I really wonder if you felt intelligent when you posted that. Let me go through a series of steps that may help you out. 1) This is a discussion forum 2) People agree and disagree on things in a discussion forum. 3) People bring news articles and columns over to this forum to have debate on them. 4) If everyone liked the same thing, there would be no forum. What is it that you want from this forum, exactly? A big, simulated circle jerk? Some people agree with articles, some people disagree, we post our thoughts here. Well, at least we try to, until idiots like you come around and tell people not to read a column if they don't like it.

Flair hasn't had a good singles match in ages, things are really just getting sad now. Whenever he has something around ** (vs. Michaels MSG, or vs. Hunter), people start going nuts claiming that Flair can still go. Just fucking retire already.
-
Let it be Russo...the shows were a lot better when he was on TV than they are now. Just keep him away from AJ.
-
I think it will probably do upwards of 1.2-1.5, but seeing as it's 50 bucks a pop....1.5 = $30,000,000
-
That makes it what, the second lowest buyrate since the Royal Rumble has been on PPV? Good news!
-
Honestly, I hope they mix in some good workers, because nobody wants to see a pure spotfest tourney. Guys like Danielson, Spanky, Styles, Daniels, etc...if available, should be included, at least to put over new guys, and have some decent matches.

Find ONE time that Gabe or Rob said Ki would never be back in RoH. It was never said.
-
Your Low Ki point is silly, Gabe never said Low Ki wouldn't be back, he just said there had to be healing between the 2 parties before they work together again. Either way, I think it's a work, and a pointless one at that.

I think Benoit has been recieved just fine. There was a big pop when he locked the crossface on in the opening segment, and the crowd was rooting for him by the end of the main event. If you kill a guy off because his pop isn't huge right away, you're going to miss out on a big chance. Besides, what's the point of putting the title on a guy that draws big pops live, but hasn't drawn a rating or buyrate since his return match?
-
While I agree with you Laz, I don't really understand your ratings system. I mean, it totally blew away anything TNA has done since....uh....god, ages ago, yet I see you give some matches on those shows ratings like **1/2-***. Anyway, he was right to leave that piece of shit HHH/HBK match from the Rumble off. God what a horrid match that was.

These kinds of things always turn into debates over the quality of the guy that the supposed DVD would be based on. It happened with Cena, and it will happen with RVD if they ever make a matchlisting. Some people think his matches are great, some don't. It's a natural progression of a topic based on a DVD being made for one guy. Stop trying to excuse the stupidity of the anti-smark brigade, which, amazingly enough, is even more obnoxious than the full blown smark brigade.
-
You would be laughed off the third grade debate team. Nobody is even talking about Benoit, you twat. The main people saying RVD sucks are even acknowledging that it would sell well, we're just arguing that RVD is a bad wrestler. I can't wait for your next thrilling point. Moron.
-
Good god...that one is going down in the legendary records of stupidity. RVD is *sloppy*, he does not work stiff. Half of his kicks miss by a foot, and the other half hurt people legit. The guy is a joke. Have you seen his punches? Are you really trying to argue that he's attempting to work a stiff style? RVD makes Lance Storm's offense look like Vader--except when he fucks up, and hurts someone legit.
-
You don't get it. Vader makes his stuff look awesome, but he's really stiff in the process, and it plays into matches. RVD's kicks look like shit, and he hurts people legit with them. That's two bad things at once. Watch Samoa Joe throw some stiff kicks and get the crowd way riled up, and then go watch RVD catch a wrestler with the point of his boot, giving them a black eye. There's a huge difference.

The myth of Teddy being good in the ring despite being an asshole should really just be shot dead. He got to work with the best worker in the world on MLW, and had Danielson's worst match in AGES. He was totally outclassed, and his "matwork" was an embarrasment. The truth about Teddy is that he has an ego, AND he fucking sucks. Not a great combo, my friends.

*** from me, and I think I'm being generous. Benoit really brought the A-game tonight, but Shawn just sucked the big one.
-
Honestly, they could make a good bit of cash on this. Throw on the insanely overrated Lynn matches, a Sabu match or two, some tags, etc....insta cash.
-
I really thought Shawn didn't bring anything tonight beyond the usual, whereas Benoit was working really hard. I think this match is Exhibition A for those that argue that Benoit is a better worker than Shawn.

Chyna nailing HHH in 99 after the "I Quit" match.
-
It's really fascinating how many times this must be explained. THE FIRST COUPLE DVDS BEING RELEASED ARE CLIPJOBS OF THE FIRST COUPLE SHOWS. After that, they will release 4/12 onward in full.
-
Tommy in RoH would be interesting...he'd have to be used sparingly and be kept out of real matches to remain over.
-
Can't Sabu just quit so I can at least try to remember what he was like pre-96?

I've been noticing an effort to elevate the Cruiserweight title. I mean, I was SHOCKED when I saw an ad for No Way Out based on Chavo vs. Rey. With Rey, Chavo, Tajiri, Kidman, Paul, Ultimo, Nunzio, Knoble, etc....they could always elevate the CW title from card-opener to legit midcard, filling the current void.

(1) AJ Styles vs. (8) Jimmy Rave vs. (3) Matt Stryker vs. (6) Josh Daniels (2) John Walters vs. (7) Bobby Heenan's Representative vs. (4) Doug Williams vs. (5) Chris Sabin I think this is pretty much the best way to set it up. Lots of potentially interesting matches here, like Williams-Walters, Stryker-Styles, Styles-Williams, Styles-Walters, etc...The bottom half is very hard to predict, but I feel pretty safe going with Styles on top, unless Gabe decides to give Rave or Stryker the big upset, which is possible. Depending on who the mystery guy is (all signs point to Punk), this could be one of the best wrestling tournaments ever. If I was booking, I'd have: AJ over Rave Stryker over Daniels Walters over Punk Doug over Sabin .......................... AJ over Stryker Williams over Walters .............................. Williams over Styles

Do you debate like a four year old in real life too?
