By using tabloid-style journalism, he's trying to get the hits back that he lost thanks to the 4 horsemen leaving. I was at this show live. Cool review, but I guess I gotta say I would completely reverse your ratings for Bosh-Excalibur and Pitbulls-AXP. I thought Pitbulls-AXP was an excellent bland of the stiff hitting and matwork of the pitbulls, and the high flying of AXP. Bosh-Excalibur, on the other hand, was flat live, and had a couple blown/flubbed spots. Also, the Ballards match was nothing more than a comedy match live.

Kane will never be a draw in the WWE. They fucked up their last chance last year. Save the Taker job for WM XXI to a young star with a future. In other words, Cena should win the rubber match at WM XXI.

My problem with it was the logic. It looked like they were going for a shootesque thing, in which case, just sitting there taking strikes just came off as masterbatory and stupid. There was no heated history between the two leading up to this, the entire hype behind the match was that it was a stiff match, which is too much of a break of kayfabe in my view. I also thought the selling from Ki in the match was incredibly unrealistic. He weighs 100 lbs less than Joe, yet he stands there toe to toe with him, and actually sells less than Joe does. He didn't sell the leg off of the crab, either. If anyone should have collapsed there, it shoulda been Low Ki.

Based on what you like, you want to see AJ Styles vs. Paul London (6/14/03), American Dragon vs. AJ Styles (11/1/03)....hell, pretty much get everything with London, Styles, and Dragon from RoH. For the most part, you can't go wrong.

The pride thing is inaccurate I believe. I remember a story about this being printed falsely months ago, too. Unless they just won a new lawsuit, this is BS.

Dave's desperate attempts to wed Angle/Lesnar to being an all-time classic are just pathetic. It was a solid match, and nothing more. Angle worked just as well as normal, moved just as well, and bumped the same...the neck was not what hindered the match. What hindered the match was the slow work, the repetitive nature of it, and the lack of any meaningful story. I can't wait for the Observer in 2010 to call it the best Mania match of all time. It doesn't lick the boots of Austin/Rock.

I believe the extreme video thing is cover for the other guy(s). The board thing is kind of a "whatever" thing--They could create a board out of janitors if they want, it's a private company. It looks like reality is that Cary is completely buying him out.

CSC is christopher street connection, a tag team that does a gay gimmick. They are not regulars, but were brought in for the convention. The story with Devito's daughter (i think it's devito, dont wanna rewatch tape) is that she has taken up the lifestyle of Special K (Drugs, orgies, raves, etc) and that Devito is taking out his anger about that on her. Apparently they cut some really good promos on the 2/14 tape for it, but they may now be scrapped because of the daughter thing. Hope this helps.

We'll see if Gabe comes through on his promise to Mike to provide legal documents. I think the "corporate lawyers" thing in the press release was a way of saying the transaction isn't finished yet.

Apparently ROH will provide documents to prove Feinstein is gone when it's all legally settled. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt until then, but if I find out that this is all a charade, I'm done with supporting them.
