Torrie: "That Dawn Marie! She seduced my father and then literally put him in his deathbed when she fucked him too many times! Then she broke a lamp over my head at his funeral!" Jackie Gayda: "I know! She totally started fucking my Charlie Haas after we were engaged. Eventually, he wound up dumping us both!" Dawn Marie: "Hi, I heard you." All three, plus nameless Divas: "DANCE PARTY!!!!!!!! John Cena's new CD! Look at the dog, awwwww!" Excellent WWE writing staff at it again. -

Yes, the site is going through a major overhaul. The ring results (the most complete WCW results on the 'net) will be back soon, I'm adding more to them and making the page layouts more pleasing. Edit: Dead e-mail? Huh?

Dean was chased out of here by a sinister moderator for doing "columns" on WWE folder instead of "Fantasy Booking" or whatever, even though his posts were one of the most read topics. Good job. -

Quote: Maybe I'm wrong, but aren't you the guy who likes to point out that a big reason Diesel's reign tanked because the midcard and undercard programs absolutely sucked during that time period? I don't think so. But those programs definately did have something to do with it, as no credible challengers were built during a YEAR-LONG title reign for a champion whose wrestling ability and interview skills (as a face) were already limited. Bret isn't a draw. So whether its 1995 or 2006, he may be an excellent 7-time world champion, have amazing ring skills, and deserves fully to be in the Hall of Fame. But you can't just make stupid statements like "Bret=Money" when he has never drawn as a main eventer outside of Canada. -

Ewing (Trenton) New Jersey here. We got 5 copies. Went next day and 1 was left. Picked it up. Haven't read it. Bought it just for the novelty, I think. Probably for the last time. Austin Aries, Batista, Triple H, John Cena, and I think two others on cover. Midnight green colored. Oh, the other two are Monty Brown and Rey Mysterio. Mistake: Mysterio cover picture is from WM 19, the Daredevil costume. Lazy fuckers. Mistake: Inside back cover Eddy Vs. Benoit "Flashback" picture says the match is from 1996. It's not. It's November-December 1997 or early 1998. Mistake: Match times for the later WCW PPVs all left out. I found those three in about 10 seconds. -

"Iron man match with HBK and Angle for Mania 22" Please God, no. Michaels is mediocre (all the bumps, drama were b/c of Shelton this week) and Angle is a shell of himself. An IRON MAN MATCH? Zzzzz. Steamboat/Rude = Best Iron Man Match ever. WWE can throw their chin-lock filled Iron Man fests all they want with Trips, Benoit, Brock, Angle, Rock, and HBK all they want, but it'll never be good. The fans only pop for the last 10 minutes, like trained seals. Keep HBK and Angle away from each other. They fought. Angle won. Clean. Finish. -

MikeSC=Moron. Only a moron would say that talent that hasn't worked on a national level since 2000 would be indicitive of "ECW" and make fans realize "ECW was crap". After Benoit, Malenko, and Guerrero left, it equaled crap? Uh, ECW ushered in the style that WWF/WCW used during the Monday Night Wars. Austin's vigilante angle, the "Hardcore title", the cursing, the weapons, the lucha...all that is because of ECW. You need to go bash TNA and stay out of WWE folder. We have enough people that are negative. But at least they have some facts to base their posts on. -
Now that Backlash is history, what’s next for RAW’s Superstars? Y2J fought valiantly and seemed poised to capture his eighth Intercontinental Championship when he locked in the Walls of Jericho on Shelton Benjamin. But the athletic youngster battled through and earned a big win over the Ayatollah of Rock N Rolla. After the match, a disgusted Jericho refused a ringside interview and stormed up the ramp. Where does Jericho go from here, and what will he have to say, if anything, tonight on RAW? Trish Stratus was weary of the Big Red Monster, Kane, but she didn’t expect to suffer damage at the hands of Viscera. Big Vis crushed Trish with a big splash following his Backlash match, and the Women’s Champion had to be helped by ringside EMTs. What is the condition of the Women’s Champion? Watch RAW for more on this. Triple H’s fury could not be contained following his defeat at the hands of World Heavyweight Champion Batista. Where does Evolution go from here, and what will The Cerebral Assassin have to say following the result at Backlash? Tune in tonight (9/8 CT; Spike TV) to feel all the Backlash fallout. - wwe.com Eric Bischoff has ordered a Gold Rush Tournament to determine the new #1 Contender. - wwe.com Predictions and comments for tonight's show go here. But don't post them DURING the show because this board will crash or something.

Goddamnit it, look at who this tourney will have left: Kane HHH HBK Edge Does anyone REALLY want ANY of these fuckers to win? Even if they somehow have Kane and Edge end up in the finals, and Lita turns on Kane for Edge, EDGE ALREADY HAS A TITLE SHOT, so its fucking stupid. Way to kill this tournament by eliminating the 4 people people kinda care about (of the 8) in the first round. I'm assuming Benoit is gonna get pedigreed'd to hell in about 3 minutes. -

I'm guessing we get Edge/Jericho and Benoit/HHH. Or Jericho/HHH and Edge/Benoit rematch. I'd prefer the second combo...at least we'd get one decent match. Y2J can't carry Edge, Benoit can't bring HHH's pace up. But Benoit can get good stuff out of Edge. Well here comes Edge. -

I tried to order Bad Blood last year and the signal would just NOT go through. Contacting Comcast in Trenton, NJ for assistance, which is the equivalent of asking Leonardo DiCapiro's character in "What's Eating Gilbert Grape?" to fix your computer, was no help. So my friends and I didn't see it. Lucky us, a 5 bucks each well saved.
