Point is, he was referring to the medicority of being a champion in the IC division.

Prediction: Matt pins Edge

Unover roid monkey and injury-prone injured man with IWC-hated whore Vs. Rey and either A)Non-employee, B)Hated, boring, awful former main event champion, C)hazing asshole, D)hated IWC message board trouble-starter. Wow, what an opener. They were SELLING THIS MATCH.

The Torrie trick from the WWE backfired. I'm sure they removed her for the day to get "oh no! Not Torrie! She's so hot! Damn, fine piece of ass!" Only to reveal she's NOT gone, "YES!!!!!!!!!!!! YES TORRIE IS HERE!" and increase her popularity. Instead, they got a ton of people praising the decision, only to get PISSED to find out she's still employed.

Anyone catch Triple H BURY the IC Title last night...AGAIN? "And then, Ric Flair, you went and won yourself a trophy... :::image of Flair holding up IC Title::: ...and you began celebrating its mediocrity."
-
What does anyone watching think of Lawler? Joey Styles just LOST IT.
-
Wait a second, Joey, the referees have NAMES? "I never thought my life could be this good!"
-
I find it ironic that on what is seen as one of the biggest disasters of a PPV of all time, the following can be read on the ring apron: "CTRL" "ALT" "DELETE"
-
"Collar and Elbow Tie-up" said for the first time in 15 years.
-
THIS!!!!!! IS EXTREME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Joey Styles gets huge pop.
-
Heeeere's Lawler...
-
God, could they have picked a worse theme song for this PPV? Anyone else having problems w/ Heat? It worked fine for No Mercy for me. Edit: Eh, a little better. Recap of Vader and Goldust and Coach OWNING the World Champion.
-
That's hilarious. They'll get a 1.3 if lucky.
-
I hope Styles calls only Coach's match. All of you paying 34.95 will be so angry. And he said it's a one night deal, no Raw. So we'll see.

Helms worked Heat. Quote: "they can't just do a title change on a shitty, nothing PPV like Taboo Tuesday that maybe 10 people will order." No Way Out 2004. Armageddon 2003. The Great American Bash 2004.

It's Grisham, who did an AMAZING "Will Ferrell doing Harry Carey", despite whatever net "journalists" are saying. He even used Ferrell's taco joke and asked Cena if he would eat himself.
-
Two bonafide easy FUN WrestleCrap winners in back to back weeks. Amazing.
-
The biggest jobber in the WWE (with a 6-32-1 record in 2005) coming and winning the title belt? Hasn't TNA already embarassed itself enough this month?
-
STOP HAVING TABOO TUESDAY... - Michaels tears his knee up. - Coach parades in a dress. - Jericho's "job to everyone" streak kicks into the highest stage, beginning w/ loss to Shelton. He won some 9 matches after on TV ever after in 11 months. - Vince McMahon cleans out Jim Ross's colon. - Christian quits. - Torrie (?) - Kane breaks vertabrae. - Edge buries Smackdown by admitting the truth (Christian will be last in voting, JBL is boring, Matt Hardy's only fans are trailer trash and his website, Holly rapes people in shower, Rey is too small to be a main eventer) and then tears his breast.
-
*SPOILER* Result of 1 Taboo Tuesday match...

I think it's been QUITE OBVIOUS (to me, anyway) that Coach was gonna defeat Austin. I thought they'd have the McMahons rig it, and have a "verbal debate", with the Coach winning by shenanigans and Austin kicking his ass afterwards for 9-10 minutes, 'street fight' style (as to not upset the paying fans). JR's gone, people. Or at least the plan was for him not to come back. May have changed. -
Sunday Taping - Smackdown/Velocity Spoilers
UseTheSledgehammerUh replied to Fökai's topic in The WWE Folder
They're doing it now for two reasons: 1) Fall-Winter PPVs draw dick 2) Smackdown!, at the current rate, will be cancelled. It's not going to get any more popular, so might as well do the battle now. -
I hope Christian wins the vote, is the first man to escape the Master Lock, spears Edge, and pins Masters clean.
-
Um, just to point out: Vader's last televised appearence, with TNA, had him looking HORRIBLE. Just because a guy goes to Japan doesn't mean they're suddenly top workers. Vader was kaput in 98. Don't let the puro marks made you actually believe that guys like Mike Barton, Steve Williams (post 98), Bull Buchanon, A-Train, etc. are actually any good or anything. _____________ For trivia purposes: Vader's last WWF apearence was jobbing clean in a short match to low-card/mid-card Edge (!) in fall '98.

During the November 7, 1994 Raw, as Jerry Lawler was preparing to begin a "King's Court", Vince McMahon, on-air, made the following statement: "At this time, obviously conspicuous by his absence, is the Macho Man Randy Savage. I'd like to announce, unfortunately, that Randy Savage has been unable to sign a contract with the World Wrestling Federation, not... unable to, rather, come to terms with the World Wrestling Federation for a new contract. But Randy, I know you're out there listening, and on behalf of all of us here in the World Wrestling Federation, all of your fans, and certainly, me, the number one fan, I'd like to say, thank you for all of your positive contributions to the World Wrestling Federation, thank you, Randy Savage, for all the wonderful memories for so many years here in the World Wrestling Federation. We wish you nothing but the best. Godspeed, and good luck." Yes, Halloween 1994 (taped 10-17-94), was Savage's last appearence.

The TNA "main event" scene is crowded as it is, with Rhyno, Jarrett, Raven, Monty Brown, Abyss, Sabu, Hardy, etc. all wanting to be #1 contender. Who says Christian would just walk in and be "given a top spot" in an already confusing (and, IMO, lame) main event division with certain guys (JJ, Raven, Monty, AByss, etc.) who have busted their ass for years w/ TNA? Besides, the "cocky, average-sized, caesar-haircut, blonde hair, guy who points at stuff" roll is already taken by this guy named Jeff...
