No no. I'm not saying that people must like what I like. I'm just saying that's why the serious gamers get offended or pissed when people say they like crappy games. It's like people being pissed at others for liking Carlito Cool or Muhammad Hassan. It's silly but it's just how things go.

Remember, this All-Star game COUNTS! Personally I'd go to the Shorebirds game (not that I like the Orioles or any of their affliates), but I'd rather see a meaningless game live than a meaningless and corporate game on TV.

I agree, bad game between White Sox and A's. Congratulations to the primary A's fans across the board. Good job getting it done. The White Sox are starting to look exposed I think, and this is bad news.

Some people, myself included, take gaming seriously. If I found someone who enjoyed the stupidest crap possible, I'd tell him/her to get as far away from video game playing as possible. It's not a knock on the people really, but more a preservation issue, as I'd want the developers to try to develop quality games, and it'd be harder with people undercutting the serious gamers along the way with bad taste in games.

A word of advice Porter, please change back to the Mel Gibson avatar and signature. I think it made you look more bad ass, knowledgable and recognisable. Thanks. Duly noted.

I'm an USC fan, and honestly I don't think they'll be escaping this year unscathed. They WILL go down in one game or more.

Remember when you'd get excited every time you read in a gaming magazine about new fighters to come to a video game franchise like Mortal Kombat? I remember thinking Nightwolf was the next big icon.

Two great episodes, I agree. I found the ending to Howling Man to be somewhat fitting and ironic in a sense.

I heard one guy was Val Venis, but dunno.

I can't believe no one else liked, or gave props, to "A Game of Pool", it was just so creepy and made me think a lot about myself and what I would do in Klugman's shoes.

I'm loyal to Nintendo, but I had a PS2 and a Xbox at one point or other. Both systems had their advantages but I guess I'll always be a Nintendo guy, considering while I had the three systems all housed in my living room, the game library that grew the fastest and most was the Gamecube's library.

Which is why I try to generally avoid the Xenosagas or other games that are known to use cutscenes/FMVs a lot.

I personally could live without cutscenes/FMV's. They are misused to the point that doing without them would be a positive.

At least it seems we're all in the agreement that everyone's playing for a chance to face USC in the title game.
