I can't in good conscience say 100% of the time as i have noted occasions when I have totally disagreed with the marker's decisions (Clark beating Kibagami comes to mind, and not just because he's Kibagami - the match was much better). And I'll admit I don't always read the losing matches thread and compare it to the winning matches. But when i do, I can generally see what's gone on, or at least be torn between the two enough to not be able to argue any particular point.

No. In fact, you might as well all give up now. i was going to comment on ALL the show, however time constraints conspired against me. Here's what I've got so far. The opening hardcore brawl isn’t exactly going to be a technical masterpiece. Regardless, Sarah used the location quite well with some enthusiastic (if presumably slightly puzzled) onlookers and inventive use of buskers and hot dog carts (although the words ‘Davis’, ‘Dagda’, ‘close behind’ and ‘weiners’ create the wrong sort of images... The Cyclone Driver onto the concrete is SICK (and probably fatal), and I love the way Sean shoves them onto the train. I wonder if Dagda and Sly have any change to pay for their fares in their wrestling gear? Next up it’s Max King vs David Cross. A decent opening with Cross playing the vengeful face who attacks the scurrilous heel (I’m starting to talk like Comet, HELP!) but is then outwitted by King. However I’d question why King gets straight back up with no ill effects at all from his beating up to that point. Also - are we talking an armwringer or an armbar? It’s not much of a difference but I think an armwringer is more likely in the circumstances. Then we have King no-selling the arm struggle by using a butterfly suplex, and Comet saying that it could be nearly over despite the match only having just started. It’s a good, effective comeback by Cross (although the forearm shot no-sells King’s arm work) that gets over his size and power advantage. I think it’s too early for a close two count really, but hey. I’m also not sure exactly how king escapes the Black Mass - it says he gets through the ropes, but doesn’t describe how he escapes the move to do that! I honestly don’t know why Cross wouldn’t just take the countout win against his opponent and move on into the semis, but it’s a good juxtaposition of the nature of the two men that King is MORE than willing to do that. Oh, and Kelly gets some of what’s coming to her, that can’t be bad Finally it ends up with a nice bit of continuity as King cheating from their last match doesn’t work, so he does some more cheating to make up!

I'm claiming the attack by Rev-0 to be the thing that drove Fury away. Just to make us look like bigger bastards. Hope things get sorted out soon Fury, will be good to have you back.

The Demonstar - think a totally unprotected, sheer-drop sit-out Tiger Driver '91. It breaks necks. And yes, I lost a match to that move courtesy of Big K (a non neck-breaking one). Generally you should ask other people before using their finishers. It was a nice idea, but if you don't know a move and it's history in this fed... don't use it. The Demonstar Driver is THE move, the most feared thing EVER. Imagine the shock and expectation of Lesnar using the Shooting Star Press, cross it with the 'instant death' sell of the Tombstone when Undertaker was in his biker gimmick and only using it rarely, then times everything by ten. The crowd like to see Kibagami use it (when he's a face), partly for the thrill of seeing if the other guy can walk away. And that is it, it's not a case of will you kick out, it's a case of will you walk away afterwards.
