Come back! I was loving the seeds of Lyne/Rodez, and now we're without either guy. So come back, seriously.

So anyway... I really, really liked this show. Really. The opener was cool, and really nailed what the Thrillogy was all about. Zack talking to the camera was a nice touch. I'm really, REALLY curious about basically everything with Rick Edwards: the "Boss," the mystery opponent, the counselor bit. LP has done a great job making Rick look good, and I look forward to his stuff every show. Drek I already commented on, but let's just say his writing is ridiculously good. I think that's about the right adjective. As I said, I also like the darker edge. I liked the little Sly-Crystal thing a lot, actually, as it helped establish a bond there. They've both had their woes, of course. The tag team scene is REALLY looking up, and all three teams cut wicked promos that had me riveted -- seriously. I can't wait to see where everything goes and I've got bells on for PI2. Zack's promo on Cole was golden as well, and of course that led to NORTHSTAR~! and I marked out like a schoolgirl at an N'Sync show. But very well done indeed, and it also helped sort of bring things together. SJ/Lightning Crew is starting to take shape, and if cultivated properly could be VERY interesting down the road. And of course, HUGE love to Adam for a killer match that I was proud to be a party to. He did a ***** job, and I loved it to death. Also, I was and am really excited about the upcoming angles that took seed there. So yeah, great show all around. No Dama again, nor Papa or PK, but hopefully they'll be around soon.

A promo, plus the match Sly mentioned. That should be it. And I lied -- I DON'T want the opening. Me am a liar.

Oh, one little thing. I love having Hoff in graphics, but please use this photo. It's not a major deal, I'm not mad or anything, but I actually put a fair amount of work into it customizing it and removing all the "Buff" paraphenilia. I also have a bitmap version saved on my HD if that helps. Graci!

I find it interesting, truth be told. It adds an element of intrigue. You're a good writer, which helps.

Then you're going to LOVE this week's promo. Much love to Adam though, as the match was his work, not mine. As for your stuff Rob, I thought it was stellar. Fun Drek is just that -- fun -- but the mafioso character really lends itself to the darker edge and you did a very nice job of not cutting a standard heel promo. Oh, and *mawrcs teh fuxor owt* for NORTHSTAR~! Tell me something: when you sent me that message saying "I'll consider coming back," did you already know you'd be back? Bastard. I'll have more specific thoughts later. I've got to run for now.

At the very least, a promo from Hoff. EDIT: I'd LIKE to have the opening segment, but if someone else NEEDS it, it's not major.

Fancy pants is losing. Of the two blues, would there be a way to hybid them, say, to make the "OAOAST" on the first one bigger? I agree that the second one looks a little fake, but I also like the prominence of the name.

Really? Why do you say it doesn't look like a tag title? Not trying to contradict, just curious. I liked it, personally, because it looked more modern and professional than the other designs (which mind you were good, honestly, I just liked this one better).

Rereading my own stuff, I do have a question: did anyone think that Coach was TOO mad at Hoff? I was trying to play up Coach's love for Crystal, and him loving the babyfaces. I was also trying to do the HARD sell on the new heel persona. But, looking back I think I may have gone TOO over the top. So, any honest feedback would be appreciated.

That actually didn't bug me, as between recapping the storyline and Sly's intro, there were about five minutes, and basically Hoff and Axel just brawled out of the "arena" and into the hallway or wherever. Plenty of time for the fight to separate and Abe to make the blockbuster match for this Thursday.

The second to last tag team title, the one where you mentioned a poll, and Papa said it was tight? RIDICULOUSLY swank. Nice work.

The intro was cool. I especially liked the salute to Cappa, I thought that was very cool. The segment with Gunner and AJ was very cool, and it served its purpose. I'm not always a fan of injury angles, but this one so far has been well done. AJ vs. Rick was a very violent spotfest that I was into. I really felt that either man could have won at various points, which is always good. I liked the spot when Rick pulled the bottle from udner the ring, that was good. I didn't like Abe interfering, but it worked in the context of the match, playing off of the previous segment and AJ's bad condition. Black T and GPX's promos were great, especially the GPX, who I continue to love. The Punk'd joke was a great laugh. Black T is growing on me more and more. The match itself was tremendous, and definitely made GPX look good in the loss. I still say the money's in the chase and I hope this feud goes for awhile. Cal vs. Sly had a really cool aspect with the European Rounds format that made it different and fun to read. I thought the falls were well done, and the psychology was great. It was a very cool back and forth affair. Drek vs. Cappa was NUTS, and probably the match I was most looking forward to. The psychology was great, especially with the tremendous finish, and I loved it from start to end. NY has just been so good it's scary. I hope, HOPE this feud goes on if these are the kind of matches we'll be getting. PR/Heat was definitely different with VX and Lindsay on commentary, but it was a lot of fun. A pretty wild brawl with a lot of fun spots (the 40oz was great). The finish was a good way to put PR over without making Heat look bad, but I'm real curious to see where this goes. Malibu/Crystal was tremendous, probably the MOTN, ESPECIALLY the insane finish sequence. Crystal REALLY looked like a good, credible challenger. Overall, I thought it was a good show, all good matches. I'm a little confused about the ending, but I guess we'll see what happens next.

Not only that, but apparently a WELL thinks that Cappa will beat Drek. Huh. In other news, shut up about tired people's typos.

I'd believe it more if it were pushed back due to the injury, Papa. Were I you I'd hold off.

OAOAST Title Match Zack Malibu vs. Crystal I'm not at liberty to discuss. Bitches. Ladder Match for the X-Division Title AJ Flaire vs. Rick Edwards This should be SO GOOD. Winner, I don't know. I could easily see both guys coming away with it as they'd make great X champs. Rick has been hot right now, so we'll say him. Tag Team Title Match Black T vs. The Global Party Exchange Not to ocntradict NY, nor to disrespect Black T, but if I was building a tag division, I'd build it around the GPX. BUT, the money is in the chase, so I'll go with the champs to retain. Puerto Rican Title Match The Mad Cappa vs. Drek Stone Well, I wouldn't be surprised if Drek came away with it since Cappa's not around, but Cappa has been hot as hell lately, and I could see him going on a long run with the title. So well pick Cappa to retain. European Rounds Match Sly Sommers vs. Calvin Szechstein You know, I do know some things about this match but I genuinely have no idea who's going over. But I'll pick Cal to upend Sly in a match Sly chose, to set up further feudage. Empty Arena Match Tha Puerto Rican vs. Columbian Heat PR NEEDS the win here, to regain some momentum after losing to Cappa. Although, I think this will mark a watershed moment for Heat, sort of a "coming out" party.
