Frank Thomas did play a little last year. As far as I'm concerned, he earned his White Sox championship ring with that and all the years he played for the organization. I'd love to see him win it "for real" though, as some may say, with Oakland.

10/11: Longing To Be Fenced In
USC Wuz Robbed! commented on kkktookmybabyaway's blog entry in KK's Korner
But to be fair, Randy is on pace to be an even bigger Hall of Fame member than Long could ever dream of being. -
Only if it was Jeff Weaver flying the plane.
-
Cena must have been a Bertha Faye fan then.
-
Because you know how they feel, right? I'm not going to assume anything like you did, but I'd say they are more upset they lost a teammate and maybe a friend, than they are that they were eliminated from the ALDS, giving Lidle a chance to fly a plane.

The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning
USC Wuz Robbed! replied to cd213's topic in Television & Film
Must have wanted an autobiographical documentary on Ed Gein, but with GORE. -
Yeah that's just ridiculous. Let's blame Detroit while we're at it too. They killed Lidle!
-
How is Rey going to be in the SSeries match then?
-
I dunno, I'd have to give it to Florida over USC right now.
-
Why? It would not be a guaranteed victory for Chicago.
-
*Looks at your avatar*... yeah.
-
Only to San Diego can Pittsburgh end their losing streaks.
-
So it's possible the A's gets in the World Series by beating the Twins and Tigers.
-
I'm aware. It's all in good fun.
-
Well to be fair, Matt Young hasn't been seen at all lately, or throughout the season on the board. St. Gabriel was banned I thought?
-
Actually you were the one person I was excluding from my statement Ah gotcha. Alright then.
-
As an aside, I will mention I've not been as interested in baseball this year, White Sox fan or not. The coverage of the team here in San Diego has been rather spotty, so it's hard to continue to follow them. Plus, NFL is my strongest sport to follow. Go Bears!

Porter's descent into madness, even as his own team was winning, was amusing. Plus it gave rise to the whole "White Sox Fans: Loud and Proud Since A Couple of Minutes Ago" slogan, which the end of this season has readily demonstrated Glad to see I could provide entertainment. It's true that I've been quiet this year, and this might reflect badly on my fandom of the team, but at least I'm not actively rooting for another team like a certain Cub fan turned Twins fan. I'm still proud of my boys winning last year though.

I notice that a lot of people named the Bulls the most improved team. They were a 4/5/6 seed to begin with, and yet almost no one picks them to go far in the playoff or win the division. How does that work?!
-
Right, but MFerXtreme87 said he would prefer to face the A's because Yankees had homefield. My point is it wouldn't matter because if Yankees advanced and faced the Tigers in the LCS, it would still be Yankees' homefield.
-
So that's where rawmvp went to.
-
If Yankees has homefield advantage, does it matter when you face the Yankees?
-
Nah Chicago's dead in the water.

I don't know about that, but Dale Jr also has the pedigree. He's like the Eli Manning, but without the older brother.
