  1. And I have to say that I understand the non-love for Joss Whedon. I didn't think it was that bad when I started it, but by the time I was done I was extremely disappointed. He's got decent dialogue, but he over exaggerates certain aspects of the characters personalities (i.e.- Wolverines' beer drinking.) He also used every cliched Marvel story in the book. I mean, come on ALIENS? An X-Man destroying a planet? Someone not being dead? Though I admit that the idea of a mutant cure isn't too bad, it's not that original. Has the guy read any of the series before now? Does he not realize he's chopping up old stories and putting them together? And my last question: Was there anything about the kid who got cured later on in the series? If no, then that's bullshit. There's a good story there waiting to be told.
  2. pwtorrents.net. But it's a HUGE file. Or just DL the individual matches.
  3. The more I read, the more I think Slapnuts! is on the TNA payroll.
  4. I liked it. It was a good story. I'd recommend it.
  5. You know, it figures that the one time someone other than me starts a thread about this, that people respond positively. And yes, by God, they need a mid-card belt.
  6. Actually, according to the AWA website ZERO-ONE MAX is an AWA affiliate.
  7. Huh? Tina and Amy are so bad that I had to write an editorial to USA Today about how bad they suck. Hey Bob, did that get printed? Because I seem to remember reading something like that in USA Today recently.
  8. D'ya like dags?
  9. Wow, a wrestling board eliminating wrestling folders. THAT MAKES SO MUCH SENSE.
  10. I agree with Loss, watching wrestling is one of the better and more unique types of storytelling we have in our culture. But here's the thing: If I wan't "Cinema" I watch ROH or Puro, or something. WWE is like the summer blockbuster that doesn't require deep thought. But currently, it's the summer blockbuster that's so bad it's insulting. Kind of like the Punisher or a Seann William Scott flick. You could get involved, but the lack of consistency and plot development are HUGE.
  11. I saw Wrestlemania 18 at Hooters. You should've heard the marks heckling each other during the Hogan/Rock match.
  12. This is one of the best posts I've ever seen in my life.
  13. For: Classic Heels (Rude, Dibiase, Jake "The Snake", Old-School Flair), Kid Kash (Hometown Hero), Raven, Bobby Roode, Batista, The Naturals, Benoit, Rhyno Against: HHH, Recent Flair, Cade, Booker T, Bob "The Enforcer" Holly, AMW, Jarrett, Spot Monkeys & recent hosses
  14. Actually, it's easier to get injured when you half-ass it. Laziness leads to injury in any athletic competition
  15. As far as I know, Embrace is credited with starting emo. In the 80's. No Shit. Quoting myself, from 2 pages ago: I got owned.
  16. Gotta love the people that fear something so evil..... and then make a profit off of it. It'd be like Ash selling the Book of the Dead.
  17. I thought it was because the price tag is around $500
  18. I would actually be entertained by that. Though I would hate having to explain the humor in it to everyone else I know.
  19. Can you get that for a PC, and not a Mac, though? And if not, what's best for PC?
  20. To be honest, he screwed himself either way.
  21. Okay, so I have Nero. But I don't see anything about making menus. A little help?
  22. It's HARLEY FUCKING RACE!!!! with Bischoff and Kevin "Oz" Nash
  23. As far as I know, Embrace is credited with starting emo. In the 80's. No Shit.
