I hope that people will still put CAW formulas online for those of us - such as myself - who aren't going the Maxdrive route. It's going to be a pain in the ass to come up with all those edits on my own from scratch. However, I will do that if it comes to it.

Okay, I'll assume that's true. My issue is how to do it from there. When I inserted my USB drive, I didn't see any option to copy the files from the USB drive to my 360 harddrive. That was using a USB drive, though - I haven't tried it with a CD. If I insert a CD, will it automatically give me the option to rip the music from the disc? Cause that's my problem. I don't know what I need to do on the 360 to move the files from whatever storage media - a DVD, a CD, a USB drive, etc. - onto the harddrive.

However, get angry all you want, but what happened WAS on the level of a criminal felony. It wasn't misdemeanor assault & battery. If I push you, and you fall down, that's basically misdemeanor battery if you want to press charges for it. Kicking someone's ass and giving them a concussion? Once you're dealing with a level of injury requiring hospitalization or medical care, now you ARE dealing with a felony assault & battery charge - or, shall we call it, aggravated assault. If I did get any ink, my feeling is that I'd eventually wander into that territory. Not.....deliberately attempting to get a Yakuza tat, but I'd probably get a shitload of ink, so that it winds up covering at least one arm, and my back, maybe my chest. What sort of makes me think it could be legit is that the guy basically admits to engaging in an illegal activity - a drug deal - with Lohan, potentially opening himself up to legal liability, both criminal (for engaging in the deal) and civil (should Lindsay choose to sue him). A lot of people aren't willing to be that specific. It's always more "hey, I heard she did this shit", not "she definitely did it, cause I was there with her and even threatened the guy with my gun." But I suppose the converse of that is, he could have made this all up (hard to get prosecuted for a drug deal with some mythical dealer who might not actually exist), but there's still the potential defamation suit he'd have to deal with. Get John Furlong (narrator of such classic Russ Meyer films as "Mondo Topless" to do the narration, and I'm sold.

I've read stories that follow this, and they're mostly disingenious in their titles. "People who drink diet soda actually gain more weight than those who don't drink diet!" What Citrus isn't getting is that in the comedy world, stealing someone's material isn't the same as downloading an album off a P2P network or torrenting a movie that just got released in theaters or something like that. Stealing someone's act is almost similar to appropriating someone's specific intellectual property, because you're taking something that is very unique, that someone likely spent a great deal of time and effort and thought into creating, and basically misappropriating it for your own use. It's not like downloading a CD off the net, it's more like plagiarizing entire chapters of someone else's book for your own novel, and claiming it as your own. Mencia and Dane Cook have ripped off people for years. Rogan is one of the few who's the most vocal about it, although apparently around the comic community their theft is acknowledged if not outright stated all the time. The reason that Mencia & Cook have gotten away with it up until now is because both are good at marketing themselves, so club owners are willing to let them get away with this shit because they put asses in seats. I have to say that I respect Rogan here. He's not afraid to back his shit up, and even confront guys like Mencia face to face.
