Who's the best poster on Leena's ignore list?
UseTheSledgehammerUh replied to Hoff's topic in No Holds Barred
Leena made my list of "ugly fucking crystal meth-addicted posters" who wear too much make-up and look like a sorority girl that was just fucked on a couch covered in beer. -
Does Triple H even want to be a heel?
UseTheSledgehammerUh replied to NoCalMike's topic in The WWE Folder
Who cares? Cena's a lousy champion. Everyone knows it. Especially Triple H. He's going to embarass Cena, get cheered, and turn him heel, basically saving Cena's career. I for one give Triple H credit for actually giving everyone someone to root for. As when news of the Cena/HHH match came out months ago, everyone groaned that it would be heatless. Can you say the match will be heatless NOW? Absolutely not. Once again, Triple H out-thinks the smarks by using intelligence to gain a World Title, while at the same time making even the SMARKS cheer him (don't forget, they're required to hate HHH to be on the internet). Triple H goes over. We cheer. The match has heat. Cena is turned. Cena becomes more entertaining because we like to boo him. How is this bad? -
Think you know wrestling theme music? Try this!

Awesome idea. I want a new one. -
Obscure Wrestling Matches that were taped

Crush never wore the pads. They were never called the "New Legion of Doom" on television. The Apter mags hinted they might be soon, due to their house show teamings. -

2006 TNA Televised Win-Loss Records
UseTheSledgehammerUh replied to ChrisMWaters's topic in TNA Wrestling
Wow, you'd think TNA would throw Daniels a few victories on Impact instead of making him the X-Division tweener JTTS. -
To the idiot that wrote this up, TBS Sat. Night wrestling stopped in 2000, not 2001.

Eric Bishoff contract NOT to be renewed???
UseTheSledgehammerUh replied to a topic in The WWE Folder
Bischoff is a horrible, 90's, boring, stereotypical "boss vs. face" character. The fact that nobody has missed or noticed his absence proves this. Stay away. -
If you have a national TV deal, a regular PPV special, and your heavyweight championship is defended not only nationally regularly, but globally at least a few times throughout the year: Your promotion has a World Heavyweight Title.

I see Benoit's been trying to learn some new "main event tactics" from Mark Henry.

Updated for this week's Smackdown (6-man madness) and Heat (Murdoch Vs. Goldust II). It's Viscera's world and we all live in it. -
Quote: "WM XXI was one of the highest buyrated PPVs of all-time." Was it? Because it sure was a shitty show with no nostalgia and I remember reading its live gate sucked ass compared to other recent WMs. If it made money on purchases, then the ridiculous $50 price tag had a lot to do with it.

JoeDirt's old school match thread
UseTheSledgehammerUh replied to JoeDirt's topic in General Wrestling
That was never shown in its entirety on-air (there was a "BREAKING NEWS!" clip of Razor attacking Savage and Flair's figure four finish, however...on the Saturday shows), and I don't recall it being on any Coliseum Videos. Could be wrong though. -

I enjoy the fact that the best wrestler in the business today has wrestled the most televised matches all year. -
I like how the DDP angle got shat on (WWE 2001) and now Shelley's checking out Mrs. Sting and it's "interesting". Lame.

One of my housemates is attending the USA/Russia game that starts in 45 minutes. Gonna be a fight and hopefully the USA can regain at least a little respectability since they've been embarassed thus far.

Lushus, you just make CLAIMS. "JBL has value!" Back it the fuck up if you want to win an argument next time. I did.
-
Anything less then Sharmell tapping and Booker retaining by clonking Benoit with the title will dissapoint me.
-
Sure. JBL still has value. His last 2 PPV matches were a curtain-jerker against MATT HARDY, the bane of WWE creative, and a 1-minute squash to a rookie with a monster gimmick. Yes, people sure paid for those bouts. How lucky Lashley was to get to work with him.
