Lorenzen isn't an answer and they might be able to find a steal in the late rounds of the draft for running back or quarterback. Derek Anderson will be available, Daunte Culpepper I'm sure, David Carr is doing everything he can to get cut but he seems to be worthless, and if they get really desperate then Chad Pennington looks to be a dead man walking in New York. Even with the veterans available, it's going to be a crap shoot. You have the question of whether this is a fluke season for Anderson or is he really this good? Is Culpepper finally coming back to 100%? And does Pennington have one more year left in him that enables the Bears to groom a draft pick? Options are there for sure though.

I think they lost a large chunk of the people considering seeing it right then. Like I said before when I saw the trailer, the movie is 100% based around the suspense of what is inside the Mist and when you take out pieces of that suspense then you are just left with a Thomas Jane movie. They could have made that trailer exciting and action packed without revealing one BIT of what was lurking in the mist but instead they gave away the entire plot. Films like that need their suspense element to bring in a crowd and the trailers killed it dead.

Add in Trace Adkins bringing along big assed women and you might well be correct. Course I don't see how he has a shot of winning the election right now.

It's what killed the film dead for me. Whoever thought that was a good idea needed a kick to the face. "Enchanted" looks like one of those films I know I'm going to get dragged to see but doesn't look downright terrible. Doesn't look good but it looks like it may not make me wish I was stabbing myself instead of watching it.

It sounds like he just watched every Sci-Fi original movie ever made, got hit in the head with a dodgeball and woke up thinking all the plot summaries really happened or are happening right now. This might have been mildly interesting and at the very least entertaining if it wasn't a crazy guy controlling it all. Dude, you know you can back up your saves to your computer (or memory stick) when an Action Replay Max, right? My computer is already pretty full too. Plus I'm finding a certain joy in creating these guys now, it's too much fun. Usually creating is a chore with a game but this is actually...fun. Thanks for the info though. I might consider it in the future but with the holidays fast approaching and the number of people I need to buy for growing by 5, money to spend on gaming equipment isn't there.

I'm not interested in an additional 40 dollars for something I will only really use for this game when I can just go slowly insane searching through move by move for creations. Plus throw in the price of another memory card and I'm looking at another 60 bucks for a game that cost 20. I'd do some deletion off my other cards but I really want to protect those saves since a lot of the games I've either finished into free mode or I'm about 90% done. Not being a dick or nothing, just it's too much of a cost for me at this point. The layer situation isn't as hard as I thought and most of the guys I can design close enough to where it honestly won't bother me. If I can get the stupid color sub-menu to open so I can make the color adjustments then I'll be in good shape (I've tried every button and Kurt STILL has blue frickin shoes). I also just need to find that cm and kg converter for height and weight so I'll be good. All I really wish is someone had a list of the move renames of the major wrestling finishers. Outside of that, I'm not having trouble with creation that I thought I might. It's very detailed sure but with the game being 2D, close is good enough with this. I'm putting together my list of wrestlers today and seeing how many I can get designed without moves by the end of the night. I just need to figure out how to move guys from group to group so I can create WWE, TNA and ROH. ADDITIONAL, hitting the first CRITICAL is by far the coolest thing ever. Being Vader, I was able to completely DESTROY Sabu and get my first critical with a chokeslam. There is nothing better than that "SURPRISE! YOU JUST KNOCKED HIM THE F OUT!" and seeing their limp body lying on the mat. So naturally, as Vader, I followed it up with another chokeslam and a big splash. Vader is a dick and it's finally FUN to get to be him.

I'll give TNA huge credit for one thing. The women's division is very top notch and the matches have been so brutally awesome. Kong just killing people and the whole division has me interested. And Eric Young seems like whenever he is involved, the crowd actually gives a damn. Shame he'll never rise above the comedy angle guy who gets the crap beat out of him before stealing the feud victory.

If he plays a mix of his character in The Departed with The Shooter then it could be an excellent film. Also, I just learned that "GI JOE" is being directed by the man behind The Mummy Returns and Van Helsing. Guess we can put that corpse in the ground.

