Where did you hear that from? He wasn't willing to drop it to Vader, but he was willing to drop it to Sid, "the biggest piece of luggage in wrestling"? Yeah, he liked Sid better, so he convinced Vince to let him drop the title to him instead of Vader. It was supposed to be on Vader...why else do you think the December IYH was called "It's Time" and didn't even feature Vader on it?

New Jack is a scary, SCARY man.

Smackdown REALLY has problems right now. And the ratings are just going to keep dropping between here and Judgment Day, because it's not like they're going to change the direction they're doing in for the next PPV. Like it's been said before...that JD buyrate is going to be SCARY low.

From PWInsider.com ===================================================== BK Steven sent along a link to the transcript from Bill Goldberg's chat on AOL earlier this week. Highlights of the chat included: Unhappiness with his character in WWE: A lot of promises were not fulfilled and there were twists and turns for everybody that were counterproductive. Things he didn't expect during his WWE run: I didn't envision it to be counter productive and having the belt throughout my time there. Being upset at Armageddon and Dropping the Belt: Nothing necessarily at Armageddon. It just came to a head and they were stupid to take the belt off of me. Working for NWA:TNA: I don't really don't know the product so I can't really answer that. I would like to kill a couple of guys over there so yes, that would be an option. Returning to WWE to face Steve Austin: I would love nothing more then to wrestle Austin at Wrestlemania XXI. As I said before, I would consider going back if the circumstances were a lot different. I only left for those circumstances. My knee is also not good, and I want to take some time to get it operated on and get it taken care of. If I do another movie, that is what a stunt man is for. Future Plans: No question that I will do more acting. I am considering it. I am re-signing a Japanese contract to wrestle overseas. Brock Lesnar's Decision to leave WWE: I believe if anybody has a dream, before they die they should have the option to pursue it. He is entitled to that decision. More power to him to make himself happy. Scott Hall: He is a troubled soul. I wish him all the best! Issues with Chris Jericho: We don't see eye to forehead. Wrestlemania XX: [The match with Brock Lesnar] could have been a wonderful match in history but the fans in the arena wouldn't let that happen. They just wanted to heckle us both for leaving. We didn't want to be there at that time, but give me a break. I wouldn't have been there if it wasn't for the fans. His WWE Debut: Rushed, very rushed. I didn't think the match had the proper preparation, nor the did the angle have the proper preparation. Although it was an honor to be there and an honor to wrestle the Rock, it could have gone better. Creative Control in WWE: I think people know me much better than to think I had control over any of that. I wouldn't change my entrance, my music, any of that. If it isn't broken, don't fix it. Believe me, if I had creative control things would have been A LOT Different. If they paid me to be creative what you saw is what I wouldn't have created. That's a fact, jack! Goldberg also touched on a number of different topics including charity work, Steve Austin, his movie, The Rock, Eric Bischoff and more. You can check out the complete chat at www.BillGoldberg.com.

I like the Dragon Whip, but I just don't see it as a main event finishing move. And hell, HHH already kicked out of it. Any ideas of what Benjamin could start using for a finisher?

Interesting...any reason why?

GAB '98 wasn't that good. Benoit-Booker is the only match worth watching. I disagree. Jericho/Malenko, Saturn/Kanyon, and Eddie/Chavo all rocked it.
-
I still like that match, just because I loved the buildup for it and the crowd for it was great. But yeah, Rock wasn't quite the worker he became, and Austin was in his all punchy-kick mode.
-
Yeah, but you've got Rico and Jackie on Velocity! And I wouldn't mind if Torrie and Dawn Marie got managerial jobs...mind as well use them doing _something_. Whatever happened to the Torrie/Billy Gunn relationship? What a slut.

I match I always hated but others raved about...Lesnar vs. Taker in the HIAC. HHH vs. Marc Mero from Beware of the Dog.

It needs more dog. -
Yeah, I never saw Rock/HHH from Backlash 2000 live, and I never understood why people loved that match so much. Others: Flair/Perfect from RAW The first E&C vs. Hardys ladder match 2000 Royal Rumble RVD/Lynn series from ECW

You have to remember that the WWE doesn't want a lot of moves going right down on the head/neck. I.E - no Burning Hammer, no Vertebraker, no Fisherman's Buster, no wrist clutch exploder, etc etc. I would say the Dragon Clutch is a great idea...and it _can_ be put on quickly if done right. Just watch Low Ki go to work. And it looks painful as hell and tough to escape from. I would say either a submission or a pinning-suplex maneuver. That would seem to fit Benjamin's style.

What scares me is that there's only 2 weeks between the June PPV and Vengeance for Smackdown. If they decide to carry the Bradshaw feud over...he might get three PPV main events! So does this mean the 10/19/04 RAW PPV will be Halloween Havoc?
-
Was Vince booked to be the "Greater Power" all along, or was that just some thrown together booking to turn Vince heel? What the hell was the thinking behind that whole angle?
-
Good questions. As far as I know, neither feud ever had a real blowoff. HBK moved onto his feud with Perfect, that basically lasted from WMIX to Summerslam. Doink and Crush continued, but after they switched Luger to babyface I think they wanted another big strong heel, so they switched Crush heel and had him feud with Savage. Of course they turned Doink face (a BIG mistake), so yeah...I don't think either feud ever had a proper blowoff. And why _didn't_ Jannetty have a match at WMIX?
-
Razor turned face on the 7/19/93 episode of RAW. Money Inc had been insulting him for a while for losing his money to the Kid. Razor attacked them, and turned face, and went on to beat DiBiase at Summerslam.

It's always the stupid little stuff that makes me laugh too. Like the song "I've got something in my BUTT pocket". I thought it was front pocket. Hmmm...I thought it was BUTT, just because the lyrics were something about "take a little squeeze" or something like that. I missed the preview for next week...Lemmiwinks?

This show is on a fucking roll right now.

"She's not going to believe this!" "That's because she's not gonna know about it, bitch!" *Breaks the cop's neck*

I had to laugh everytime for the high pitched voice and the itching of the neck by Dave in that FF skit.
