If I remember correctly, Batman didn't know who Bane was until Bane attacked him. Bane had a dream about about a bat in a South American prison, where he was imprisoned for his fathers crime, and someone from Gotham ended up there and told him about Batman. The story was good, near great IMO. Bane deduces Batman's identity, weakens him by emptying Arkham, and breaks him. One of Batman's worst fears, that Batman would sink to the level of the criminals he puts away, comes to fruition. Bruce Wayne has to work to become Batman again. I think it's great, but I also have the memories of reading it as a kid to hold on to.

On one hand, I got the same rating as Dynamite Kido, so I feel I did ok. On the other, I got the same rating as the anal tetanus shot, so I will now cry.

I want to know one thing: What happened to character's doing commentary on WU? I don't mean impersonations of famous people(Elton John), but characters like the Grumpy Old Man, and Opera Man. I know they do similar things, but Will Forte isn't a character, he's a cast member.

I myself wish for a 4 or 5 party system in the US. I lean left, but I disagree with several tenets of the Democratic party.

I agree. Leglislating morality is ineffective and offensive. If the government is to tell us what's morally right and wrong, who's telling the government? Also, Bush's "talking with a higher power" excuses piss me off. As a Christian, I can see him manipulating the "Conservative Christian" using such logic. As for voting for Kerry: I think "he's not Bush" is lame. Vote for Nader then. Vote Libertarian. He's not Bush is not an option. I'm voting for Kerry because I don't want Social Security privatized; because he seems to understand that the world needs to respect us not because we have bigger guns, but because we are a "noble" country; because he's not using his faith to manipulate voters to vote for him. I have a slew of other reasons, but not enough time.

Talk about Wrestling With Shadows-type luck 60 Minutes will air it this Sunday. I been seeing clips of it already. They show her walking off stage crying and SNL staff freaking out. I didn't see any of that. What I saw was mostly a bitter sounding woman complaining that their Dad is a stage Dad. Which I don't necessarily agree with.

Donners, what are you watching? Sure, TNA has had some "good moments," but Jeff Hardy is fighting Jeff Jarrett for the title and has been for a while. Neither are over, and either winning the belt means nothing. Not to mention that Killings, Raven, Styles and most everyone else are underutilized so that Jarrett can be the focus of the show. iMPACT went from being a show worth watching to the equivalent of "Superstars." This is NO reason to be positive. And I AM a TNA fan.

It looks like a great show, but when people tune into iMPACT and see squash matches, they'll be disappointed. And yes, Mike is predictable. But that's why he's here. He's the annoying guy that keeps reminding us of what we're watching so he can later say "I told you so!" But he's a republican, and he can't help that. (I would rather have Mike this way than lobotomized. Most days)
