Raven files a lawsuit against the WWE

Because you're not the only guy who's been in the business to post on this board, dude, and none of the others have had a problem in letting people know what companies they worked for. That one guy you're arguing so much with, Scroby, had no problems posting the photos of himself refereeing a Great Muta vs Ultimo Dragon match at that one Frisco convention. Hell, see if you can stop me from rambling on about all the crap I was a part of while announcing in various little promotions in the Nashville area. Nobody on this board is gonna hunt you down and stalk you if they find out where you live. So your stubborn insistence that you were a promoter, combined with your stubborn refusal to back up that claim with any kind of proof, makes the jaded motherfuckers around here automatically assume that you're full of this. Sorry I just couldn't resist. As far the Raven lawsuit goes, if he's after money for the 90 days he wasn't able to work, I could understand that. But I question how he could go after that money when I'm sure that rule was in his contract before he signed it.

That is great news. To the fight, I SAY G!@DAMN!! That last right hand was murderous. Warlord wrestled at the Cow Palace in Oct of 2007. He teamed up with the Barbarian. He's a big motherfucking dude.

I think the Brothers of Destruction entrance is the best entrance I've seen in a video game. Just the timing of everything is perfect.

I'm not at all saying your boys wouldn't do anything for you. Good for them. Good for them for wanting to kill themselves for little to nothing. I know the same type of people. The point I was trying to get across is that I would love for you, Noah Fentz, to walk up to the some of people who I know who don't blade and tell them they don't love the business they bust their ass for week in and week out. I would really like to see that.

It's one thing to say, I don't wanna blade but I'll try to get opened up hardway, but what the MCMG did was flat out refuse to bleed. Which was stupid of them. I'm against blading for other reasons. I've had a few friends who used to cut themselves for attention or self pity or whatever and I've always been fully against that to the point where I told these people if they ever did it again I would just turn my back on them. So I felt, on a personal level, if I did it I'd be a giant hypocrite. Dragon, wrestlers don't really ever get a disease from blading. Smart wrestlers won't share razors and will use a brand new clean razor. Wrestlers normally get a disease when the mat hasn't been cleaned correctly and then the germs get into a cut or something. And the scaring yourself thing is pretty much the same as Jingus said, some wrestlers don't let the cut heal correctly and will re-open that cut to bleed again. Corino's head actually isn't that bad anymore. It's healed a lot. New Jack on the other hand, well his head is pretty bad. He can actually re-open himself up just by being hit hard enough there.

    The Business Side of WWE

I figured the difference would be much larger than that between those two, since wrestlers used to give such little effort at house shows that they'd sometimes wrestle in their street clothes until the company started promoting a more official dress code. I also remember that there's a financial incentive to being champion, since Lesnar buying a plane clusterfuck involved him wanting to hold onto the belt as long as possible for the extra money. I agree that the TV matches get wrestlers higher pay than Dark matches but I was making an example. I heard champions make a little bump in pay as long as their champions but I wasn't to sure if that was just the major champions (WWE, World, ECW (no I'm not gonna argue about the ECW title) world titles) or if it was all champions.

    Mega-Threads!

I don't mind Mega-Threads, I mind the people who have no freaking clue how to use them. I'll use the CWDWAT or whatever it's called now thread in the WWE folder as an example. I'm using it as an example because to me at least, that's where people have no idea how to use it correctly. People would post a topic in the CWDWAT thread that would cause a page or two of discussion about the topic but somehow in someone's eyes it wasn't a good enough topic to start a thread just about that topic. Then there was also the case where someone posted something they thought was a good enough topic to give it it's own thread then someone would come crashing in with "OMG! This soooo doesn't deserve it's own thread" and that argument would start up. Then there's also the posters who won't read the threads current page before posting and would just post the same information that someone just posted a few posts ahead of theirs. This recently happen in the WWE's DVD thread with the Mr. Perfect DVD's easter eggs. So yeah, I don't think it's the Mega-threads that are causeing issues. I think it's the people who just don't know how to use them correctly that's causeing issues. You know there's a problem with a poster when they post in a thread "We're already discussing in the CWDWAT thread.".

Comments that don't warrant a thread.

I have a few Microsoft Excel 2007 questions. 1. Is there a way to make grid-line (cells) borders red? 2. Is there a way to delete a grid-line box, column, or row without having the words move over once the Grid-line box, column, or row is deleted? An example: I deleted a box because there wasn't anything typed in that box, but once I deleted it, the words shifted over to the left. Is there something I can change so this doesn't happen? 3. I would like either a word or a few sentences or even a paragraph to be outlined by a red box, am I able to do this with Excel and if so, how? An example: Say I write this sentence that I just typed out on an Excel sheet. Can I outline what I'm typing here, in a red bordered box and have it print out on the paper?

It does sound like a laser issue. Call Sony and ask them, even if your warranty is up, they'll (hopefully) still answer your question. They'll might even sell you a new warranty so you can send it to them, which would be a good thing because if you open up your playstation to fix it, you're basically screwed on re-selling it or sending it back to Sony for anything.

    The Business Side of WWE

From what I remember from Foley's first book, he was paid a certain amount per match he had, but I think that changes depending on how much your used. I think wrestlers are paid a certain amount for working certain type of shows. Like for an example. Dark Match: $500.00 TV: $650.00 PPV: $800.00 Major PPV (Wrestlemania/Royal Rumble/Summerslam): $1,200 Also there's a guaranteed amount just in case a wrestler isn't used that much. (Val Venis) and then a wrestler is given a percentage of their merchindise that is sold. And then there's the wrestlers who take side jobs (trainer or something) in the company who get paid for that as well.

What'd she say? That she's an outsider when it comes to Washington talk. Maybe I mis-understand what she meant, but it sounded to me like she said she had no idea what they're talking about in Washington.

Raven files a lawsuit against the WWE

Fans or smarks or whatever people want to call them really don't say "gig" a lot, it's really more of an insider term. It pretty much replaced the term "Blade" after the fans caught on to what "blading" meant. I honestly don't say it around fans at all, and if I'm ever talking about it here I call it "blading" just because I know pretty much everyone on this site knows what "blading" means and I don't even know why fucking Mr. I used to be a promoter so I know all the insider shit is throwing around terms he shouldn't be throwing around.