Creating got a lot easier with default copies of Angle, Brock, Austin and others already saved into the edit section. I was rolling right along with a near perfect Angle...until I opened up moves. Son of a bitch, you cannot appreciate or HATE the number of moves this game has until you are trying to create someone. I've spent 20 minutes looking for the Angle Slam and I had to stop. It's a nightmare, a great one to have but damn. It's a shame that right now it is the ONLY move of his I cannot find. I didn't look through the massive list of front grapples yet but it might be there. Overall though, creating wrestlers was a lot more simple than I thought it would be in the design area. Just the movesets are going to be absolute torture!

I think it's a testament to Jericho that he can go out there dressed like an 80's Hair Metal band member and still be awesome. Now the question is, what do they do with this? They have a strong start, they have the crowd excited for his return, now I'm hoping they don't pull something stupid and ruin everything they have going here.

He's right though. I know I won't call him good ever but if the shit works, then him and his crazed staff of misfits will go down in a positive light. Doesn't mean those who lived through it will ever agree with the opinions of future historians but once we are dead and gone, if this actually ends up being a turning point towards a massive future peace then future generations after us will see him as great. It's hard not to vomit when thinking about but he someday may go down as a great man with an amazing legacy and we'll just be the group of nearsighted people who didn't believe in him.

Considering when Barry was on the team, the Lions always came into this game either locked dead heat in a wild card race or fighting to remain IN the race, I'd still have to say the Barry years. It was rare they were dead at this point in the season, usually hovering at 500 and desperate to stay afloat. This is the first time in quite some time where I can remember them having a game that matters without him on the team. It's gotta be at least 7 years. And thanks to the resident Lions supporter, I now know it was seven years.

That game against the Packers in 2001 when Mike McMahon led that amazing comeback only to come up just short (by 3 I think it was) was a good one. But as in a game I actually felt like would be enjoyable going into the game? When did Barry Sanders retire?

So after three fun matches and an hour of editing, I really LOVE this game. Vader vs Sabu was an absolute squash though as Vader just tossed him around like a ragdoll (the finisher of Sabu hitting a dropkick that had no effect and Vader just picking him up and choke slamming him was sweet). This is such a fun ass game. I'm slowly getting used to it and I figured that using strike moves to see what they look like first has helped me figure out where to stand to hit them. I felt stupid at first because I couldn't figure out how to pin Bret Hart in the match I had against him as Petey Williams. Eventually hitting X, I got it and seeing the Canadian Destroyer and getting a three count with it was just beyond cool. Easily the best money I have spent on a game and I've barely scratched the surface of what I can do.

Only if the feud ends with John Cena sending his clone out into the middle of the ocean and makes him get destroyed by a sudden appearing volcano. If that happens, I'm 100% sold on this idea. Last I heard from the Rock, he is done with wrestling and doesn't want any part of it. And frankly being involved with it in any way NOW might be a really big career mistake.

I guarantee anyone who even lays a hit that's even slightly dirty on Brady is going to get his ass handed to him by Goodell. No one's going to give up half their salary for one hit on Brady. As well he should. This stuff was pathetic when I saw it the year Manning and the Colts were destroying teams and he was still tossing touchdowns up by 35 late in the fourth quarter. If the Colts were going for it on fourth and one up by 35 against the Patriots, I say good on em. Maybe the Patriots defense makes a play and gets the team back some momentum. If they can't, oh well then the Patriots are down 42. Make a play and at least leave with your balls still in place. And yes, I do feel New England is running up the score just like I felt the Colts were. But it wasn't the Colts job to stop scoring two years ago and it's not the Patriots job to stop scoring now. The Patriots traded their first round pick in 2007 to the 49ers for a 2007 4th round pick and a 2008 first round pick.

They didn't review the play, they were unsure of the rule. He put on the headphones, had someone check the rulebook and made the call. His head doesn't go under the hood. The ref underneath shows with hand motions it went through and bounced out and signaled no good. Well that's not the rule, the officials discussed it and realized they weren't 100% sure of the rule themselves. God even on the kick you see the officials signal it went over and bounced back. They blew the call, other officials knew the correct call, they double checked the rule and not the play and called it. That's not reviewing the play, that's reviewing the rule as called. They already KNEW the result of the play.

I'm sorry, but his pep talks make him damn near the best thing on ESPN. It helped the Irish get pumped to take down that powerhouse Duke team this week! I think this might be the first time all season that the team Lou gave a pep talk too didn't lose by two touchdowns.
