I just realized that given ECW's current ratings, having an "ECW World Title Match" or an "ECW Match" on one of the co-brand pay-per-view events is equivalent to having a "Sunday Night Heat" or "Velocity" championship match. It's not just the smark "ECW SUCKS" attitude, it's justified! 0.9-1.4 ratings warrant a "title match" on a big 4 PPV?

Cena over Taker would be a billion times better than Batista over Taker actually, since Cena is the present/future of the business and a WM win over Taker would make him 1,000,000 times more of a mega star than he already is. Do it. Ah, shit. There's the No Way Out or SNME main event. Shawn and Cena Vs. Taker and Batista.

No I'm not being sarcastic. Khali is an awesome throwback to the days of the 80's, is mega over, TOTALLY took the Rumble from "Zzzz...." to interesting (along with the HBK/Taker showdown), and deserves a huge undefeated run. Jeff has been booked SUPER-strong so far in the past 2 months, so Khali winning by countout after pressing him to the floor or something is likely.

The Great Khali, who along with Kendrick & London, Helms, Finley, Cena, and Benoit is the best thing on television (and totally made the Rumble go from awful to fun with his elim. streak) should win the IC title tonight and break Honky Tonk Man's streak. That is all. I suspect we get "Imposter McMahon Vs. Imposter Donald" tonight.

Wrestling-wise, Batista is the Hogan of WWE, having defeated Cena in their only confrontation at the Rumble in '05, and thus far never having lost the World Title to anyone. Taker's their Andre, with an undefeated streak, and a mega popular babyface. I can't wait for this match, it's so money, the definate main event of the show, and an unpredictable dream match. Great job WWE, your 2007 has thus far been very good.

Hey. Tag was solid. ECW was awful. World Title was solid. WWE Title was AWESOME. Rumble was too quick, 1st half sucked ass, 2nd half was pretty good. Called Taker winning. Woohoo.

I'm off to drink some beers and pre-game for this show. Since the world title matches all suck ass, the tag and Rumble need to deliver big-time! Enjoy the show, hope it's good... AND NOW, LET US ALL FIND OUT, WHO DREW NUMBER ONE... RVD and Sabu for #1 and #2.

Watched the premiere, I really liked it. Noticeable flaws, but also a lot of smart things. Love the music and little wrestler bios. Credible coming out to "Snap Your Fingers, Snap Your Neck" on TV is a markout moment for any ECW fan. Good shit, can't wait for more to come.
