  1. You're Debbie Downer. Seriously. Good to see Crawford (hit 16 shots in a row, and 8 3 pointers in a row at one point) and the Knicks take care of business at the Garden tonight. And it was by 20.
  2. Lakers ain't winning a title anytime soon with all those powers in the West, I don't know what direction Ainge is heading, and the Knicks finally have a stable nucleus, pending any trades that go through the deadline. You picked the Celtics and i'm the homer? If Oden and Durant come out this year, they'll probably go to Philly and Memphis, with Pierce coming back sometime soon. Whatever though, we'll see.
  3. 1. Which team looks like the best bet to win the East? Detroit Pistons. 2. Which team looks like the best bet to win the West? Phoenix Suns. 3. Which team looks like the best bet to win the NBA title? Phoenix Suns. 4. Which dark horse has a legitimate shot at surprising us and winning it all? Houston Rockets. 5. Who's been the best rookie this season? Brandon Roy (when healthy). 6. Who's the MVP so far? I'll go with Nash, but you can't go wrong with him, Dirk, or Kobe. 7. Fact or fiction -- the Phoenix Suns are the greatest offense you've ever seen. That i've seen? Yes. 8. Fact or fiction -- the Toronto Raptors will hold on to their lead and win the Atlantic. Fiction. 9. Which will happen first -- the Knicks will win 50 games in a season, the Celtics will win 50 games in a season or the Lakers will win an NBA title? Knicks win 50. 10. As we sit at the midpoint of the regular season, which story line or situation interests you most? Any trade rumors involving Gasol, Carter, Allen, and/or KG.
  4. No, I really don't. Yeah, same here. Considering that last week we lost back to back games by 1 point, and the 2nd one was to NJ after Cliff Robinson went over the back for a tip in layup. Fuck the Nets.
  5. T-Mac is actually having an all-star year though.
  6. "Breast milk..you make my daaaay!"
  7. Damn, good players available right now. By the time I pick, i'll have to go with like Chris Woodward or something.
  8. Aren't some of those points coming from the defense though? The Colts don't really turn the ball over (well throughout the season).
  9. I think the Yankees can.
  10. Were you in a coma these past 3 months? Curry is good now, and the Bulls need a low post presence, which is one of the reasons why they are trying to trade for Gasol.
  11. Oh trust me, they still wish they had Eddy Curry.
  12. Cano looked good with 22 too. I wish Cano would've told him to fuck himself like O'Neill did.
  13. So it seems like the Bulls offered Ben Gordon, PJ Brown, and a 1st rounder.
  14. Dallas Clark is the shit. Anybody else a Dallas Clark fan?
  15. If I were the Bulls, i'd do Deng, Thomas, and the Knicks pick. The Knicks pick will probably be from 10-16 or so, and Ty Thomas isn't going to be better than Gasol. Deng is nice, but he's not irreplaceable.
  16. What the hell? The AFC East isn't a nancy little pussywillow division.
  17. The Patriots falling apart on defense and tiring out had to do with the Colts no huddle, and holding the ball for so long. That can still happen against the Bears. Plus the game is in Miami, so it will be warm.
  18. Bill Parcells retired.
  19. I like the matchup.
  20. Where was Brady at the end to shake hands? Didn't he want to show the winners some respect? And that's easily in the top 5 NFL games i've ever seen.
  21. That call was BS, IMO. In the Jet/Bear game earlier this year, Thomas Jones did the exact same thing before his knee hit the ground (losing control of the ball before his knee hit the ground), and they called it down by contact. The NFL needs to be consistent with this.
  22. I agree. What the hell is that?
  23. And he used the timeout in this game after Marbury got this switch against Mikki Moore. I was about to cry after this lost. Damn.
  24. And the Chargers have nothing to do with this game. I'm just giving you a reason as to why I'd pick them over the Pats.
  25. They already beat them at Gillette Stadium; I don't see why they can't do it again at the RCA Dome, especially with Harrison out.
