What about the Guerreros Del Inferno or however it's spelled that everyone loved a year or two ago? Are they still good?

No Holds Barred (Feedback & Voting)
Masked Man of Mystery replied to Lt. Al Giardello's topic in Site Feedback
I voted to keep it because, as others said, without it the rest of the board would become infected -
I've used AOL, Yahoo, and Trillian, I like Yahoo the best just in terms of interface, and AOL the least.

Is Mister Warrior "public domain" or should I speak to someone about using him?

We never hear about the OAOAST anymore.
Masked Man of Mystery replied to Art Sandusky's topic in No Holds Barred
We're here, currently, as someone said, dealing with some SWF crossover and going pretty darn strong with some guys just putting in a tremendous amount of effort, but we're always looking for more guys, so feel free to PM someone if you're interested, we don't bite -
This is not a question of your favorite style. If one had a body that could do any of the differant wrestling styles, or could with some work, using the recent past(say '90 onward) what is the most effective wrestling style? Don't take WWE biases into account or such. As far as I know, the major styles are: technical, power, cruiserweight/lucha, Japanese strong style, brawling(one could make an argument that strong style and brawling are very similar in many regards, but I'll leave that to folks who've seen more puro), MMA/shoot style, and all around. Every style has their own advantages and disadvantages, but I personally think that a style like Sting's would probably be the most effective, he was very good all around in his prime, able to fly a bit, power wrestle, brawl, and he could do technical work, of course. I'm interested to see what other folks think.

Maison Ikku is pretty darn good, but Urusei Yatsura is my favorite. Lum is sadly almost completely forgotten. Plus, if I recall correctly some of the UY team went on to do Project A-ko, you can definately see it in the character designs

Oh, another thing is how will this sucker take discs? My friend seems to think it's like a car stereo, whereas I was expecting a tray

If you want to see it wrapped up you need to read the manga. The only OAV worth picking up is the Christmas Movie. It actually advances the story a little bit and even includes what must've been a home video only extra episode that has the Kendo Girl(forgot her name) trying to be a normal girl, I believe, and does farther on the fan service than the rest of the show did. The Summer Movie absolutely refuses to move the plot along and it's like 40 minutes but full price because the idiots releasing it(Bandai, if I recall correctly) are bloody evil. Love Hina again is as best I can tell the conclusion, but it spends its entire running time Oh, and I may as well plug my blog here, lovecraft asked me for my opinion on the worst anime ever. If you want to discuss it here or there, I'm cool either way. I said Legend of Lemnear, by the way.

Anyone who buys a first gen PS3 is asking for trouble, first generation Sony game consoles literally ALWAYS have issues. I'm going to be looking forward to the Wii myself. Does anyone know if you'll be able to use dial up with it, because that's all I have besides an unsecured wireless network someone nearby has

Dupree was someone who he could do the mechanics and looked like he knew the basics but didn't know what to do beyond the basics. He was definitely someone who would have benefited tremendously from the old territorial system, because he was not ready for prime time when he was called up. I agree, but what I see in him and Test that I really like is they understand the little things you have to do as a heel to get heat, which a lot of guys they call up just do not understand. I think they need to make him arrogant beyond just being French. I'm interested in what Heyman will do with him in ECW, hopefully more than him being the "Extreme Frenchman" which I could sadly see

I've discussed this in another thread earlier in the year, but it seems to me that some people completely misunderstand Scarface and miss the fact that it's a cautionary tale. -

That reminds me, someone in the OAOAST wrestled Batista, and when he went to do the thumbs down pose, he grabbed his thumbs and stopped him or something. I'd also like to see what happened if Hogan hulked up and someone did something random like hit him with a Shining Wizard. It'd be impossible to no sell that -

Since everyone else is "shooting" I may as well join the trend, I haven't had a blog entry in almost a solid year. Go ahead and ask me about anything you like, if I'm not familiar with it, I'll tell you. -

The worst one I've ever seen was Legend of Lemnear. It wasn't entertaining in the slightest, and due to the animation that, that willowy late 80s early 90s style like Ninja Scroll, the girl comes off not looking particularly sexy. In my opinion anyway. I'm also not a fan of Ninja Scroll, it's a lot of violence and sex with only the flimsiest of plots, or Akira, which was a victim of being done before the manga was complete, but again, it looked like it was too busy shocking and grossing you out to bother to tell much of a story. Akira did, admittedly, look amazing for its time, though. -

Whaaaaaaaaaaat the fuck??? Beyonce has been one of the hottest musical acts as a soloist and as part of Destiny's Child for at least 4 years now. Jamie Foxx won the Best Actor Oscar two years ago for Ray and has been one of the biggest leading African American men in Hollywood for almost 3 years now. Danny Glover...come on, you SERIOUSLY don't know who Danny Glover is... I know you're doing your gimmick, wp, but this is a bit much... I know who Destiny Child is but not the indivuduals. I know I'm a geek in many ways but I'm not a geek in all things so I don't keep track of Ocars just like a lot of other people don't. I have never heard of Ray either. No, I don't know who Danny Glover is. I may've heard the name once before just like with Beyonce. However, I only speak geek in a few languages and not with everything. At least I know who Eddie Murphy is. Nobody else stands out from the pack. I know lots of people who wouldn't know who these people are. It's not as if I'm some kind of anomoly or something. Wild Pegasus, I think you're a good dude and all....but seriously...you have to have not watched any television in about 10 years to have not heard of Jaime Foxx or Danny Glover, Foxx in particular, he's been all over the place lately -

Understood, but there's one problem with a really big guy: work over the legs and they're screwed. -
Um....if you're still doing this, or whatever...I'd like an opinion on Rene Dupree. I think he can be a star if he's used right and develops a bit

Hey, thanks for the plug man, you seem like a cool dude yourself. I do have trouble sometimes seeing when people are being sarcastic with me, I blame it on not having a ton of friends as a kid, but that's a WHOLE other can of worms. See you around! -

Thanks man! When I saw the commercials for it, I'm thinking generic horror movie in the dark, but if you think it's that good, I'll definately put it in my Netflix list when it comes out, I hardly ever get to a theater. I think the last movie I saw in one was Sean of the Dead. Oh, anything you want my opinion on? -

That might not be the case of Austin, as maybe he'll pull an HBK and comeback full time? As for Rock, I think the ideal fued for him would be either Heel Cena or HBK. His movies have not excatly had blockbuster sucess, so I can certainly see him coming back to the WWE in the future. Maybe a fued with HHH since WWE likes to do throwback angles. No way Austin can come back and wrestle full time, he's too screwed up, that's why they had him be a co GM

I understand what you're saying, but I'm thinking more in terms of how effectove you'll be in the ring, counters and such. Benoit is darn hard to stop in the ring, if he had the aggresiveness he had just before he went on sabbatical for more of his career, I think he might've caught on better as this crazed man who does anything he can within the rules to win
