What's with the Ohio State comments? I seriously doubt they'd give a spot to them again, even if they emerged out of the Big Ten the champions. I think teams like LSU, Oklahoma, Florida and USC would get a shot before Ohio State does, in terms of the 1 loss teams. That's why I'd welcome the scenario where Ohio State beats Penn State. Oh I know that, but what I'm saying is it's not right to blame Goodell for trying to improve the quality of life for those players by making those "dumb" calls. No. They're headed for 8-8. Roger Goodell is a large part of the problem. Not for the stuff like suspending Pacman (that is deserved) but more for trying to eliminate the little things that make football, you know, FOOTBALL. "Playing too rough?" WTF does that mean? Because nothing says football like guys who can't walk when they're 35. This is actually a good thing that Goodell is doing for the league. It gives you extra years to enjoy your favorite players, as opposed to seeing their careers cut short by a cocaine addict running full speed at their legs.

It's stupid to want to see Phillies win just because the Dodgers had 84 wins. They won the division. That's credibility right there. It's better than seeing many wildcard teams make the World Series in the past.
