Some of you may have heard of him the guy who beat Ric Flair for the world title in '82 at the Estadio Quisqueya in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. This was on a wrestling magazine I bought here in spanish so I'll be translating it sorry if my english is not great. 1. First off what do you say to the people who say wrestling is fake?Wrestling is real anyone who has been to any of my shows has seen me bleed and get slammed all over the ring anyone who looks at that and tells me it's fake must be crazy. 2. Ok so you say it's real. What would you say the reason to you a 50 year old man winning every one of his matches be? could it have something to do with you owning the company?Of course not I win all my matches bases on my athletism and me owning the company doesn't mean anything, if you watch american wrestling you will see Vince Mcmahon who owns the WWE get beat by practically everyone in the company including a one legged kid. 3. Now that you mention WWE it's been said that you once tried out for them what do you have to say about that? I once went to U.S.A in the 70's and tried to get a contract with them since they were mainly in the east coast I could have been a huge babyface because of the big Puerto Rican and Dominican population but they said I was too small. 4. How did you get started here then?I was doing some shows with Vampiro K in the park until a number of international wrestlers came from United States and Scotland(note: he probably menas Roddy Piper) in the 80's. 5. Was Ric Flair one of them? Yes he was. He was NWA champion at the time and he came to defend it here and me being the number one in the country was the one to challenge him and beat him. 6. What did that match mean to you? It means everything to me. After that match I became a national hero and the idol of every kid in the island it made me a legend. 7. You never lost the belt do you still have it?Yes but I can't even put it on anymore because of this stomach. 8. How come whenever the "foreing wrestlers" came to the island and they spoke in english all they said was "Jack Veneno me kill you!"?A man of few words can be 10 times more intimidating than someone who doesn't shut his mouth. 9. Whatever happened to Bronco? I heard he's in Puerto Rico. 10. Well thank you for your time what would you like to tell your fans?I just want them to remember me not by my time in 2000 when I was slow and fighting those unworthy adversaries but my time in the 80's and 90's more specifically my match with Ric Flair I know they don't show it on tv anymore but I own it and if anyone who hasn't seen it would like to you'd be more than welcome to watch it with me and until then JACK VENENO SACANDO CHISPA!(his catchphrase)

Reggaeton is a form of music from Puerto Rico that mixes Salsa, Merengue , Bachata , Bomba , Plena and Dancehall. It's most popular in the spanish caribbean islands like Cuba, Dominican Republic and some south american ones like Venezuela and Colombia. Like X said it's not really that popular in Mexico since our cultures are really different.
-
Maybe the reggaeton that get's played in the states is crap but the one we get here in the caribbean is really good. Maybe if you don't know spanish you can't understand the lyrics but they are great. *checks name and avatar* Yeah I know spanish... I just don't like Reggeaton...I mean, it has it's moments, like Pa'queretocen by Tego when it first came out, and Culo by Pitbull, but overall I just can't stand it. I gravitate to more rock-ish when I listen to spanish music, ie Molotov, Control Machete, La Ley, Mana, etc. But yeah, maybe we get the worse of the stuff over here in Mexico, so who knows. Tego and the others I mentioned are pretty good but there are some really crappy guys out there like Don Omar who make the whole genre look stupid. You should listen to the songs I mentioned

WWE has been working mostly with WWC in P.R not IWA although they sometimes do both.
-
They are just trying to fuck with him. They let Tommy Dreamer appear in ROH twice and wasn't Al Snow the fricking JAPW champ in 2001 and still wrestling for WWE? Steven Richars was even in a main event feud with Eddie Colon in P.R...he got fired soon after that though.

At first I thought it was a guy. Don't know who she is though

I mostly just listen to Puerto Rican spanish rap since the mexican americans talk really weird spanish and can't understand anything they say...ORALE ORALE ARRIBA ARRIBA EPA! I hope you realize there's other hispanics here besides Mexicans, cabron. Miami and its sudden popularity with the MTV crowd is the cause behind reggaeton getting popular. There's also a Tego Calderon mix of Usher's "Yeah" which is.. kinda odd. I knew that shit spread when I took a trip to LA last month and they were playing it on their hip-hop station (POWER 106).. Somethin' else, I tell ya. Sorry didn't know about that thought most Cubans just came here Singao I heard that Tego mix and it's not original it was a Radio Station in P.R who took his song "2 guillaos" and mixed it with usher

Guasa Guasa Dame un Chance Cosa Buena En la Disco Bailoteo(great song about fingerbanging girls) Those are some of the best spanish rap songs...and sorry to the thread starter didn't mean to fuck up your thread

What???how did that get played in U.S.A?and it's not really that bad...althought I hate it there's been worse american songs. The song isn't really his anyways it's his brother's and he remade it. If you want to listen to some good spanish Rap you should listen to Tego Calderon, Vico C, Tempo or Lito y Polaco. I reccomend Guasa Guasa by Tego Calderon it will give you a new opinion on Reggaeton.
