Who is the greatest Tag Team

I think many people give Harlem Heat shit because of how lazy and lethargic Stevie Ray got towards 98-00. Dudes, Stevie and Booker were THE team in WCW for many years. Stevie was nailing picture-perfect superkicks, and the team was running and keeping up with smaller, quicker teams and looking like they belonged (and many times, going OVER) against mai-event level teams like Sting & Luger, Steiners, etc. I find the Bulldogs vastly overrated and Heat underrated. Don't hate on THEIR ability just because of the useless SLUG teams they were forced to constantly work in The Nasty Boys, Texas Rednecks, American Males, Public Enemy, Faces of Fear, Slater & Bunkhouse Buck, First Family, etc. Anyways, my vote: - Booker T pins Robert Gibson after Stevie superkicks Morton over the top rope and Heat deliver a double-team "Big Apple". - Bulldogs defeat Heat when Smith catches Booker off the top rope with a powerslam and Dynamite lands a headbutt from the opposite corner. Bulldogs over Heat over R n R

    2005 WWE Television Win-Loss Record & Standings

Raw Tag Champs got hot on the B-Show, now are dying. Shelton's wins are rare these days. London went from multiple wins ahead of everyone to not being able to buy a victory. Lots of new faces are red hot, with Psicosis, Burchill, Kennedy, Animal, and Super Crazy (one loss via DQ).

CZW "A Big Muther F'N Deal" on Sept 10 !

This Saturday, at the CZW Arena, following what should be an awesome Tribute Show to the late Chris Cash, CZW will present "A Big Muther F'N Deal"! Here are just some of the events documented on recent editions of CZW XPosed (www.CZWrestling.com) that have led up to this show! This month on CZW XPosed! DJ Hyde & Jon Dahmer spoke for the first time since their team reunited after being in the injury shelf. Hyde & Dahmer were fired up, and seemed focused on rising to the top of the CZW tag team division. Seemed like there was a little unease at having lost their first match back, but with this two hard-hitters, a setback against Blackout will only act as motivation. CZW Jr. Heavyweight Champion "Lightning" Mike Quackenbush commented on being faced with an interesting predicament - instead of ONE top contender for his title...now there are three! Quackenbush assured J.C. Bailey, Niles Young, and Derek Frazier that next month, a four-way match was practically his speciality, and there was no chance that he was leaving without the gold around his waist! An emotionally-drained "Spyder" Nate Webb responded on having defeated his best friend B-Boy in a "Loser Leaves CZW" match, saying he wish he would have lost instead. Webb's somber mood was made worse when he was attacked from behind by Pandora's Mysterious Brother, and thrown into a wall, as Pandora screamed orders. Who is this guy anyway? I've never seen this nut around the locker room, and this screaming sister of his is even more of an enigma. A victorious Beef Wellington gloated on having defeated Excalibur, running down Excalibur's finishing maneuver and downing his "microphone skills". Excalibur interrupted the glory session, as the two began arguing, before being told that the CZW Office liked their work and was forcing them to team together next month! Beef and Excalibur spent time trying to find a common bond, but were quite unsuccessful until the topic of, ah...self-fufillment came up. Thus, "Team Masturbation" was formed, and the duo rode off to SHARE a frosty like only partners do. CZW World Champion Ruckus & "Primo" Robby Mireno responded to the fans, who as of Tournament of Death 4 have been overwhelming Blackout with support. Mireno, the self-proclaimed "Upper Echelon Don", ran down Claudio Castagnoli & Chris Hero for trying to get in their way, and challenged them to even try next month at the CZW Arena! Chris Hero & Claudio Castagnoli used the "Beetlejuice Rib" to meet with Mr. Maven T. Bentley, and explain their frustrations over not having title shots, despite having defeated Mike Quackenbush & Ruckus in a tag team match. After running down all of CZW's titleholders, Bentley finally agreed to give them the shot they "deserved" - this month for the CZW World Tag Team Titles against Necro Butcher & "Mr. Insanity" Toby Klein! An attempt to get comments from Sabian was interrupted as Hero & Castagnoli, perhaps jealous of the Blackout's new popularity and title exposure, cowardly attacked him in the parking lot! Hero threw Sabain into the side of a dumpster, and the duo then proceeded to destroy Sabian's knee with combination steel chair shots! Hero blamed Eddie Kingston for calling out Hero & Claudio, and then proclaimed that Blackout's reign atop CZW was over! Eddie Kingston responded to Chris Hero & Claudio Castagnoli's brutal attack on Sabian, only to cross paths with Super Dragon outside the arena! One could only imagine what might happen if these two started trading strikes and headbutts! _________________________________________ What a card has been set for tomorrow! The O.C.

