They used to have good games in the 60's and for a little in the 90's. The game was craptastic, and it isn't as bad when Manning just pl,owed over them last year. The Cowboys and Bronco's game should be good, just give more carries to Andersob (on my fantasy team.)

I always thought that Monk was getting screwed over, and I fucking hate the Redskins. Due to the persronal problems. Monk won't get in. If Irvin gets in, then it's their choice. All I know is that Irvin is a dumb fuck when it comes to being a "analyst." Stabler better get in the hall, because there are only one left handed passer in (Steve Young.)

Jerry Rice, Sterling Sharpe, Chris Carter and Tim Brown were all better than Irvin. Hell, even put Art Monk in that list. Irvin had one 100 catch season, while Sterling Sharpe had two, and came close to doing it twice with 90 catches in 89, and 94 (his final season) and that was one a bad neck. Jerry Rice, the all time leading receiver, had four seasons with 100 catches, and ran better and didn't have to push off to catch his ball. Carter had two 100 catch seasons, in a row. Both put up better numbers in Irvin in TD's. Irvin had 65 career TD's, while Carter/Rice/Brown combined for 400 career TD receptions. If Irvin would've changed the game completely, he would rank up there with those. I'm not bitter about those games, and you know why? I didn't care about those games. The Boys beat the Pack three times in the playoffs, and should've played us in the 1996 NFC title game. You lost to friggin Carolina, a expansion team two years in. Art Monk should be in because he held the receiving record before Rice broke it. You can talk about the games in the 90's, but lets check out the Cowboys of the 60's who could get over the hump against Green Bay. First there was Meredith's choke INT to Tom Brown at the two, and the idea to put Bob Hayes in as TE to block Dave Robinson. The Ice Bowl, what about how the defense allowed a team that was playing with a good amount of banged up people. "Next Year's Team" a name that people remember.

I can't believe they wanna put Irvin in. The Hall of Fame is for players who had a impact and changed the game. Even with all the crap off the field, he still shouldn't go in. LT may have had crap off the field, but he changed the game. Final Six: Harry Carson Reggie White Derrick Thomas Ray Guy Thurman Thomas Art Monk If Carson doesn't get in, he'll get screwed over again. For Packer fans, here is the list of guys who should be in: Jerry Kramer, Guard Bob Skoronski, Tackle Dave Robinson, Linebacker (No credit because he played with Ray) Larry McCaren, Center (Toughest man in Packer's history)

Fuck, I'm used to losing. I say bring on the third Ice Age, and get the hell off the bandwagon so I can put a couch down. I'm not suprised at all, consider the last regular season game at Lambeau when we came very close to blowing a big lead. Now, the Vikings are always good no matter what record they have. I have to say good job to the Vikings in turning around a crappy season. For me, it's back to business as usual, just like the 70's and 80's.

They look like the old Bend'Em's that were out in the 90's/early 00's. I wish that they put them back out.

I love games in heavy rain, high winds, and the cold. Being a Packer fan, I'm used to going to those types of games. I went to the 1996 Divisional Playoff between San Fran/Green Bay in the mud and that was just great. The 96 NFC Title game was fun because it was like the Ice Bowl. I liked how when it was NFL Title, you had to deal with the tempature. If it gets cold out at a Super Bowl, the players act like they are gonna freeze to death.

Yeah, it's gotting pretty bad for something that was actually good. I'm watching ESPN News, and on the bottom thing on the right, all I see is: Terell Owens to have meeting with abritrator on Nov 18th. There running the TO/Rosenhaus press conference since it aired, and it's getting brutal. They some of the most annoying people on (Jarowkski, Irvin, Jackson, Stephen A Smith, Mayne,Schelereth or whoever he is) and I only watch it for three things: PTI, Around The Horn, College Football pre-game and games. I'm even getting sick and tired of the people who I used to like: Berman, Scott, and Mike/Mike.

He was a Bear, Viking, and Eagle and he beat us alot with those three teams so on he's on the list. That, and well he was a Bear during the 80's and I hate/respect the Bears. it's 80% hate and 20% respect, and hate wins.

Well first and foremost, Bernie Kosar never really did good against the Packers, and if I had something praising Jim McMahon, John Elway, Troy Aikman, or Fran Tarkenton you could call me a traitor. I actually like Kosar as a QB, because he did good on a Browns team who had about two good players on offnese, and could lead a good comeback. The 86 playoffs against the Jet's is a great Kosar comeback and that game was great to see live. About Leinart, I've been hearing what you've been saying but not sarcastic. People who were born in 1989 talking about drafting him and how bad it is to lose. You sat through the drought, and Packer fans are at there worst when losing. EDIT: Kosar is 0-1 all time vs the Packers, which makes it good to be a Kosar fan.

