Scotty 2 Hotty (as Scott Taylor) gave Taz quite a good TV match back in 1997.

Big updates. Lots of new faces. New women's #1. Lashley should be #1 by next Friday. -

Terry Funk and Shane Douglas once had an ECW World Title match at the ECW Arena that ended in a DQ. PauL E. publicly had to explain it on Sportschannel the next week. -

All updated to Raw for 5-22. Benoit strongly looking to repeat. Also, any matches promoted by WWE at One Night Stand 2006 will be counted. i.e. Cena/RVD and Edge+Foley/Funk+Dreamer. A random match, i.e. Jericho/Storm and Tanaka/Awesome from last year, would not be. -
Hosted by Borash and Christy Hemme (who is great on the mic, btw). Premiere Episode is up. Samoa Joe Vs. AJ Styles from TNA's first house show (clips) Watch Joe show Cena how to do an STF out of a powerbomb. Joe then catches Styles in the clutch from the Backlund Bridge. Interviews (hosted by So-Cal Val, is this her first on-air role?) with Team Canada Team Canada Vs. Team USA six-man (complete) TNA Knockouts DVD preview. Really cool thing for fans who miss the hour shows, IMO, plus new content. I really think they should upload Impact a week after it airs. Discuss!

Carnival. Go to haircutter. Ask for a caesar cut. Spike up front. You'll be better looking.

Tryin' ta catch me ridin' dirtay. -
Yeah. On the road Vs. St. Louis. That's better.

Because Howard strikes out a ton more than Bonds and is easier to pitch to. Let's go Brewers, cut that NL East lead to 1.
-
Hawk, Howard got put in in the 8th, bam. 2 HRs.

Ryan Howard DOES IT FOR MOM AGAIN~!

Luger was ranked below the likes of Sting and Rude in early '92 when he was inactive.

They're all on Limewire now. - Randy Orton's song "Hey! Hey!" hasn't been heard before. This is a slightly different and re-done version of his well-known song. - Batista's "I Walk Alone" hasn't been heard before. This is a slightly different and re-done version, as well. Limewire Fakes: Wrong Killswitch song the Rey song that's the original, not the POD "Rock" version Old Randy Orton version Old Batista version "Hard Hittin" (not Lashley's), it's Coaches, has lyrics, rap. Sledgehammer's site has them all in a nice Zip file, too. "Wreckless Intent" Thoughts: An actual great job by WWE. Rob Van Dam - Great. Hard like it should be, catchy, dramatic. Batista - Great. Much better than previous fake "Batista Full" themes, harder sound. Triple H - Very good. Randy Orton - Previously unheard and full. Good. Rey Mysterio - Loud noise. Unsure. Not as annoying as the regular one. The Big Show - Not good. Coach - Too decent/good of a song to be wasted on Coach. Carlito - Not good. Killswitch Judgment Day 2006 - Decent, loud for the sake, though. Mark Henry - Fun, not "great", but the lyrics are perfect for an Angle feud. "Beat 'em up, beat 'em up, Break his neck, break his neck!" Deadly Game - Was this NWO 06's theme? It's good. Maria - I think it's perfect for her "young, fun character", despite some hostility towards the song. I like it. Silkk Tha Shocker song - Out of place. Not good. Smackdown 2006 - MISSING from the ZIP file. Torrie Wilson - as "Useless Filler" songs go, they could've done worse. Candice - Not very good, but fits Candice better than her current song, IMO. Good CD. Edit: Smackdown's March 2006-Present theme is a Canadian/UK exclusive track, that I believe will be their "Exclusive Downloadable Track" in the States.

"Todd Coffey" is an interesting name for a pitcher.

Benoit back on top. -
The 8th inning has been awesome for Reds/Phillies. Howards homers. Roberson just made an awesome line drive catch saving the go-ahead-run, and the Reds JUST miss getting doubled up.

Rock the Casbah. -
Ryan Howard's got a stomach virus too...but looks to be pinch-hitting. DO IT FOR MOM! Edit: HOWARD DOES IT FOR MOM! HOME RUN, 1-1 tie.
-
I just saw that Abreu's got "back spasms", nevermind.

I don't understand this scenario: Red-hot Phils looking to win 13th or 14 or some such number. Could sweep hot Reds. OFF-DAY TOMORROW. So they've got 3 rookies at #6-8. They're BAD hitters thus far, although Ruiz has shown to be a capable catcher, despite his size. Batting at the 5-hole? David Bell. DAVID BELL. Why are so many people getting rested?

Comcast gets WWE 24/7 this summer.

The only thing worse than ridiculously overpaying for a team of overrated hacks and ruining the game is a copycat team from the same city. Also, if only San Francisco native Pat Burrell had his Bleached Blonde Hair while swinging that Pink Bat. I'd have a new sig forever.
-
Phils need to wake the bats up. DAMN this game is going quick. Myers looking to get shafted a deserved win again.
-
Al, I've heard that most closers get *pissed* if they are used in a game when it's not a save oppurtunity, due to the sillyness of how they are evaluated: by the number of SAVES they have, not overall effectiveness. Thus, since Charlie "Mr. I have to read every decision in my handbook before I make it" has no independent thought process, he only puts Gordon in for saves. This has a lot to do with using Gordon how he did in that ridiculous Cincy game.

The Worst Wrestling Show of All-Time
UseTheSledgehammerUh replied to UseTheSledgehammerUh's topic in General Wrestling
Here's the list I've accumulated so far. I've done this based on complaints, checking out the DVDs/videos of some shows, remmebering crowd heat, "coolness" of ideas (i.e., Souled Out 97 blew, but was unique and had a unique atmosphere, so a DUD there would go over a DUD at say, BatB 99), as well as match quality. Please, reccomend others and give your opinions on how the list should be altered. The lack of ECW is alarming. We can edit/boot stuff from the list, and keep it to a Top (Bottom) 20. WORST WWE/WCW/ECW SHOWS EVER: #1 - The Great American Bash 1991 #2 - King of the Ring 1995 #4 - Superbrawl 2000 #4 - Uncensored 2000 #5 - Fall Brawl 1998 #6 - World War 3 1998 #7 - Starrcade 1994 #8 - Road Wild 1998 #9 - nWo Souled Out 1997 #10 - Uncensored 1995 #11 - Bash at the Beach 1999 #12 - New Blood Rising 2000 #13 - Armageddon 2003 #14 - Uncensored 1996 #15 - King of the Ring 2002 #16 - King of the Ring 1999 #17 - Starrcade 1997 #18 - Bad Blood 2003
