that? I had completely forgotten about it but now I'll know to never watch TNA again! I'll tune over to that other fed that never has anything remotely racist going on.
-
I completely forgot the Grammys were on last night I would have enjoyed that spectacle.

The second Edge started pulling in the ratings and great heat as a heel champion, I knew it was only a matter of time before Triple H began to feel threatened. If Triple H wants to be the biggest heel on Raw, he should concentrate on getting himself over, not hurting the other heels. Coward.

When they say he retired last June, it was only after two matches. Before that, Storm hadn't wrestled since soon after WrestleMania XX. So if you want to get technical, aside from those two matches (which Storm only came back due to the ECW pay-per-view) Storm was retired/inactive for two years. I would say this is a big deal.

With the weird way WWE books Carlito, he'll get way too much offense even on Kane. Yeah, that's what happened a recent house show (the one Cawthorn posted). I predict the match goes way too long, Carlito makes way too many cover attempts, Kane fights his way out of three sleeper holds, and the only way Kane wins is if RVD shows up.

It's kind of sad that Paul London was in the lead for such a long time in 2005 and we're three weeks into 2006 and he hasn't won a single match yet. Go Vis! -
Pretty much. PPVs always help too, because the card is announced so far ahead and you know who's going to be wrestling, and if there will be any gimmick matches, and you have more time to make predictions. I typically make off like a bandit when there is a big ppv gimmick match. For example, I had both Batista and Triple H on my team going into Vengeance 2005. That way I would get huge points for both of them even being in that match.

A backstage interview is most likely, though it would be kind of neat to see him run in and screw Carlito out of the match with Kane. Not that Kane should have any trouble destroying Carlito and all

I just joined as Death Rowe. Basically for my league I just picked the favorites to win the Royal Rumble and those participating on Raw tonight.

That doesn't mean RVD might not show up for an early surprise. WWE did that when they advertised Big Show coming back in (three weeks) back in 2004. Instead, I believe he came back later that same night.

Yeah, we did once. And it was nice. Then one day they took it away for no good reason.

The last time I sat "limited view" I was parallel with the stage and could actually see everything just fine (including the wrestlers for the first few seconds they were backstage. It was funny to see them stop selling their injuries as soon as they thought they were out of public eye. -
Wow, this is sad. I liked the show though.

I know 2005 was an interesting year and all, but it's about time this replaced it on the top of the board. -
Jan-August 2000 was an awesome time to be a WWF fan.
-
Two for the price of one... hmm, that's never a bad thing. Too bad I don't want either show. Maybe they'll do something similar in the future with other events.

Any reason why this hasn't been pinned yet? -
Ah, okay, just wondering. Are there any limits to how low the WWE will stoop? I sure hope CM Punk is getting paid well for having to disapear into OVW.
-
I'm just curious what the source was. I can easily believe this report, but I was just wondering.

Bogus, Joey Styles has been the best new addition to Raw in ages, and I've enjoyed his commentating.

I've been playing EWR since 2002 and have never had any spyware get on my computer through it.

Juvi was the one who injured Jerry Lynn and soon after was replaced in Team Mexico. Juvi isn't going back there by any long shot.

Good one, Edward. Didn't the casting call for Shelton's mama imply 5-6 months of work? Let's hope she turns out to be tolerable.
-
Spoiler! Shelton's mom is none other than... Rikishi!
-
No, clearly Shelton's mama is going to be....Goldust! ::raises a beer in honor of Dusty Rhodes and his wonderful booking::