Well, I just got back from the game and I enjoyed it, but a loss is a loss. Sat next to a Steelers fan, and I gotta admit you Steeler fans are pretty loyal. Got to met some players, mostly Kampman, Godo, Driver, and Joey Porter. Porter's a stand-up guy, and is really nice. X, can you shut up about drafting Leinart? The last QB we drafted with a top pick was Rich Campbell, who was freaking bust. I'd rather draft a running back like Bush, White, Jones, or even he comes out: Brian Calhoun. Also met Phil Simms whose really nice, and it was a fun weekend.

If we look at anybody from USC, we look at Reggie Bush, not Matt Leinart. In my opinion, Leinart will be a Houston Texan because they will the number one pick. X, Nothing wrong with the Rodgers, and that pick was smart. What if Favre went down? Craig Nall is a great guy, but he ain't a proven QB. He's shown potential in the pre-season, and did good in limited time. He won't be thrown to the wolves like alot of rookie QB's, and has time to learn. He can't sit and observe from a proven veteran, and that's a good thing. I thought that the line could survive, and all the good DB's were taken. Spend a first-round pick on Nick Collins? No, and there was no good linemen that were first-round caliber players when we were up. If we picked him with a top five-ten pick, it would've been stupid. He was there, and he has played a down or three in the NFL. He came in against New Orleans, and played. When Bart Starr got hurt (alot) we had a 30+ year old back-up. We had Zeke Bartowski, who did good and is a fun guy to talk with. Sherm should just worry about where he's gonna get a new job next year.

Oh god, how much money I forked out for Pac Man and Donkey Kong on the Atari. Pac Man, they changed the maze design and I couldn't even look up. Donkey Kong was just brutal to play, after I spent eight hours trying to beat the arcade version. I think the Atari ruined it's reputation with Jaguar and Linxs. ET made me wanna gouge my eyes out with a blunt pencil. Games like that ruined the Atari for me. I got my N64 games, new for about 10 bucks ay mt local video store.

God, my cat is smarter than those morons. I think Game Boy should be number 1 because it was one of the big things that made Nintnedo a good company. The only reason that I and alot of people I know watch that channel is because of Morgan Webb. Even then, I can see her in every FHM.
-
Well, they may be better conditioned but who says that the can pitch, catch, or bat? Or, if threw shoot the ball and make a rebound. Just because there well conditioned doesn't mean they could beat Michael Jordan's or Babe Ruth's.
-
What the hell? Why did they give Rhino the belt? Well, it wasn't the greatest, but there was some decent matches.
-
Please, just stop posting. That made my eyes bleed and I'm already half-blind. I just hope it isn't a squash, at-least have Rhino mount a mini-comeback. I was really hoping for Joe or Abyss though.
-
God, I wanna see Joe choke out Kip James.

You know, I have nothing to say. I'm not gonna yell an scream using swears, I'm just looking at this as another loss. We blew a 17 point lead, and we deserved to not win in the second half. My hats off to the Vikings who played to win. We played to win in the first half, and we played to get out of there in the second. I still don't think that this is the start of a major turn-around for Minny, but it's a start. We've been tettering on the edge for over three years, and we've fallen over the edge. Are we gonna have a Top five pick? Nope, I think we'll have a top ten-fifteen pick. Ryan Longwell has lost what made him a great kicker, and hopefully we'll either trade of pick one up in the off-season.I've always had a natural respect for the Vikings because they sat through some horrible years as an expansion team and came back. I'm not embaressed, I'm not pissed, I'm just normal. Green's been hurt alot in the last few years because of his style. Ferguson is always injury and Scott Wells did not suck. When you have two crappy guards, you are gonna struggle being in a full start. I've actually enjoyed the Bears/Ravens game, I always like a good defensive battle.

If you ever saw a Packers/Bears game from the 60's, those games were good and enjoyable. I think when Sweetness was playing, games were enjoyable and so it was when Gale Sayers was around. Yeah, there was some very exciting games, and I think the Bears made the playoffs more than once since 1990. The Bears have a chance this weekend since Baltimore has a horrible offense, and the defense lost Ed Reed. I think the Bears could beat them. Lets see who will be on the chopping block after the season: Tice, Capers, Brian The Brain and Maurici will be game after this year.

I just got back home about an hour ago, and seeing it live, it was just pathetic. From my view, the ref saw Bush push Leinart into the end-zone, and for them not to call it is bullshit. Just another example of the refs not wanting the team that wins all the time to lose. Same shit with Dallas, and I'm fucking hoping for Texas to play them in the Rose Bowl just to see Vince Young run over the USC defense.
-
Good god, he's taking away all the good things that made the original great. The Furries, Punks, and Hi Hats. Well, the LA setting could make it interesting.
-
With the Packer's of the 60's, the media would've cared because they were treated like gods. The media would've ripped into the team the same way that the media is doing it to the Vikings. Then, whoever did it would have to deal with Lombardi and you'd be cut and black-balled from the NFL. In the 80's, we had enough idiots running around, so it would've been seen as another day at the office.

Isn't DiBiase's neck severly messed up? I remember that happening, and I don't think that he could wrestle again.
-
Aren't the Vikings up for a new stadium? I remember hearing about it, and this could fuck it up badly.
