Watch out for sticky keys...
-
So who's going to win? Kane or Snitsky?
-
I'm assuming we'll find out after they show some video package for this crap. I voted chair, just because when you think about it, chain and pipe matches would suck.
-
Any of the girls look hot?
-
Great. Have an injured guy in the main event.

Meltzer: "Opener is Chris Jericho vs. ?. Live audience wanted Benjamin the most and probably Rhyno second. Benjamin got 37% to Batista's 20%, so it's Benjamin in the match. Benjamin won the title with his exploder into a powerslam pinning combination. The bad sign is the crowd is pretty dead. Work wise, this was a good match."

If Coach or Stevie won, Shelton probably still would have won the title. Nah, but I think they pushed Shelton last night knowing enough marks would vote for him.
-
Well I'm 1-1 predictions wise.
-
I was thinking Shelton would get the shot. If HBK is hurt, they should say the second place finisher will get a tag title shot...and then we could have Edge and Christian as tag champs again...
-
Well that's a great opener...

Man, that Uncensored 2000 show was horrible. And then they brought back Russo and put the title on David Arquette. Wow. I watched Road Wild live at a sports bar and grill with some friends. We all liked the Benoit/DDP match but the rest of the show was so bad two of my friends left and came back to see who won the Nash/Hogan match (they were Hogan marks for some reason). I told them that the main event was awful and that if they'd seen any other Hogan match in their careers they knew how it went. Bad show, though I think Uncensored 2000 is probably worse.

The Wrestling Observer poll predictions (which are almost always right) had this PPV predicted to do under 200,000 buys, which would make it the second straight WWE PPV to get that and another one of the lowest bought PPVs of all time.
-
Well there should be a tag title change. After that, who knows. They might want to have title changes to show the fans "look, your picks won the title!" and then have HHH and Jericho get their titles back later...but they might not, either. I don't really expect much special from this show. EDIT: It's weird having a PPV with no Sunday Night Heat before it.

What price would it take for you to buy Taboo Tuesday? I think I'd get it if it were $15-20, but even that would be a stretch and I really would rather buy two IWA-Mid South tapes with my $35 and help that promotion than order this thing. I'll be following along, though.

Are either of these two movies any good? I've been reading about the whole "Kurt Cobain was murdered" conspiracy for the first time, and it's at the very least a bit intriguing. The Tupac thing has always interested me just because it always remained unsolved. Are either of these movies worth a look?

Has anyone here ever gone as something wrestling-related for Halloween? I'm thinking of going to a Halloween party as the Hulkster this year. What about you guys?
-
For that i'll vote Stevie, shame he won't get the match but it'd be nice for him. I voted for Stevie too.

This is Meltzer's preview...

Was it your first RoH show that you saw? That was the first whole card I'd seen, yes. Outside of that show, I have a six hour comp. tape that I've had for awhile. It was nothing but match after match though. I'm guessing you saw World Title Classic from June, then. Make sure you get Generation Next from May (my fav show of the year), Survival of the Fittest (next show after WTC and a great show) and Death Before Dishonor 2 part 2 (part 1 is good, part 2 is FANTASTIC.) As far as TNA goes, how fucked up is that shit with Jerrelle Clark?

BATTLE BOWL #1 Okay, here's how it works: You, the reader, will select the participants in this lethal lottery battle bowl competition (except for the first five, which I will select). One we have enough participants, I will randomly draw tag team partners and matches. You guys will then vote on the winners to see who moves through to the battle royal. You then vote on who wins the battle royal, and voila, we have a winner. The people have spoken to determine the participants, and here are the randomly drawn first round matches: 1) Norman Smiley and Vader vs. Sabu and "Stone Cold" Steve Austin 2) Funaki and Johnny Stamboli vs. Scott Hall and Road Warrior Animal 3) Steve Armstrong and Taka Michinoku vs. "Lord" Steven Regal and Dean Malenko 4) Big Stevie Cool and Dunn vs. Jamie Knoble and Tommy Dreamer 5) Rey Misterio Jr. and The Rock vs. Hakushi and Mick Foley 6) Kanyon and EdOMac vs. James Tighe and Sting 7) Brock Lesnar and Jim Neidhart vs Chris Benoit and Tokyo Magnum 8) Low Ki and Dusty Rhodes vs. Shelton Benjamin and La Parka 9) Kane and Chuck Palumbo vs. Eddie Guerrero and Abdullah the Butcher 10) Raven and Bret Hart vs. 911 and Diamond Dallas Page I need you to vote for each match...vote for who you think should win. Post your votes here or PM them to me if you don't want anyone else to see. Vote now!

More TNA fans need to see ROH and IWA-MS and be converted.

That's weird, funny, and sad all at once.

Tatanka was undefeated from his debut (early 1992?) until November of 1993, I believe, when Ludvig Borga beat him on Superstars before Survivor Series.

Follow the rules and make your argument, man!
