Quality is decent, although two people have already requested it so you might have to look somewhere else to get it. Tapes are selling, so get stuff before its gone!

When does the Kurt Angle Invitational end?
JoeDirt replied to Youth N Asia's topic in The WWE Folder
Yeah, but there are a million ways to bring Lesnar back and he'll be over...this is an easy way they can put over a new guy from OVW, by giving him a big win over Angle, and maybe going with something like Razor/123 Kid from there. -

Yeah, there can be a payoff down the road. But they can use it as "rainy day booking" so to speak, so when they have a guy to debut and want to give a good push to, they can use this. But it doesn't mean that they have anyone planned for the spot at this point, or are building to anything yet. -

At this point it's just for Angle to do someting on the show without having to do too much work, with the condition he's in these days. -
Velocity: 1) Booker T vs. Spike Dudley 2) Funaki vs. Akio 3) Heidenreich vs. Shawn Ellis 4) Bashams vs. Holly/Haas Smackdown: 1) Paul London vs. Billy Kidman (CW title) 2) Big Show vs. Luther Reigns 3) Kurt Angle invitational 4) Rey Misterio vs. JBL + some diva contest and lots of interviews.

Eddie came into the ring (after OJ interfered) and beat up JBL, getting rey DQ-ed, and furthering the tease for that feud.
-
Eddie vs. Angle next week should be fun. Carlito having a talk show type thing is a great idea as well. It's too bad they're having a big #1 contender's tournament on Smackdown when the main event for Judgment Day is already being advertised in Minnesota. But the matches should be good.

Every single match in a cage... Wow. Dusty is out of his mind.

Here's the cover...

Tonight was the first time I saw this version, and I thought it was very funny. I had heard so many negative reviews but decided to give it a shot and I liked it.

Um, I don't think they're taping SmackDown! at the Supershow, since there's a SmackDown! taping the very next night in Trenton. The 'Raw/SmackDown! Supershow' thing is a way to let people know this will be a special event WITHOUT revealing there will be a draft there (since it hasn't been mentioned in storylines yet). No, its gonna be both shows. Its advertised here in NY as both a Smackdown taping and Raw. Besides, the show starts at 6:45. Edit: I just checked WWE.com. There is nothing scheduled the night after the April 18th taping. I wonder how they're going to do that double taping? They must be taping RAW at 6:45 and then running it at 9:00, because it would be a tight fit to tape Smackdown from 6:45 - 9:00 when RAW goes on live and they wouldn't want to be taping Smackdown until 1 or 2 in the morning eastern time.

Thanks for the reccomendation.

I've seen Homicide get cheered a lot because he's so damn smooth and hard hitting in the ring, pulling out cool moves likes his tope con hilo. Of course in ROH he's a big heel, but still sometimes gets cheers. I guess he's sort of heelish but in a cool way so people cheer him.

That's a LOT of wins on Velocity. He rarely ever loses on that show, but when on Smackdown it's a different story! -

No, he's not working ROH. He appeared at one show and apparently WWE wasn't happy about it, and he probably won't be back. We should get a list for Smackdown too. I guess I'm out of the loop but wasn't there a reported working agreement between WWE and ROH now? Gabe Sapolsky posted on the ROH boards "don't believe everything you read on the internet". I don't think there's any sort of agreement. -

This includes all televised matches in the U.S (doesn't count international Velocity), so it's Smackdown, Velocity, PPV, and Heat before a SD PPV. The cruiserweight gauntlet at No Way Out was counted as all separate matches. The double count out between Taker and Dupree was counted as a draw (not sure if it's a draw or a loss to both guys?) Smackdown records for 2005: Paul London: 13-3 Rey Misterio Jr: 11-4 Kurt Angle: 9-3-1 John Cena: 8-2-1 Hardcore Holly: 8-4 Booker T: 8-5-1 Eddie Guerrero: 7-7 Undertaker: 6-0-1 Doug Basham: 6-5-1 Charlie Haas: 6-5 Danny Basham: 5-3-1 Funaki: 5-6 Heidenreich: 4-5 Akio: 4-7 Big Show: 3-3 JBL: 3-3-1 Chavo Guerrero Jr.: 3-5 Scotty 2 Hotty: 3-6 Rene Dupree: 3-7-2 Mark Jindrak: 3-7-1 Akebono: 2-0 Orlando Jordan: 2-5 Billy Kidman: 1-2 Shannon Moore: 1-4 Kenzo Suzuki: 1-7 Luther Reigns: 1-9-1 Spike Dudley: 1-10 Carlito Carribbean Cool: 0-0-1 Marty Jannetty: 0-1 Daniel Puder: 0-1 Paul Heyman: 0-1 Rob Van Dam: 0-2 Nunzio: 0-8 Women: Amy Weber: 1-0 Torrie Wilson: 1-0 Michelle McCool: 1-1 Dawn Marie: 1-1 Joy Giovanni: 0-1 Hiroko: 0-1 -

"Shew, what a crazy past couple of weeks I've had. In fact, crazy is an understatement - things have been downright surreal. As most of you probably noticed, I was unable to update last week. This week has been every bit as insane, but fortunately, I have been able to at least cobble together some new stuff here and there on the site (although this portion of the site is definitely getting the shaft due to my total lack of free time). Although I can't go into all the details, basically what has happened is that a party has made the offer to buy WrestleCrap, lock, stock, and barrel. When I was first contacted, I was totally convinced this was a rib, especially considering just who it is that is interested in buying it. Amazingly, though, it's not. And the amount of money being offered is quite frankly insane. The question I am struggling with right now is whether or not I could live with myself by "selling out" to this person. I apologize in advance if our updates get sporadic in the near future. I've got a lot of thinking to do..." ---www.wrestlecrap.com Could it be Vince?

2005 WWE Television Win-Loss Record & Standings

Who did Hassan lose to other than his DQ losses to Benoit and HBK? I knew Tomko/Christian's recent records were horrible. I can't remember the last time Christian got a big win. It's really too bad, but he's the midcard heel to put over the midcard babyfaces. Masters at 5-0 isn't really surprising...he's going to get a big push, and has all but one win against jobbers, mostly on Heat. -
I like Hassan on the mic a lot. He's clearly no stud in the ring but hopefully he will improve when he gets to work with Benoit, HBK, etc. We'll see. I liked the segment with Michaels tonight, and JR's selling of the beatdown as just heinous was great.
-
The IC title match should be interesting. I excpect Benjamin to pin Christian with the T-Bone.
-
This match would have made so much more sense with JBL retaining at Mania in some really cheap victory that kept Cena strong. It just seems to me to be a better match when the babyface challenger has to make the hated heel champion say "I Quit" to WIN the title instead of to retain it.
-
Added Summerslam 1999 first gen.
-
I would definitely NOT have Eugene get a pinfall over Hassan. The longer Hassan can play out his "I've never been pinned" thing, the better. And Eugene isn't ready to return to the ring yet, is he?
-
Scherer is saying nothing was mentioned about those shows...so I guess we'll find out. USA used to show Heat, maybe they'll pick it up again.
