I just went out and saw the Eagles play there this year and I've got to say that that stadium is a dump. They could really use a new place. And it's not exactly the easy place in the country to find available land right now, so this move doesn't totally shock me.

The one weird thing about the episode was it mad Ben seem really weak and that there was dissention among the Others after all. It seemed that the Others had all been patiently waiting for him to go under the knife to go kill Sawyer amongst other things.

Yeah, how about addressing Walt's magical powers or what happened when he was with the fucking Others! I don't even really care about how Locke got in a wheelchair anymore, let alone Jack's gay as tattoos.

I liked last nights episode, but would have liked a couple of things cleared up going into the break. Anything really, just throw us a frickin' bone already. I think that Jack realized that everything the Others do is a set up and it was all directed to get him to perform the surgery. Even Juliet's Dylan card show was somehow worked in and they clearly let him out to see Kate and Sawyer together. Now the question is, does Jack actually have a good plan, or will it blow up in his face. Oh, and the Kate flashback was terrible and not very useful to anything.

Half of the board participants just let out a knowing "ahhhh" after reading this.

I enjoyed last night's episode, but compared to the rest it was lacking. I thought there was going to be more going on with the outting. With the teaser about the Cheerleader's father for next week, I'm more convinced that he's evil. It was way to direct for a teaser to come out and say that. I think that they will have him seem to help, then turn on his daughter. I didn't quite get the point of the painting. Did the congress Petrelli tell the Vegas guy to get rid of the painting?

I thought that Whiskey in the Jar was a traditional Irish song? I don't think there was an original band that did it. The original "Last Kiss" is interesting IIRC. It's a lot more upbeat sounding, which adds a little twist to the lyrics.

I like Mixolydian, but find it to be a tad bit overused. I'll give you Phrygian is good stuff though.

I liked it a lot. Particularly the last section with Michael trying to lean in and kiss Pam. Her reactions were perfect, especially with the "If you sit in the back" line.

You hope to get later calls to go your way. This rule needs to be enforced evenly to be effective, but I'm all for it. Hell, I'm a huge Sixers fan, but AI drives me crazy with his whiney little girl routine after every call. It seems like every player complains about EVERYTHING now. Even good calls were getting bitched about. They need to bring back some sanity.

No Rose or Bernard. Re: the Ben vs. Juliet, who's good/bad debate, I think that maybe Sawyer's line a couple of episodes ago wasn't a throwaway line. I think he said of Juliet after she had the gun on Kate "She would have killed you, I could tell she's evil", or something along those lines. I think that maybe that was a bit of foreshadowing that she'll be trouble, more than Ben is.

I read Another Roadside Attraction first and was so taken by the book I read everything else available by Robbins. ARA is still my favorite (probably because of reading it first), but in addition to the ones mentioned above I would strongly recommend Jitterbug Perfume. One of these two or Still Life would be where I would start.

I still think that the plan was to kill off Libby (but not Ana Lucia). I can understand Hurley not recognizing her, but Desmond getting back to the group, seeing the woman who funded his trip to the island now on the island and not recognizing her would have been too much. If she had lived there would have been way to much to deal with right away, and the writers have shown no desire to deal with things in a timely manner. She had damn well better be back in some flashbacks to explain what was going on though. There was too much Libby in major plot lines to not have her show up again in flashback scenes.

I think the point of the "what makes you think I'm your brother" (not sure the exact verbage) was the Yemi was an island manipulation (possibly by the smoke monster) and wasn't Eko's brother at all. He wasn't saying I'm not your brother anymore, it was a separate entity from Yemi and just took his form in Eko's mind or vision. That was my read on it at least.

I didn't like the smoke picking up Eko and swinging him around to kill him. All along I thought they said that they would never stray to far into Sci-Fi, but they have a smoke monster that can materialize, pick up people and kill them? I did really like Eko's last speech, how he regretted nothing and asked for forgiveness for nothing. That was pretty bad ass.
