-
Uh, no crowd still very much alive
-
No way not falling for it nope, But you can tell they're testing it
-
How I've missed Shawn being a Dick :-)
-
That's the most heat I've heard in a loooong time
-
Yeah, those are the versions, that's cool, I just figured it was a good deal all in all- watching "War of the Wire" right now.

What made the band unique (during the 80's I'd guess at least), was with Belladonna, they had an actual singer who'd hit high notes, not unlike a Bruce Dickenson or Rob Halford, which know of the other 3 (Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer) could do or tried to do.

I was at Best Buy this weekend and they had all Columbia Superbit DVD's on sale for 9.99. For those not familiar, Superbit DVD's are just the films but they use the extra disc space for better picture and sound (all titles have DTS soundtracks). But this sale includes the 2 disc Superbit's as well (called Superbit Deluxe). Not sure if it's just my area (Dayton, OH) but you may want to check it out, some good titles and at 10 apiece not bad even for ones with no special features.

Picked up a couple more early ROH titles at FYE today, they were by 1 get one 1/2 pluss I have store credit so I got both for less then 10 dollars- "Night of Aprreciation" "Road to the Title" So those plus the other 6 titles I have should provide a pretty good feel for the product I think- can't wait till the return in Jan.

Don't forget that mullet she sported early in her first couple of seasons

Began at 6AM this morning, goes through till 6AM Monday morning

Thought I'd bring this up here, since this thread's getting more looks, I bought the following DVD's at the show last night- "Bitter Friends, Stiffer Enemies" "War of the Wire" "World Title Classic" "Joe vs Punk II" "Manhattan Mayhem" What's the consensus on these titles?
-
Well, now that the show's over, and everyone knows the results, I have to say what a fantastic night it was. I'm definetely going back in January, and was surprised we got a title change in the Main. Knowing Punk was going to Chicago made me think they might wait till then, but I consider myself lucky to have seen that match (and WHAT a match!) in my first live ROH experience. Naturally I picked up a few shows to see more of the product, I bought "Bitter Friends, Stiffer Enemies" "War of the Wire" "World Title Classic" "Joe vs Punk II" "Manhattan Mayhem"

A lot here think Eugene's heel turn will end up him revealing he was faking the whole time. But I have an alternate idea. We know Eugene's character is facinated with old school characters. So what if after a particular bad incident that mentally scars him, or say if the fans start to turn on him, he suffers an emotional breakdown and assumes the character of.....Doink! The Doink everyone here likes the best, the sadistic, evil clown Doink played by journeyman and all around solid wrestler Matt Bourne. From all reports Dinsmore is a decent solid wrestler, and if allowed to play the role like this, maybe even take the Sadistic clown to another level, I think it would work. I've always wanted to see Doink standing over a bloody, beaten opponant, blood on his hands, laughing maniachly. Hell with Dinsmore hair he could just dye it green, no wig needed.

Any comp DVD's (Best of's) worth getting?
-
Also, SE or 2 great Eddie Murphy/John Landis comedies- Trading Places and Coming to America.
-
The Miracle of Morgan's Creek- One of the funniest film's you'll ever see. (Just found out it's coming out on September 6th, retail 14.99, which probably means 10 bucks at Best Buy, YES!!!!). Is John Sayles Matewan on DVD yet?
-
The only problem with the "There never was a Eugene" is, did he fool his Uncle Eric too? Or did Eric know, and if so, why the charade to get his 'nephew' off RAW. Plus, with Regal on Smackdown you lose the killer fued, which was the bond of friendship that Regal had developed with sweet & simple Eugene being broken and betrayed when Eugene reveals he was faking the whole thing. Can you imagine how much sympathy heat Regal would've got after of beatdown by Dinsmore once he reveals his true nature, it would've been killer. Just one more screw up to add to creative. So my Doink idea would be a good alternative, he doesn't have to dress completely like Doink, in fact it would work better if his Doink persona looked scrapped together, half-applied make-up, ratty old clown jacket, like I said green dyed hair, and a sinister crazy laugh.

I've got disposable income, what are some good ROH dvd's, I've only got one, Era of Honor Begins, looking to get about 2-3 DVD's at the show, do they have any deals?
-
Hmmmm...video sounds gay too...
-
Think I have any chance to get him to play "Demolition" too? see sig below, you know I'd love it if he did.

I had the album when I was 12, one of my 1st CD's, and yes it made me gay. Since getting rid of it my homosexual tendencies have gone away, this is the only CD known to man to have this affect on people. Well that and Right Said Fred.
