It pisses me off that All (well, Bill in particular) are making Ft Collins a pop/punk hotbed, years after I left there. When I lived there, the scene sucked. I leave, and a few years later they open a recording studio there and get bands that are at least half-way talented to tour through. +1? Rumor is that Bill and I think Karl are working on an album with Evan Dando. Wouldn't have any problems with that.

On my 21st birthday a bunch of us were out in a semi crowded bar. We were all hammered beyond belief. My buddy booted on the table we were sitting at, then took off his shirt and started to clean it up. They kicked us out of there immediately.

If Rollins at the end of last year wasn't an illusion and he really has found a little more plate discipline and pop of the bat, I would really like the Phils line-up. Rollins, Utley, Manny, Howard, Burrell is a nice top five.

Went to the Sixers/Blazers game last night. Attendance was terrible and the Sixers didn't play particularly well, but still killed the Blazers. I take that to mean that Portland is going to have a long year. As a side Portland question, I thought that they were going to upgrade their image? Why is Rueben Patterson anywhere near the team then?

Al, how much does an incident like the corked bat and subsequent stealing of it hurt a player like Belle's chances? I actually would not have put him in before that is considered, but if someone was close on his vote, I could see it swinging it. How about Steve Garvey? I'm 6'3 and around 215. Pretty proportionate. Although my BUTT is big. Not necessarily a good thing for a guy.

I absolutely love going to games. Besides concerts, it's my favorite thing to do. I'll usually go to 2 or 3 Eagles games a year, 5 or 6 Flyers and Sixers games and 20 Phillies games. For the arriving 2 hours early to Oklahoma games, I would think that would be an absolute blast. Sneak in some liquor, or get boozed up beforehand and hang out with all of the college kids. Shit, we used to have a blast doing that for U of Delaware football games. It should be 100 times more fun for a large program like that.

Bucknell is not a cupcake this year. They returned all 5 starters from the team that beat Kansas. Probably 3 of their guys would start/get legit minutes on most teams in the country.

My only problem with the episode last night was that it made Michael too pitiful. They need to keep him at a level where he doesn't know how others feel about him. Him realizing that no one wanted him around was more depressing than funny. The improv stuff was gold though. Also, this was one of the funniest openings. "The IT Tech and I got off to a bad start" had me laughing through the entire commercial break.

I've always thought that Fregosi was terrible (but I only really paid attention to him when he managed the Phils). He lucked into the 93 pennant.

I've got to find a way to keep Burrelson under 50 yards receiving tonight. I feel like this is going to be his week to go off and screw me. I ended up with 134 points and could lose. Not good times. (our scoring system is the standard with no bonuses, so 134 is a good week in our league, in fact it will either be the most or second most points for the week)