I thought the episode would've been better if Julie ended up killing Trey after he had a natural change of heart (no Marissa visit, set up by a video montage of he and Ryan's younger years, *SNIFF*). Instead of "Trey gets on a bus". Good show, though. The chick from Boston Public, Jeri Ryan, has a SMOKING BODY but the face of a GREMLIN. She scares me.

Rate & Review new Fall TV shows

Amanda Righetti pretending to be a 17-18 yr old 80's chick was one of the more embarassing things I've seen on TV in a while. I loved how reunion's first "shock" storyline (LIE TO THE COPS!) was the exact same shit from OC. Hell, it looked like they filmed it in the same hospital rooms. Turned off after 15.

    This Week in Baseball

You know, I was wrong about Willis. He got it together after a shaky second half start. I was right about the Phillies, though...tho' predicting a Phillies collapse is like guessing the sun will rise each day. Sigh. It was like watching Major League, last night. David Bell = Roger Dorn And then Wagner once again decided to throw the "Masturbator".

    Jushin Liger

Anyone else hate Liger's kicks like I do? Personal feelings on Liger: Would have revolutionalized American wrestling in early 90s if they actually kept him booked in the states. Amazing little short stints in WCW. Today though, just another older cruiser. Though I bet Jerrel Clarke would sell the PALM STRIKE~! by doing a 1260 over the top rope.

Someone just brought up Yuji Nagata. I found Nagata to be one of the top 10 most awful wrestlers in WCW history. Ever. I HATE HIM. Even Kurasawa was below him on the "random mid-card Japanese workers who bore me" list. I know the Japan marks pimp him. Did he suddenly get good in the 2000s?

    Help me with TNA matches...

Skipper always bored me, even when he was being pimped in WCW as a "fresh, young star" I still couldn't stand his weak, flippy-floppy-botchy kicks and contrived spots. Daniels, on the other hand, JESUS H. His ring presence alone in that 3-way makes him cooler than anyone in WWE.

More info on 'Wrestlemania: Anthology' DVD boxset

No, it's because 4 keeps giving the same boring mid-card bouts "Bravo...Muraco...Roberts/Rude snoozer...Bigelow...Gang...Reed...Valentine..." POWERRRRRRR WRESTLERSSSS!!! FOREARMS!!! BEAR HUG!!! Hey everyone let's take a break from these guys and bring out HERCULES and ULTIMATE WARRIOR. Shoot me. While WM 7, not without flaws, at least attempts to push fresh acts, including a good Rockers/Heenan Family match, putting guys like Tornado, Mountie, Earthquake, and LOD over fairly convincingly, having an EPIC Retirement Match which still can bring tears to the ol' eye (mark!), a megaover Bossman challenging Perfect, and a main event that while lost steam, was better than Savage/DiBiase just because by the end of WM 4, the crowd was all on Elm Street.

    Rock at WM question

The Rock is everything Michaels wanted to be: - Mainstream famous - The carrier of "the ball" - The top guy during a boom - Great reputation - Unselfish - More title victories - Solid worker (Michaels is a better worker of course, but Rock is eons above other "big super main eventers" that dominated like Hogan) - Does a "handsome" gimmick that girls woo at and guys find funny and cheer for, instead of being repulsed If Michaels had to job to Rock, he'd hang himself. Rock did more for the business in 2 years with a people's elbow on top then Michaels did in his career, despite being an insane bumper, carrier, and worker.
